Great location, poor up keeping, dated.
We have been with this rental for almost a year now and although they answer work calls fairly quickly we have had numerous issues since moving in. From Roaches, leaky roofs (3 times), plumbing issues (5 times), AC issues (4 times) and water heater issues (on-going). The location is great! Just wish the property was kept up better and the unit was getting some long overdue renovations because it is very dated. Really sad this didn't work out because it could be a very magical place.
