Cant wait for my lease to end so I can leave , one of the worst places i have ever lived in , management are rude and ignorants , find you a better place and stay away
This place handled COVID-19 the worst I have seen. They would not let us use any of the amenities besides the pool outside of office hours even though they sent an email stating that it all would be open until 10:00pm again. I am frustrated beyond belief and feel like we are extremely over paying since we can’t even use half of the amenities when I get home from work. The apartment itself is nice but I would rather give my money to people who know how to run a business. The leasing agents are fantastic it is just management. I am not one to write reviews like this but I have never been so frustrated and disheartened.

I have lived at The Haven for 4 years. I am so pleased with how professional the staff is. Anytime there is an issue big or small they always take care of it! I am so thankful that I will get to live here a good long time. I would recommend this property to anyone!

These people will not fix any of the shared amenities. Bratty little kids will break the tvs and leave messes everywhere. The fire place and the hot tub have been broken for months.They nickel and dime you to death and require a 60 day notice if you plan to move out. Also month to month is 150 and a cancellation of lease is 3 months rent!

I had to move out early. Paid the penalty, then got hit for pet damage. Management knows I never had a pet. I sent a letter contesting it, and instead of talking to me, they dinged my credit. I've never even seen a picture of the so-called pet damage. No animal was in my apartment - ever. Be wary.

They have great amenities and great units features.
I really love living at the Havens. The staff are so nice, helpful, and professional including the management. They know its their job to take care of the residents and they make every effort to do that. They have always gone above and beyond to resolve any issue I have experienced. Also, the maintenance staff are all friendly and clean up after fixing anything in your apartment. Also, a pleasant surprise about living in such a large complex is that your neighbors are all friendly and quiet. At night, the police security team are always driving around to add extra safety. The apartment itself is very clean and has all new appliances. I have recommended a few of my friends to the Havens and they have been pleased with their decision to live here. As a bonus, It is close to 4 major highways.
Terrible management! Walk away from this over priced, poorly run establishment. They refuse to answer the phones, return messages or even attempt to work with you.
I have nothing but negative experiences with management. I have received better customer service from a McDonald's than this place. Never willing to help or listen to any concerns, it's always "out of their hands". Their communication is horrible and their professionality is never present. I really wanted to like this place, yet I wish I had never signed a lease here.
I love the look and feel of this property, but the staff take everything away from the amenities. This place is meant to be a home, but you are constantly being swindled and duped. They are out for your money, which to some extent is understandable as they are a business. But you don't expect it to be so cruel and vile when this property is meant to be your home. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional when dealing with all the way to upper management. The property management are constantly out for you. If you choose to live here, I highly recommend allocating a large sum of money for "unexpected fees and costs". I would look elsewhere as there are many new and growing communities in the area with far better staff and management.
Unbelievably wonderful home! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath for almost a year now. I am daily stunned by the beauty of my apartment as well as the community. I intend to live here many years. This property is really nice looking and has great amenities. The office staff are all very nice and respond quickly to maintenance requests. The maintenance staff is friendly and addresses maintenance issues quickly. The tub is also really great to soak in, very roomy. That is the extent of the good things about this property. Here's the bad: it's overpriced. The fixtures are some of the cheapest and flimsy I've seen in rental properties. The flooring looks nice but is extremely cheap as well and damages too easily for a rental property. The carpet wore down way too fast; I never wore shoes on it and never ate/drank on it, yet it wore down within a couple months of moving in. The paint on the walls is a weird beige color and scratched way, way too easy. Those are the superficial things One can expect in a lot of rental properties. Here is the much bigger issue that is the reason I even wrote a review: this property has an insane bug problem. From day 1, I encountered several different species of spiders every single day of my life there. Also, there was an absolutely bonkers infestation of wood roaches. After speaking with the pest control company, I was told that wood roaches aren't like common cockroaches that are attracted to messy homes (Mine was not. I am a VERY clean tenant), they're actually attracted to wood and usually stay in forested areas and that the infestation I was experiencing was rare. Nonetheless, this infestation went on after multiple prest control sprays and continued for several weeks. The office staff was understanding about having pest control come out multiple times but seemed surprised I was having such a problem. However, 2 other tenants in other buildings independently and unprompted mentioned they were having a bug problem as well, so I know it was not just my unit. Lastly, when I moved out, I was charged for a missing door hinge. I can't say for sure how much it was because the bill wasn't itemized but regardless, I didn't take a door hinge...because who takes a door hinge?? The door was missing the hinge as the property was very poorly built. When I moved in, the balcony door was missing a sweeper and one of the staff told me missing pieces like that were really common on the property. This wouldn't be a huge deal because the hinge was probably a few dollars BUT it's petty and ridiculous to charge someone for a door hinge that was missing all along and this is a great example of why this property is trash.
