Had to leave after 2 years living here, the complex has serious safety issues. Aggressive, off leash dogs have literally chased my wife numerous timesthrough our complex - the management did absolutely nothing about this. Homeless people sleep in the utilities building, needles in the parking lot, and had to hide out in our closet recently after some alarmingly close gunshots. If you have kids or a family, please avoid this complex all together they will not care or help in anyway.
The rent goes up and down with no explanation, the water in the kitchen and washer runs really really low. But the worst part is the parking. They force you to get a parking pass because they don't have enough parking at night and if you have more than one car you have to buy 2.THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!
Currently live here! The gym is DIRTY! Only 2 out of the 4 treadmills work. They randomly turn off in the middle of run/walks. Seems like the water is shut off due to an “emergency” atleast once a month. They focus on the wrong things! Painting speed bumps, cutting trees. When there are 2 GAINT holes by the exit gate that could blow someone’s tire out. The lawn people blow stuff all of the cars with no regard to what hits them. Management is NOT good! Dumpsters over fill EVERY weekend! I’m going to report to the BBB. Update! Today, I go to check my mail walk all the way up there and there is fresh paint on the GROUND! No sign or anything?! You can see where I slipped again no sign or anything. LUCKILY I took video and photos of where you can see I slipped and waited to see if anyone was going to show up. There was NOONE in sight.
I've lived at this address for 3 years and have loved it from The Bradford and now The Haven. The staff has ALWAYS been kind to me, my son, and our 2 dogs. The staff has always listened to my concerns and has promptly acted on an issue when one arises. The maintenance men have always done a great job at completing work orders in a timely fashion and always say hi back to me when driving by in the parking lots. I had to take a 3rd floor apartment since it was only one available after the flood and I'm still happy w living on this level. No high water throughout complex even when the ditch behind complex gets high. Cheers to another 3 years! :)

Do you not rent here they charge a high application fee of $370 plus interest and when you don't rent there they will continue to harass you with collections for application fee after we didn't qualify and never lived there I own a home
They refused to tour apartment for me because it was raining
The Haven has what’s called an Apartment Cares Team and they rock. They do a Breakfast in the Go (no idea how they are so cheerful that early in the morning), celebrated the moon landing with burgers from Tookies, had Dairy Queen Blizzards, movie nights and so much more. It’s nice to be treated special. Thank you Apartment Cares team and The Haven management.
I’m sorry to say that I lived here for almost 12 years I like it because it’s close to my work but please before you move-in in this apartment make sure they guarantee the water every time you get in the shower to take a shower there is no water they cannot fix this problem forever and then they blame city they cut the water off that’s ridiculous like we are stupid because when I called they have no idea what I’m talking about so this is not the place to leave very soon I have to move out too because I am getting tired too I have a Nowater get up in the morning I can’t even go to work because I can’t brush my teeth I can’t use bathroom because I can’t flush the toilet I can’t wash the dishes because that happens all the time please do not move in this apartment complex because they cannot fix this problem forever hou do you take care of your children they come home from school you can’t cook for them because there is no water and they don’t care that happens all the time instead of just fix the water we have to go through this every time at least two times a week
I moved in a few days ago. The process was so fast and so easy! Angelica was my leasing consultant. She is absolutely fantastic! She is very thorough and pays attention to every detail. I could not have asked for a better person to assist me. All of the consultants were extremely knowledgeable. I am very happy here! My home is beautiful! It looks exactly like the pictures. I cannot wait to create great memories here!

I absolutely love these apartments! Angelica did an outstanding job to make sure that my transition to my new home here was super smooth. I've only had one maintenance problem, and that was resolved the next day. It's very quiet here, which is a huge welcome! We have so many amenities including multiple pools, a legit fitness area, and on-site laundry, just to name a few! The office is very community oriented and we have regular community events, which is a welcomed bonus. I'm so proud to call The Haven my home!!!

