The Heights at Dunwoody

Being a resident here has been wonderful, the staff is pleasant, maintenance is swift and consistent with their work, the neighborhood just kept clean and maintenance every week. We have frequent events every month. There’s really nothing not to love.

A tour of the community was needed. It took me 2 days to find my mailbox and I should have been made aware that the elevator was not working prior to move in.

Nice community to stay in Dunwoody, its gated and clean on the exterior side. Like the pathways for walking within the community. However, Gym equipment need improvement, valet trash service has had issues, whitewashing is needed as floor are having spots.

Apartments are old but good and clean. Leasing office staffs are very calm and good in nature.. Aminities are good in this society. Maintenance services are very quick .

My experience as a resident at The Hight Dunwoody is certainly not good due to several issues ranging from the lack of organization of the condominium to the complete lack of education of some residents. If you want to feel safe and generally satisfied by living in a familiar and organized condominium, it definitely won't be here.

I have been in my unit for a little over two weeks now and I love it here! Every property employee is always so nice and helpful with anything needed at all! I put in maintenance requests for two separate issues and they had someone in my unit to fix it that same day.

Management staff was great and very helpful since the beginning. They have requested every single question we had and were following up the whole process giving us more options to any concern. Simply great.

For the most part living here is nice, and the community is well kept. However there are somethings that could make it better. I have experienced in both my units broken AC, resulting in the replacement of the entire HVAC system. Also the elevators never work and there seems to be no urgency in fixing them.

Apartment is cozy. Makes for a nice first apartment. Management needs to fix the elevator issues. Why pay for amenities that you are not receiving.

Love the atmosphere here- Neighbors minds their own, gym area has everything you need, and the gates actually work. Will be sure to refer others to the Heights!

Beautiful interior, community is also beautiful, clean and quiet. I love it so far. Move in was smooth and staff have great customer service.

The location is perfect and the amenities are great. And the new management here is really pleasant and professional, I would definitely recommend this complex.

The woman sit in leasing office makes you feel you owe her money. I would like to move out as soon as possible. Leaking, bugs, poops everywhere.

You guys are awesome! Maintenance always comes quickly and they’re always so nice. I never have trouble finding parking there’s always space. The only problem is that it is in dunwoody so area around is a little boring.

It is a good apartment. Staffs are also very kind.units are old but clean.maintenance guys are good in nature.Best area of this society is gym.

Please do not sign the lease in this community, maintenance is worst and all the packages are missing, we have locker room but no use of it even though we are paying monthly $5 for it. If we ask about it no proper response from leasing office.

Im new here. So fae a good quiet neighborhood. Lots of food nearby. Close to perimeter mall. I like it here. But the halls and stairway could be a tad bit cleaner.

This is a great community in Dunwoody. Apartment plans are good, but cleanliness needs a bit of effort. The corridors are not clean, bugs are increasing, and I see dead cockroaches everywhere.

it is a good experience . apartments are clean . staff members are very corporative and helping in nature. amenities are clean and good.

I'm pleased with living here. Everyone in the community seems to be nice. I wish that they would do better with cleaning up after their dogs. The staff is very nice and keeps us in the loop of what's going on at all times and that is totally awesome.

Love the neighborhood so far and leasing staff has worked with me every step of the way. A nice looking, clean, community in a location that couldn’t be more convenient.

Zariah and Pamela are awesome! They are always so courteous & professional whenever I am in the leasing center. I really love living here because of the amenities and because the staff is great.

I have recently moved to this community. So far I’m loving it and have recommended it to my friends and colleagues. The issues get resolved quickly.

I love the community, the people and the layout of my apartment. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. The maintenance workers are always hard at work keeping the community looking beautiful and repairs have been done fast.

Excellent response times! They try and have something going on for the community to do. Great nieghbors and gym facilities. Love the gas stoves and the vaulted ceilings what the balcony.

So far I love the apartment complex and the amenities offered! My maintence requests have been completed in a timely manner and staff is helpful.

Every single month here was wonderful, Pamela was great throughout the duration of my lease, everybody else was really helpful too ! It is really beautiful complex and and the apartments are beautiful as well

The layout of the community is just so odd and inconvenient. My frustrations are that kids constantly use the gym as a playground, the treadmills frequently don’t work, the gate hasn’t operated since I moved in in October, the grills are subpar at best, the “dog park” at building 2 is just a strip with mostly gravel and some grass, the mailboxes are janky and easily accessible without a key making nail vulnerable to be stolen, and the pool is unable to be accessed even to just sit on the couches and enjoy the surroundings. On a positive note, my apartment is mostly quiet, maintenance responds to requests quickly, the community is clean with little trash and debris, I like the parcel locker room so at least packages are secure since the mailboxes aren’t, and I’ve always felt safe.

I’ve been living here going on 2 years and I have no complaints. 10/10 neighborhood, neighbors, & staff. It’s clean, safe, and quiet. The people are wonderful. What more could I ask for

A place you can call home! So family friendly, quiet and safe. Very convenient too as most services, restaurants and shopping malls are within walking distance.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and the apartments are lovely. Could use more cabinet/closet space. I love the fact that everything is within a close proximity. So far my overall experience has been great.

Maintenance and staff are great & have been so helpful! Haven’t lived here long but I do love it so far! The only thing I wish there was that they can’t really fix is a playground for kids.

The maintenance is usually on time but recently the property going through more issues. the leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. So I am hoping these issues would resolve soon.

The community is beautiful! There are so many nice trees and flowers. The only "noise" we're subjected to is birdsong. So far, everyone I've met has been very friendly and approachable. My family and I really believe that we've made the right choice by moving here.

Nice area close to mall . Community is clean Apartment is spacious. Upper level neighbours are a bit noisy with walking in their apartment which vibrates but guess it is due to thin flooring

Great place, well priced, close to everything, and very well run. Parking is convenient and the apartments are in good shape. Maintenance is quick and friends and the staff are very friendly.

I have been living in this community for almost an year. This is a good community to live in. Leasing staff and Support staff are doing a very good job. Special call out for Zariah and Lynne who had been very helpful in addressing my queries and requests.

I love living here it’s great, friendly and helpful staff it’s almost been a year and love it, definitely will be renewing my lease and some of the things I like the most is the location, so central right by the perimeter mall and shopping centers, stores and gas stations, it is a really safe neighborhood

Being a resident here is a very comforting experience. It is clean, safe and quiet. The Leasing Office , staff and maintenance team response quickly and maintains upkeep of the property without being asked. What more could anyone ask for?

Great place to live. I’ve been here for over a year and just renewed again. Things get fixed quickly and management is helpful. You can’t beat it, especially for the price.

I hate living here. The leasing office shows zero interest in their tenants, the property & community. You can never get an answer when you call the office. I’ve never been able to use the pool bc it’s always green & unclean. My wallet was stolen the first day I moved here. The leasing office never notifies tenants of emergencies on the property, such as gas leaks, pipes bursting, or anything hazardous. I’m ready for my lease to end.
