The people above us are extremely loud at all hours of the day/night. We understand it could be loud but they are loud at 1am- early morning. Also, the other issue is the pain and touchups are really bad here. The products they use are very cheap. Other than that, everything else is fine
I have had quite a peaceful time here at Alexan Westerly Creek. I had a rough start but so far, I have loved it here; leasing staff, mail room, gym, pool, etc the excitement is exhilarating.
I have not moved in yet but I am extremely excited to. This community seems so well maintained and the leasing staff was very nice and knowledgeable!
Property charges twice on certain amenity fees, and tenants tried to get it fix but staff aren't doing anything to fix it instead they are having the tenant fetch for infos that property management should already have. Trash fee is somehow about $60 a month, property management said they would fix it since it shouldn’t be that high, it’s been a year and nothing has changed. Getting charged for electricity twice in invoice, property management has tenant calling xcel energy for informations property management should have on file and xcel energy refusing to give us those infos since once again Property management should be the one reaching out for them or should have it in their file.

The location of the apartments is great, walking distance to Stanley Marketplace and a brewery. The community areas are clean. Only opportunities are exterior cleanliness and accessibility to packages.
Parking was already a frustrating experience here, but now they have taken away over 1/5 of the available resident parking spaces available and converted them into “retail parking only.” Now parking is straight up awful. I brought the obvious issue up with several managers and basically got told “too bad, buy one of our $150/month covered spaces!”

So far everything has been great. Easy move in, smooth application, and great new place! I love how great the amenities are and being new from Texas, this is a great new place to call home.
Fire alarms are sensitive, take that how you will. Also constant pool renovations and apartment “maintained checks”. Neighborhood isn’t bad and generally quiet but every now and then traffic noise is annoying

I honestly love it here. The security, the neighborhood, the apartments are extremely insulated so you can’t hear anyone around you. I’m so glad I chose westerly creek!
Property maintenance is poor sometimes. Dirty stairwells, broken furniture in common aread, glass and trash on the side walk after dumpster pickup because the dumpster they use in building 2 has a giant hole in it (??) Other than that, solid rental experience.

The tour was phenomenal and the application process was so easy. I am very excited to move in to such a wonderful place. Everyone was so welcoming and I can’t wait to call this place home
Maintenance guy took a poo in my apartment when I wasn’t home, packages missing or stolen, loud neighbors, gunshots and fireworks at night, overall 1/10
It's nice amenities and good location. I like how new and clean the apartments feel. Staff is kind of hit or miss, but overall ok. Good for dogs and outdoor walks.
Building is nice, but they don't maintain any of the grass, dead grass, weeds. It all gets tended to maybe once every 2 months. Dog poopie bags don't get stocked frequently so it motivates people to not pick up after their dogs. Rent is too high to not cut the grass once biweekly. Also the creek in the back is so full of garbage. Terrible sight.

I don't like that the pool closes on major holidays, or that it's difficult to get packages. We are often sent emails telling us to pick up dog waste, but the waste bins are always overflowing. There are no longer waste bags above the bins because they were moved to stairwell exits, but why not have both? I like the apartment size and the appliances.
Love living here and the amenities. Staff is super welcoming. All neighbors I have met have been very nice as well. Overall so happy we decided to move here.

I wish the dog waste policies were better enforced. Other than that I like it here. I also wish the pool hours started earlier during the weekend.

At first Alexan seemed like a great place to live, then all the fees started showing up. The pool was constantly down for maintenance even though we paid for amenities. The two coffee machines were almost always not working or needed servicing. The very first day they had the machines they provided cups and items to add to the coffee. That lasted a day. The fireplaces and fire pits are never operable. The mail system here is a joke. The original mail room was not secure by any means. People were missing and stealing packages and a lot were torn open. They moved the mail room 4 times. The new system for package pick up has you leave an ID and they provide you with a key to enter the new package room where anyone is free to take whatever they want with no one to oversee them. The grounds have gotten overgrown and no longer look like they used to. The parking is a joke as well. Being here for a year and I'm struggling to find parking every single day. I would not suggest anyone live here