I was a resident there for a very long time. But after the new owner took hold, everything got substantially worse than it was previously. I was also there for the meth explosion in the same building. I was there when they offered us replacements units during a time of duress, and a much higher rental rate (claiming market pricing- yeah right). I was there through the initial period of the new owner. I had significant issues - including having my life threatened - via management staff of all people. They gave me runarounds, excuses, anything to buy time. They weren't honest with me in the slightest. I learned a lot and reported it accordingly. They tried to buy my silence with an offer they would've had to pay anyway because they violated the law. For your information - this place was named "The Bradford", run by Gables and then UDR, before becoming a Pinnacle property. As far as the actual units - they need serious updating. Likewise I would avoid the manufactured "hardwood" floors at all costs - may still be emitting formaldehyde. The countertops are particle board with cheap laminates to which they are charging a premium. By the way, long ago the two bedroom one bath units were actually called one bedroom one bath with study. They changed the nomenclature to charge more for water! is Pinnacle still the owners or did they sell it off as well? Who knows. I celebrated when I left. Looking at the reviews for The Bradford, and all of the super negative reviews, I would say heed each one of them. They're accurate. look elsewhere.
I absolutely hate these apartments. Maintance is lazy you ask them to fix something they insult you and say it's your fault. I needed the caulk in my bath tub to be redone because black mold started to grow and the maintance worker said it's because I don't clean my tub and I need to spray bleach on my tub and let it sit. Well 5 minutes later my tub was yellow.My bathroom sink had rust in it as well. They never can keep the same workers every time I go to the office the entire staff is new. These apartments are over priced for the service and apartment unit that you actually get.
Seeing this place rated so high on this site is mind boggling. Most of the reviews are from a year ago, so that could explain it. The current management is a nightmare. My experience was so bad, I took a loss on a lot of money in order to break away from living here.
Please, do your research on this place. The negative reviews across different sites paint a picture. It is a picture I somehow didn't take seriously and am now paying the price. Management is very disorganized and misleading. Save yourself the stress and loss of money that I just put myself through. I don't ever go writing reviews about places, but I couldn't not speak out about my experience here and hope to help someone else not make my same mistake. Good luck in your search.
The Bradford Apartments is simply the best apartment homes you can find with all the amenities are a great price. The office staff is friendly with superlative service. Landscaping and pools offer that resort style feel. Apartments are spacious with updated modern day look and feel. Best place to stay in the webster clear lake area.
First the good: Location is perfect(with the exception of current El Dorado road construction). Bay Area Blvd is about a minute away plus the roads into the Seabrook area, Pearland area, Houston area & Galveston County are close by(and a Grocery store a block away). The "Pointe" side of the complex has a gym(which is ok), 2 nice pools(one big, one small) & a tennis court. The grounds are always kept nice & maintained. The apartment: The 2 bedroom/2 bath B2A model apt I stay in is quite spacious. The mirrors on the dining room wall also add a very nice flare to the atmosphere. The patio is a good size, perfect for lounging outside, & the patio storage unit has enough room to store whatever you need with a locking door. The water heater storage door has enough extra space the size of a standard sized closet for more things to be kept outside. Normal sized kitchen but the laundry unit storage area that is connected to the kitchen is another fantastic space for storage if you do not have a washer/dryer. The hall bathroom is small but can be expected for a single person's bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is standard size; queen sized bed takes 1/3 of the room & bulky items like a computer desk, dresser & big desk sized head board leave just enough room to sleep. However it's a good size for kids to have and the window looks out into the patio. The new thicker carpet makes closing the sliding doors to the closet a hassle so I just keep them open, which isn't a big deal. The closet has plenty of room though for storage and clothes. The master bedroom is a good size, perfect for a queen sized bed, with plenty of room for dresser & entertainment center. Same size bathroom as the hallway but the best thing is the walk in closet that is just as big. Enough storage to add a small compact dresser; 2 shelve units w/3 hanger poles & a small shelf on the back wall. So LOTS of storage space! The Bad: Parking is horrible. No assigned parking unless you pay & anyone can take a spot, even non residents, which is bad at night. The laundry units are ok if you know which dryers to avoid but all dryers in section next to the gym are bad. All the washers are good though. Neighbors can be good or bad & they have a courtesy officer but complaints have to be directed to the office, or HPD for noisy late night pool parties. Office only handles maintenance requests online, so you don't get that interaction unless you address it in person at the office also. Good and bad but equal.
In my second 12 month lease with the Bradford. The complex is very clean and safe, though there is absolutely no enforcement of parking (without fail there are many people parking in the fire lanes). Overall I'm very happy with the size of the unit and the amenities are good.
I've been here almost 2 years. Prior to this place I lived at another apt complex for 4 years. I've attempted to get an apt here for 5 years prior to moving here, cause of what I heard about this place. Every year I had personal issues that I just ended up renewing my lease. I moved here in 1/2014 on the 1st floor, & 2 wks after I moved here there was a fire directly above me on the 3rd floor due to a meth lab explosion. I was the only witness that heard an explosion & saw a man get blown out of the 3rd floor apt and landed right in front of my porch and shattered his leg. I called 911 & it took almost 8 hours to put the fire out. Come to find out they had been on the mngt radar, but nothing had been done, so in the end it cost me to lose almost everything. The police interviewed everybody except the actual witness to the whole thing. The apt complex offered to transfer me to an available apt that was smaller & more expensive, while I was waiting to talk to Red Cross for assistance. They pressured me to give them yes/no answer for the apt at about 1 a.m. after watch the fire engulf the building. After that whole stressful incident things quieted down. They were friendly with the residences. My problem was getting thing fixed by maintenance after request had been sent in multiple times. It's been almost a 1 1/2 yrs since I sent in multiple request online & walking in the office regarding the loose ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and the broken laundry room door. They are still not fixed. They have switched mngt company's since I've been here, and things seem to be worse. First, the things broken at my place are unfixed & I notified them the same way. Second, the workers may have a smile on their faces but have had bad attitudes majority of my encounters with them. Also, I was late making my rent twice but was unaware that after 2x I can't pay online anymore it needs to be a money order/cashiers check. Next month I attempted to pay online & it was the weekend of July 4th, I was unsuccessful & didn't know why. I waited a wk to find the answer and once I did they still tried to charge late fees. This turned out to be a terrible place. It's very noisy and complaints go unattended too. There is so many things wrong with this place. I just only mentioned some issues that I have gone through. I want to move so bad!!!! Don't move here!!!
PROS: Complex is safe, usually pretty quiet, and the grounds are always kept nicely. Gated Community. Staff is very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Close to restaurants and Baybrook Mall. CONS: Parking can be a nightmare if you do not have a garage or covered parking. Fitness Center equipment is old, and most do not work properly.
My father lived in these apartments for over fours. I came back home from Mississippi and lived wih him for over two. We love the neighborhood and the peace and quiet. The only problem we have is the price. Since my father is retired, his income is very limited, as is mine. I work two part time jobs and both paychecks are very limited themselves. We also have an issue with the new cmpany that took over. They are disorganized and quite rude. I just want my father and I to live in a nice, friendly and affordable environment.
