A large subdivision with mountain views and a golf course, Los Serranos provides a beautiful location in Chino Hills. Bordered by the Chino Valley Freeway on its east side, commuting from the neighborhood is easy. While it is primarily residential, there's ample shopping in the northwest corner of the neighborhood, near the intersection of Pipeline Avenue and Chino Hills Parkway. Here, you'll find restaurants, banks, grocery stores, specialty shops, and other businesses.
The Los Serranos Country Club covers much of the neighborhood, offering two 18-hole golf courses, a large lake, a clubhouse, and a driving range. For those who prefer hiking to golfing, the Chino Hills State Park is directly south of the neighborhood and provides ample hiking, equestrian, and mountain biking trails. The park covers 14,102 acres and includes an outdoor amphitheater, campgrounds, picnic areas, and an exhibit hall.

The Heights is a clean, quiet, beautiful place to live. I am sure most complexes do this, but each year they max out the legally allowed rent increase - so expect rent to jump every year no matter what. Its expensive - but that pretty much is California for you.

For more than five years, I have resided at the Heights in Chino Hills, and it has been a delightful experience. The staff is pleasant and supportive, always available to address any concerns. Upon relocating from another part of the country (without physically seeing the apartment beforehand), I was met with a fully refurbished unit that was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for my comfort. The area is ideal as it is secure, and conveniently located near shopping centers, eateries, and recreational activities. In summary, I am thoroughly content residing in this rental community and would strongly endorse it to anyone searching for a cozy and well-situated abode.

This is a wonderful place to call home, we love the fact that it is very well maintained and everyone from Management to Service Technician is respectful and patient. Maintenance and other calls are answered in a timely manner, and everyone is very genuine and really do their best to ensure that we are comfortable and happy to call this our home. We have been here for over 10 years and really enjoy it, this is a clean and safe place. Sometimes the dogs can get a little loud but that's understandable, dogs will be dogs and have to bark :) Keep up the good work.

My overall experience is average to poor while the location is great and at the leasing office are very nice people but I am having packages stolen off my door and items from my garage stolen, kids smoking weed under my balcony, Loud fighting neighbors. Public indecency actions inside cars in the visitor parking in the middle of the day and to top it all you can almost never find parking after 9 pm during the week.

We used to live in Heights2 years ago and it was great but we came back after 5 years to live in The Heights1 which is under the same management and it's just a nightmare. Packages are stolen from the front of our doors and we found our garage open and so many things were stolen that were priceless and sentimental to us. Let me tell you that parking here is a nightmare and if we ever come late we never find parking. leasing office employees seem super nice but we only hear promises and no action or resolution of any kind. I have to give it thought to the maintenance team which is always great and handles all requests professionally. I can't wait for my lease to end.

Now let?s address your concerns: Packages: Many delivery companies? delivery packages daily and we can?t control if one is misdelivered or sadly stolen however, we do offer a package system so that your packages can be delivered in a secure locker and be picked up by you at your convenience. Let us know if you are interested in signing up and we can assist you in the office. Garages and Parking: Our policy is that the garages are to be used for parking a vehicle not for storage. We have a solution for you for both concerns! There are several storage facilities near us that you can contact to remove your personal and sentimental items too that will ensure they are secure and, in a space, made for storing items. This will also free up your assigned parking space, your garage to park in so that you will not have difficulty in finding parking when you return home. We hope these solutions are helpful and that you know we are always here to assist you in anyway that we can.
