It has only been my first weekend here, but the apartment is lovely, as well as the people in the community so far. I am excited and looking forward to my new home.
The convenience of living at the Haven is worth so much to us. We are minutes from so many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The interstate is close and it's 20 minutes to downtown Pittsburgh. So nice! The school district is top notch. I wouldn't have wanted my child to go anywhere else. The facilities are nice here. We love the coffee in the morning. The walking trails are wonderful too.

It's been awhile since I moved and a very long time since I lived in an apartment. With starting a new job at the same time, there have been alot of moving parts and a few hiccups. I do like the pool. And the location is pretty good to other things. It has been a bit noisy lately but who is making the noise I can't seem to find since they make noise at all hours.

I’m officially on day 2 after the move and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Maintenance and the office staff have been amazing, as well as the neighbors I’ve passed. Can’t wait to try out all the common areas and meet more people!

Great environment! Maintenance is not the greatest but they do act quickly. It’s a great place to live if you have a dog. The dog park and walking trails make apartment living with a furry friend ideal.

It's evident that the management takes great pride in the appearance of the property, and it really enhances the overall living experience. The amenities are another major plus. There's a well-equipped fitness center, which makes it easy to stay active without needing a separate gym membership. The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of lounge chairs and a clean, refreshing pool that’s perfect for hot summer days. Additionally, there’s a clubhouse that residents can use for gatherings or parties. It’s spacious and beautifully designed, making it a great place to host events. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Whenever I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which makes living here even more enjoyable.
The Haven staff is helpful with all resident needs. The move in process was streamlined and easy. Rooms are great and maintenance staff is responsive. Highly recommend!
The area is great, quiet, and has a lot to offer. The clubhouse here is also great for getting things done or hanging out. The gym and pool are kept clean. And, my apartment has been what I expected. Overall, getting this apartment has been pretty straightforward with the help of the leasing agent here.

Great amenities! There are so many dogs in the neighborhood which is amazing. I love that they host events like bingo and corn home tournaments.
I’ve loved the place since the first day I came in to fill out an application 2.5 yrs ago. My cats absolutely love the screened in balcony every summer.
The Haven is such a nice place to live in. The units are spacious and luxurious. Don’t have to worry about parking space too. Neat and clean environment, friendly neighbors and accommodating lease office employees.

Well it is just about a year that my husband and I chose to downsize, sell our home in New Jersey and move to The Haven. It was love at first site and continues to bring smiles to our faces daily.We absolutely love it here!!!!. As seniors we decided to move to Cranberry to be closer to our son and grandkids. It has been a true gift but the friends we made at the Haven have also become our family. We all help each other and we feel very blessed. Each day you meet new people, young and old and everyone is so kind and friendly. The office staff headed by Lori are always there to address any concerns or problems you may have. Maintenance headed by Frank are exceptional. You have a problem? They are so quick to address it. The ammenities at The Haven are exceptional. So much to take part in. Our secret pleasure? Getting a latte from the clubhouse, sitting at the fire pit and meeting new and old friends. Life at The Haven keeps getting better and better!
Great location, very safe and quiet. The apartment complex is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and accessible. Maintenance when needed or necessary is timely.
Quiet units, very responsive management, love the no smoking anywhere ruling. Massage business on site as well as the gym. Lived here 6 months.

Great staff and amenities. Built in 2014 so new but also keeps getting better via some refreshes. I have live here since the opening and have no plans to move (perfect location for me as well).

Great place to live. W have been here for almost four years. Convenient location and great staff. Would recommend to family and friends 10/10.
Everything has exceeded my expectations. I’ve really enjoyed living here so far! The amenities and community events are really great. My only disappointment is that they don’t recycle anything except cardboard but maybe that is typical for an apartment complex!
Nice new apartments. There is in apartment washer and dryier, dishwasher, 9ft ceilings, a balcony, and a dog park. My dog loves all of his dog friends. I just wish there were more community events and that they were free

Nice apartment in a nice complex. Pleasantly surprised to see the screened balcony. It would have been a little helpful if they were more specific and upfront about the lack of internet, you need to sign up for your own service.
We’ve had a great experience living at the haven for the last 5 years. It’s in a convenient location, near all of the shops and right next to 279 if wanting to go to the city or the turnpike. The apartments are updated and spacious. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful - we’ve never had to wait for something to be taken care of or fixed (they tend to go above and beyond to help actually). We’ve loved our time here and would recommend this complex to anyone looking in the area!
