Do not move here the apartments are in poor condition and the office manager is very rude. The apartments have many vacant units due to the condition of the apartments, dirty pool, hot tub has not worked in two years and old gym equipment. Multiple apartments have had water leaks and the complex is slow to respond. Your property is damaged by water leaking from the roof and they will not take responsibility with repairing the damage or compensation for damaged items.

Hello There Anonymous. Although this invalid review is word for word the same review posted by a non-resident, non-occupant, non-prospect of the Haven in OKC back on January 5, 2024, we want to request this review also be removed as it indicates by the inaccurate complaints it must be for a different community. The Haven was renovated approx 7 years ago and all finishes updated. There was also a major project to renovate one of those buildings again to our platinum finishes. That renovation was complete earlier this year and all of those apartments are now occupied. Roofs were replaced recently as well. Additionally, our hot tub is operable and utilized by residents and their guests daily. Our pool is outdoors and closed in October for the season. We very much appreciate your removing this duplicated review. Thank you.

When we moved in the management never provided updates with what was going on with the apt despite having a community wall and when I asked community questions on the wall such as when XYZ was going to be fixed my posts were approved. Management treated us like we were a pain for asking about things. Some residents are definitely favored over others. Never felt like they wanted our business here. Then when we tried to start planning to leave they told us it is their policy to not do rental verification unless we officially gave notice. We had a stack of complaints so we called regional. Things then improved and we considered staying an extra few months. Nope. Lease not renewed. If you don't like it you better not ask for things to be better. The apts are large but run down if yours isn't remodeled. I have a dip in my floor and nails sticking out of carpet. Our doorknob needs to be adjusted every 3 to 6 months.The hot tub JUST opened after 8 months of "it'll open next week". Pool is sometimes locked with no updates to residents even though thats where the BBQs are and its 24/7 365. When we moved in the website said they had valet trash. They did not and didnt take it down until i inquired about how it worked. Mailboxes are falling off the wall. The bike in the gym has been broken since we moved in. Dog poop all over the place. Corn hole disappeared. They do resident events but I've never seen a post about what kind of events we want. Management will try to talk around direct questions. So renter beware. Talk to residents, and read reviews of people who have been here a while. If you want a place downtown and don't want to use community amenities or have low expectations this place could be a good option for you.

Honestly, its a great community. The people that live here are nice but the amenities are spotty with little to no communication. Even if we were notified through the portal how long and why the pool is closed that we be sufficient. Its really the only place in the apt complex to get sun.

I was very interested in this property for various reasons, including being very close to my place of employment. That interest further increased when I read about their "Preferred Employer" program. When I called back in May, I was told that the program allowed for a $200/mo discount off of rent. Unfortunately, I was not ready to move so I was not able to act on it at that moment. Fast forwarded a month or two and I looked into this complex again and again spoke with someone at the office for more details and to schedule tour. When I again brought up the employer discount program, I was told that it never has existed. I kindly explained the information previously given via phone and was told that she has been the only person in the office since February and would have never have given that info because knew nothing about the program. She went on to state that she would reach out to apartments.com to correct the information but as of this post, it has not been removed. I find it funny how the description of the program mentions several local businesses that qualify for the discount; business that only the local complex would know about. If the program doesn't exist, why are these specific businesses mentioned as "qualified". Apartments.com is not going to just arbitrarily going to list business close to the complex. Be weary about dealing with this complex. They are difficult to reach on the phone and never answer emails, in addition to providing what I believe to be misleading/false information.

I first would like to apologize for any confusion that has been caused regarding our preferred employer program. This is a program that we offer periodically, but not on an on going basis. We often change the specials that are associated with the Preferred Employer Program, too. It sounds like there is a miscommunication in regards to our having offered it in the past. As for the Apartments.com description, this was a website feed issue that I have escalated up to our corporate marketing department. In no way do we intend to mislead someone. We take great pride in our transparency and integrity with our customers and residents. I do believe this has been resolved at this time on the apartments.com website, but I will continue to monitor it in the coming days to make sure technology doesn?t try to get the best of us again. All of that said, our most recent preferred employer discount was a one time $250 upfront concession and was geared towards medical field employers. This was to show our appreciation to our ?hometown heroes? during such a challenging time with Covid 19, etc. Please let me know if there is anything further I can do to make up for the confusion and frustration involved. We will most certainly take this feedback and use it as a training opportunity to better ourselves and our operations. We truly appreciate you taking the time to send it our way.
The Haven is fairly priced for some well-sized units in downtown OKC and offers great amenities.

I had an appointment to tour the community on a Saturday, and no one ever showed. And this is after they insisted I be there and on time since making an appointment on a Saturday was a huge inconvenience for them to begin with. I waited outside the gate in the rain for almost an hour, with no response to my phone calls, emails, or Gate calls. Couldn’t be bothered to do their job I suppose. I had confirmed the appointment days prior since I was traveling from Florida and I’d hate to spend all that time and money to be stood up, which happened anyway! Seems I dodged a bullet living in such a poorly managed community with unprofessional and disrespectful staff!

Hello! My name is Brittney and we took over the Haven in November of 2019. I apologize that the previous management company didn't leave you with a good impression but I would love to make it up to you. If you are interested please give us a call and we will get you taken care of!
The Haven has a commercial garbage truck coming 3 times a week before 6:30 in the morning and can be loudly heard in most of the complex and surrounding housing. Because this is not a residential garbage truck, it makes significant noise as it hits the dumpster that wakes me up every time. Being woken up this early 3 times a week is totally miserable. I have called the office and there has been no change in this.

The Haven Management would like to inform you that we have contacted our waste management company and have reported this issue to them numerous times. They have informed us that they are authorized to pick up between 6a-6p. I have also been in contact with several companies to find a new vendor for this service. Hopefully one of the new companies can arrange a later pick up time to help resolve this noise issue.
