Hamilton is a suburban city in southeastern Ohio, about thirty miles north of Cincinnati. The community is known for wearing its colorful history on its sleeve: the Lindenwald neighborhood is designated as a National Historic District, and beautiful examples of vintage architecture are on display all over the city, from the numerous Victorian homes to the magnificent Butler County Courthouse.
While the Downtown district is a great place to enjoy breakfast at a cozy café or have a locally-brewed pint while taking in views of the river, the city also features a large cluster of shopping centers on the northwest side of town, offering everything from grocers to hardware stores to the local multiplex movie theater. The diverse rental market features a broad range of apartments, condos, and houses, with options to suit any taste or budget.

Property Ratings at The Heights at Bridgewater
I’ve lived here since November 2020. It’s been the absolute best experience! They are fast to approve maintenance work and the maintenance guys are fantastic! They are fast with any task and are very kind. The managers are very helpful and considerate. I absolutely love living here and don’t want to go anywhere else!! They keep the neighborhood clean and spotless. It’s a very peaceful place to be. I love living at The Heights!!!

It truly means a lot to have our residents share their positive experiences. Our priority is customer service and we are ecstatic that we met that mark. If there is anything else we can do for you, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
I have lived here for 5 months now and I absolutely love it. The ladies in the office are very professional, my move in paperwork was a breeze and they made it very easy for me with my numerous questions, concerns. The maintenance guys are super nice and very quick to fix the few things when I first moved in. Today, we had our first winter storm and after round 1 of the snow fall the maintenance guys came out on a Saturday mind you to plow and shovel sidewalks before round 2. You can’t find that at apartment complex’s anymore. I love the location, it’s quiet, all my neighbors around me are friendly and I can’t wait to try out the pool this summer. I love coming home and I am looking forward to staying here awhile longer.
I have lived here for a year now and will be moving as soon as I find another place their maintenance is horrible it's a joke my lights went out in my kitchen which you cannot change yourself because of the high ceilings I called maintenance to let them know my lights were not working and that I could not see or cook for my two children and because this is not an emergency on their behalf they cannot come out until two days later which will be Monday to fix my lights in my kitchen I have never heard anything like this in my entire life I asked the maintenance who lives directly across from me in the same complex is his lights working and he said yes. So you were able to see your kitchen I pay rent every month but I can't have working lights in my unit because it's not an emergency. How inconsiderate and unprofessional Of this management this is how you treat your tenets but you will be really quick to evict someone if they didn't pay their rent on time. I should've known better but when I came to look at the place and the apartment smell like an animal maintenance lied about clean the carpet the previous tenant had a pet in here that they say they were not aware of however upon moving in I found in one of the bedrooms a pile of kitty litter which you can clearly see that the carpet has not been cleaning like the management office said it was they had to come and replace the entire carpet because my child is severely allergic this is just among several things that have gone on not to include that my daughters bike was stolen off my patio. They make it look all nice and pretty but this place is very unprofessional very inconsiderate to tenets and don't care about the people who live here . I called the corporate office about another situation and clearly no one including the corporate office cares anything about their tenets they do not care all they want is their rent money every month I would never ever recommend this place to anyone
We stopped yesterday for a tour. The staff member who took us was very abrupt, bordering on rude. She seemed to be in a hurry to get to the end of the day. It was 4:40pm when we arrived, but for a complex catering to working professionals, that seems like a time when many prospective residents might be able to visit. The agent made no effort to explain any of the features of the apartments or the complex. Very, very disappointing!
