Property Ratings at The Haven
The Haven is nice so far. The staff are accommodating and knowledgeable and thoroughly assisted with my and my father’s needs.
I like living in this apartment, I do. But I feel like the maintenance people can clean MUCH better. Elevators can be wiped and mopped more, especially the hallways. Beautiful buildings and modern but very dirty. Hopefully management can hire people who can actually clean the place and do some type of Power wash. Plus residents don’t know how to pick up after their dogs. I always see droppings every morning unfortunately.
Great move-in process, Good community, maybe inform residents on car/truck theft, and take precautions. And I would like for the gate to be closed at night, however, I haven't seen it closed.

In regards to your concerns with the gates and safety, unfortunately, crime has no address and we are unable to guarantee anyone's safety or security. We take great pride in being a gated community and appreciate the patience of our residents while the necessary repairs were being made to ensure it stays closed. Naturally, we encourage all prospective residents to research everything possible about their new homes and the area before making their decision. We can appreciate terrible inconvenience of crime no matter what. It is always our goal to be of as much assistance as possible, especially during any situation such as this that is already trying. I would give this apartment complex a two on a scale of one to ten. The oversell we got when we moved in did not pan out. Much of what we were told has not valid. It has the bones but isn't fleshed out.

The actual apartments are decent but in my experience the rest of the facility was been subpar at best and not worth the price.

The Haven apartments are wonderful, quiet, calm and very clean. Everywhere is expensive so at least for the price the layouts and size are by far some of the best.

The staff is excellent. Apartments are brand new, clean, everything works great, and the maintenance team always fixes any issues very quickly. Outdoor cleanliness is the only thing that could be improved but the staff does frequently send out emails trying to fix these issues. I’m sure they’ll be resolved. Overall I greatly recommend these apartments. I truly believe they’re the best in Denver.

Car was broken into with the first two months of living here, not a good neighborhood to live. People do not clean after their dogs, there is usually dog droppings on the sidewalk to be frank. The apartments themselves are not bad. For the new price they have this place at though do yourself a favor and run far away.
I love the community and the living space. Has really nice amenities and clean facilities. Maintenance is very respectful and nice. The office personnel are very engaged in any request you have. It’s been an absolute pleasure living at the Haven.
