I have been here for about 3 years. I love that since the first day I walked in the door. I love my apartment and the pool of course. It is a dog friendly community and that is also big part of why I live here. There's always parking and it is very safe anytime of day. The lighting is terrific at night. Whenever I have an issue I contact maintenance and within a day or so they are up and fixing everything lickety-split. My only complaint might be the package room and the mail room. It's always an adventure to search for a package that has been delivered. It seems to be getting a little better with their new system, but we shall see. It is a lovely place to live.

Excellent place to live and good neighborhood. But only problem is the fans they provide in bedrooms will never allow you to sleep . Good parking spots and if you have EV car there are plenty of charging points in community.

Really great spot to live, it is located by everything you’d want! The community is nice and pretty quiet. Amenities are good but slight issues with the outdoor ones, some things broken or not working.

I've been living at Atwater for about a month now, and I really love the amenities and the location. The close proximity to local restaurants and shopping is super convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the community is great. That being said, I've had a few issues getting things taken care of in my new apartment, which has unfortunately delayed my full move-in process. While this has been frustrating, I am hoping to have everything addressed and be fully moved in ASAP.

The Haven at Atwater Village is a great property. It is well maintained, has a lot of amenities and I was able to bring my dog. It even has a club house where you can play an assortment of games starting with scrabble. I call it a daily resort. It is a smoke free environment for the most part. Come, visit and see the wonders of this relaxing community and quiet living resort with great schools.

Only been here for a few months. We love the location. Overall the apartments are great. Some of the stuff in the club house is broken and it seems to take a long time to get things fixed. Maintenance overall is good, but not great.

I've been here for about 3 years now. I have to say I enjoy the community and the amenities. The pool is just lovely I wish it would stay open longer like into October would be nice. It's very pet friendly and I love seeing all the dogs about the place. The staff is extremely professional, kind than always with a happy hello for you. The maintenance guys get it done and they get it done well! Little bit noisy neighbors upstairs with their children running back and forth that does get annoying at times because I'm up very early in the morning. But, kids are kids, right? I would definitely recommend this place to live for the beauty, the cleanliness and the overall experience as well as the price! A job well done guys!

We absolutely love it! Everything is cozy and inviting. The clubhouse has many little nooks to enjoy books, board games, and the outdoor area feels like a resort. The apartment itself is smartly designed, spacious, and feels like home right away.

I haven't been here for even a week, yet, but the community has not met my expectations. I'm hoping it's just moving pains, but some of the issues aren't even related to us moving in; they were already issues in the apartment that weren't acknowledged that we now have to deal with. I'm hoping it gets better as the month progresses.. Both bathrooms had leak issues & the dishwasher seal is nonexistent. Also, I think the fire suppression system wasn't working, correctly, in the entire building. I would think that these would've mostly all been checked after the last move out/before we moved in (aside for maybe the fire system, I'm not sure how often those are supposed to be tested)? I'm hoping the washing machine & dryer work, since we haven't used them, yet. The neighbors have all been nice, though, & it's very convenient to get anywhere I need to go - I can walk to work. I just feel that I'm paying too much in rental costs to have all of the problems that have occurred, so far.

The management team is top notch and also the maintenance staff. Trash is collected after hours and is conveniently picked up outside our apartment door. Recycles are placed in a separate collection area.

customer service is good up to now. they resolve very quick and take action. during the snow, they made sure clean the roads and parking space to avoid slippery.

No elevators and mail room in any buildings except the main one. Rest of the amenities are good. Sometimes it’s hard to find packages in the mailroom and it can get lost.

Overall, this is a great place to live. Maintenance is on top of any issues with the units and the management is very welcoming. The workout room could have an upgrade to the equipment. The treadmills are a little rickety and they have limited weights. But overall, it's a good place.

Nice Amneties. The facilities are good and especially there is ample space to host private parties such as kids birthdays etc. The Gym and pool area are huge pluses.

Review I have truly enjoyed living at The Haven at Atwater. The staff have done a wonderful job of maintaining the grounds and common areas. The leasing office also does a wonderful job of keeping residents updated on what is going on in the community whether it be maintenance, addendums to the lease, or any other issues that required keeping me informed about their resolution. I am always kept up to date about community events well. My family is still amazed by how well the apartment complex and surrounding Is well maintained. I've lived here for almost 2 years and have had positive experiences. I love the amenities and maintenance of the shared spaces. Location is also great and love being able to take long walks and feel safe.

Just moved in, so far so good! Our place was clean moving in and we love the proximity to nearby shops. Malvern seems like a great place and we're glad to be living here so far.

Overall the move in experience was wonderful and the staff was very willing to work with me! I have lived here for a little while now and everything has been wonderful and just as advertised! The only negative is the lack of elevators, but I knew that before moving in. Overall it is a wonderful place to live!

Very well maintained. For every holiday there is a party. Administration is always helpful. Great place to walk around and take kids on evening strolls.

Holiday notwithstanding we moved in just before Christmas and we weren't alone. Our movers Suburban Solutions were very conscious of The Haven at Atwater Village serving us white glove treatment and the Staff at The Haven were right there to guide us. It was smooth. The condo/apartment was sparkling clean and assisting us when asked without hesitation.

Good place to live for a year. Met some very nice people. My only complaint is the bathroom needs more light over the shower and the dog park needs more attention.

Great staff to match property. Clean with top notch amenities. Trash pickup is very convenient. Easy 24 entry to recycling garage. Dog park is a nice touch with waste bags readily available.

What can I say??? It is one of my favorite apartments in America.Gives me a sense of resort vivacity when I enter the leasing office.In a chilly winter, sipping hot chocolate and admiring the lake view and the greenery is so refreshing.The staff of excellent.Richard and Matt are always there to assist you. In addition, the maintenance personnel are always courteous and provide timely service.My favorite part of the leasing office is the yoga room while my little one enjoys the game room the most. We love this place. It is safe and secured.