Please show us which fees were added, and we’ll look into the issue. We apologize for the downtime with the pool, but construction problems required us to have some time when it was not available for use. Additionally, when the pool chemicals get out of balance, we typically need some time to get it back to usable condition due to the size of the pool. We did have issues with the free coffee machines when they were first installed and that has been addressed. In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we made the decisions to eliminate cups and ask residents to utilize their own reusable ones. We still provide all other items to prepare a nice cup of joe as a courtesy to our wonderful residents, as the machines should have everything you need. We don’t show any reports of issues with the fireplace or fire pits that have not been addressed, but if you are still having an issue with the fire pits, please put in a work order. Our current package system was put in place to help us track who enters the room and the items they retrieve, ensuring that everyone receives only their packages. Ultimately, this is temporary until we have a package concierge kiosk installed to better facilitate the package room. We understand that parking problems can arise, but if you encounter any unauthorized vehicles taking spaces, please reach out to the office as soon as possible so we can address them. Very easy move in and staff was super amazing. Seth and Nick ( I Think his name is Nick) were a God send and made this process super easy. This place gives you a luxury feel in an upcoming area. Surround areas are nice and the property itself is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

I intend to update when we actually move in, but I just want to give some perspective as someone looking for a place to live in West Aurora. The process of finding a quality, safe home that is managed by honest, responsible people is a hard one. Since beginning to settle here just 3 months ago, I have toured nearly 40 properties, from houses, to apartments, to duplexes. This property is well-appointed, staffed by people that care about you during every step of the process (our tour guide paused to interact with a current resident in a truly warm manner), and has amenities most people wouldn't even think of. There are plenty of unique floor plans to choose from and the location is extremely convenient to a host of hot spots. I am excited to become a part of the community and update about my experience soon!

It’s a beautiful place but expect things to be stolen, even inside the apartments mail room and hallway. Ring cameras don’t stop them. Parking is nonexistent and you can pay for ONE SPOT but if you have two cars your other one will be walking a long way. People don’t pick up after their pets so you will have to dodge that. For what you pay you can do better.

As long as you stay around the apartment and Stanley's, it is safe and enjoyable. The amenities are amazing. The units are brand new. Most of the staff are professionals and friendly. Just avoid Chad if you have any maintenance issues.

I recently toured Alexan Westerly Creek and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. A lot of my recent apartment tours lacked a personal touch and I instantly felt welcomed here. Jake, Nick, Seth and Breanne all made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The community is brand new and offers many amenities, on top of which they are located right next to the Stanley Marketplace which is a huge plus for me. Every resident we crossed paths with on tour was very friendly and had nothing but nice things to say about the community. I am looking forward to moving in as soon as my current lease is up!

I actually found Alexan by accident when I was looking for a place. I hadn't heard of it before, but I'm glad I found it! I went on a tour and the staff was incredibly friendly and not that creepy insincere friendly that a lot of apartment buildings put out. They answered all my questions and help me understand the breakdown of rent with the move-in special being offered at the time of my application. They also kept in contact through email while I was filling out the application online. After move-in, they were straightforward to get ahold of if I had any questions or needed help with anything. My emails were responded to very quickly and they always checked in to see how move-in went and how I'm doing. Finding a pet-friendly property was fantastic, the staff being so great is icing on the cake.

I been having a good experience so far. Rental is affordable and the place is nice and clean, there’s people taking care of everything to keep the community looking good. The amenities are awesome, there’s a full gym, a patio with grill , the pool with jacuzzi and grill area, etc. Such a luxury place with affordable prices. Love it here !

Alexan is a beautiful, brand spanking new apartment complex with amazing views (depending on where your unit is located.) The units are spacious and have a ton of natural sunlight. We love the high ceilings and all new appliances. The location is great too. Love the walking trails nearby. We also love that maintenance responds so quickly to any issues.

Love it here! Nick is the best and helped make everything as smooth as possible. Even though it is under construction they don’t work at night and you can sleep peacefully. The amenities are great and they don’t give you some small stacked on each other washer/dryer. The washer and dryers are really nice.
