they charge for making your own rent payment 25 bucks plus they charge 50 bucks for not using your trash can for valet. also people break into your car

I’ve been here for a while I’ve had several maintenance issues including Mold in my unit that’s is over walls and doors. the complex themselves stated “they don’t know” where the problem is coming from.. I’ve asked to terminate my lease based on mold issue as my children have asthma and this is a huge risk to continue to take to live in such conditions where the problem is TEMPORARY getting fixed. This is beyond frustrating and the regional manager Bonnie only gets the side notes. It’s come to the point where I’ve taken the legal steps against this property and company. And code compliance is now involved.

The apartments in this complex have very good insulation. We lived the on third floor and we turned on our heater only several times during the cold time of the year, because of apartments below and beside us so the heat from the sun (the roof and windows) kept our place very warm and cozy. But at the same time, our apartment was not extremely hot in summer months because our windows were facing North East and this location gives us a gentle morning sun without extreme heat in contrast of the opposite side of the building. Our apartment was very close to the pool, but at the same time it was quiet and we didn't hear any disturbing noise from the pool. The walk to the pool is quick and shady. So if you want to save money on heating and especially on air conditioning during almost 9 hot months texan summer look where you apartment is located (windows directions). If anyone wonders we lived in 512. There was peace and quietness, we were surrounded by wonderful neighbors and because we were on the third floor there were NO sounds above us! Because we lived on the third floor we never had any bugs (water bugs and etc.) compared to what other reviews are saying. We had our apartment sprayed for bugs as soon as we moved in and the bugs stayed out. We lived in a very convenient location. Our building was near the main entrance and leasing office, but at the same time it was very quiet, we never ever heard the sound of the gates or any sounds from the pool behind the building. There was only one inconvenience for us the gym and mail boxes was in the opposite side of the leasing office. The maintenance work is amazing here! 90% of requests were done at the same day! This apartment complex has a very convenient location. The 151 and 410 construction are done, there is easy accesses to any of these highways. There is SeaWorld close by, shopping centers and there are more coming soon. There are HEB in any direction. Our kids were in a charter school for several years, by the way it was a main reason why we left the Stone Oak area. Harmony school teachers are doing an amazing job, they to excellent work! Management staff are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful! There was only one downside there, Google Fiber has not arrived to the apartment complex yet!
The apartment complex is great and the management ever better. They always respond quickly to anything I need and are extremely polite and happy to help. I have had no problems living here. The facilities are really nice as well! I use the gym all the time.
I live in these apartments currently. I have a 2 bedroom split with an attached garage. The area is usually clean, most residents pick up trash when they see it. (At least I do) The pool is nice, great for parties and guests. I do wish they would adjust the PH most often because it tends to get off balance in the summer and gets kind of murky from all the bodies going through it. *Improvement suggestion for staff** Have a party schedule for the pool. I threw a party for my son this summer and there were 3 other people trying to have their party at once. One even moved to a different location because ours was full. Our apartment is nice, we opted for the hardwood floors, it costs a little extra but I hate carpet and avoid it if at all possible. I personally have not had an issue with crime or break-ins, but I made sure I had renters insurance and car insurance and leave nothing valuable in my car. Gated community or not, humans are humans. Big closets and good amount of room. Maintenance is usually very good about addressing issues when you have them. I will say that you need to make sure you're CLEAR on what you need fixed and sometimes what is. You also need to make sure you follow up if it's not fixed or they didn't fix what you asked. Bugs. They happen, but whenever I told the staff pest control is on it. Qualms: There is no pantry and the kitchen space is extremely limited. I had to buy several bookshelves to accommodate the food items I need. The space is that limited. Walls are thin. Neighbors can be inconsiderate when it comes to parties. Women in burkas who stare at you. I know it's a culture thing, but I can't get used to it. Gym equipment is old and outdated, some of it is probably not safe to work out on. ***BEFORE YOUR MOVE IN*** Do not sign your lease before you see your apartment. Don't let them talk you into seeing a display model, of course those are going to look nice. Document EVERYTHING that needs to be fixed or was wrong with your apartment. INSIST on seeing your unit before you move in. Traffic is terrible beginning at 635 and ending at 830. Plan accordingly.
your money can go to a better apartment. The staff and manager are not willing to work with you. I have been here for 3 years and just renew my lease. if i was not to lazy to move i would. you would think that if you stayed at the same here they would work with you to make you want to stay. the manager was not willing to do that and they increase my rent greatly. they change there policy without informing you, which to me upsets me.
