The apartment itself are really nice and brand new. But the area is horrible. If they where gated it would be a different story , I would see homeless people passing through and a lot of robberies also occurred around this area. Security really doesn’t do anything either and people smoke weed there 24/7. They really need to gate the area and make it more safe for the residents.

I am overly pleased with how welcomed I feel at my new apartment. Since Day 1 when I walked in for information only, the office manager Wendy was super helpful. When I came back to finalize everything I needed the staff and Wendy was super helpful and welcoming. Very patient staff with great people skills which is needed at your place of living. I am so happy with how attentive everyone is with any little issue or concern you may have. They welcome you here like family and care about your needs as a tenant. This spot has been peaceful and beautiful and I truly live the staff at the office. Even the maintenance guys are awesome. I love my new place. Thank you !!!!

There are only like 10 visitor parking spaces that get used up by residents so in turn there are no parking spots for guests. If your guests park anywhere other than visitor parking, they WILL get towed!

Reason I am giving this a one star is because to be completely honest the apartment itself are really nice and modern but!!! Once you sign lease you’ll see the hidden fees , they charge $400-$600 when you finish your lease to re paint the apartments!! That is ridiculous because they are literally charging for something that is not worth that much , the paint is the really cheap one and also what if you don’t dirty the wall?? They still make you pay it , also they charge a cleaning fee when you leave $180 or more depending on apartment size !! That is ridiculous I literally got my apartment soo dirty I spent two days cleaning it and I am pregnant!! I actually went to ER because I was cleaning with chemicals and on my knees cleaning the floors and countertops!!! The service is horrible!!! They lie to get you into an apartment and then after you’ll see all the crap they make you pay . The girls at the office are always and I mean always not there, they go and hide I’m guessing they never doing their job!! Parking !! The Parking is ridiculous, each building has 12 apartment and there’s like 3 buildings and there is only 12 parking spots!!!! That’s sooo ridiculous and they charge you $35 if you have a second car and the best part is that there is no spots left and you are paying $35 to park far and a place that is visitor parking and is free!! These people are very uneducated!! I would highly consider all the pros and cons about this place before leasing !! Just an FYI because they will lie and say this is a awesome place but honestly not worth it ! Ohhh and also the neighborhood is super bad !!!!! They don’t tell you that but it can be dangerous!!! This will be my only year in these apartment because honestly I’m ver disappointed.

These people don't tell you about all of their hidden fees up front. Just so you know there is Non frundable application fee $40 per person administration fee $200 a monthly car fee (1st car free) $35 Pool and gym key $20 Mandatory end of lease fee $150 (moving out) Mandatory paint fee (when moving out for all residents if the walls are dirty or not)$600 Grout fee $ 150 And these are the ones I can remember. They have a long list of fees that you only find out about after paying the nonrefundable application fee.
