1. For years, they did not respond to almost all of my emails, phone calls, and voicemails for questions, requests, and serious resident concerns. I even went to the office to talk to them about the serious resident complaints that were never resolved. 2. 2 of my cars were keyed. 1 was badly keyed. The office did not help me to check their video surveillance recordings. 3. 1 caw was stolen. The office told me that I needed a court order for my request for them to check their video surveillance recording. 4. They were either 100% passive or passive aggressive when I reached to them many times for a long time regarding resident concerns. They never followed up with me to provide me with any updates. It's as if all of my requests went into a black hole. 5. When I had serious problems with heavy smoking from other apartments, the office ignored 99% of my emails expressing concern. I even went to the office to ask them to come to my building to see for themselves, which they did not.

I reside here for 8 yrs. Management team has changed four times. Previous managers offered customers services to residents except for our current management team is very unorganized rude unprofessional and condescending to tenants and ignores tenants issues.

I have lived at The Henley Apartments for several years and the Office & Maintenance personnel are 2nd to none. They are very helpful and when ever there is an issue, they take care of it right away. Best place to live and I know, as I have lived in places all over the world.

i waited a month to do a review just to see how we liked it here. So far we love our new place. we had some concerns about the dishwasher however maintence was right there fixing it i was highly impressed with the rapid turn over time for it to be fixed my kids have other kids they can play outside with and it is very safe, friendly and clean

Ive had a wonderful experience. Mariah in the office has been wonderful and extremely helpful. I love my apartment and will love it even more once my stainless steel appliances get installed. Thanks Mariah for making this an easy transition for my daughter and I.
The office staff has improved but the Matentince crew is pretty bad..its time for some changes when it comes to them..and it doesn't seem like they know much about fixing things..and Winston told me my ac was fine because he couldn't find anything which wasn't true..and hvac came out and fix the problem. I will also receive emails saying work orders are completed and there NOT
The location and pet policy is perfect for my family. The price is very high for the poorly maintained and remodeled units. The outside appearance and amenities are great (when they are in working order). Owners, Managment and maintenance has a very high turnover rate. In four years their have been 3 owners and 4 manager and 4 different maintenance teams.
The henley staff and maintenance staff are great .my main issue is that we are being forced to move because of the disrespectful neighbors that live above us constant running and banging allday long and night .it is overwhelming
The Henley made me excited to move in and made sure even with some bumps in the road that I was able to move in on my move in date .
Nice complex, easy to shop around and a lot of things to do in Fairfield.

You’d be surprised about how good the team and the property is at The Henley! I have been living here for almost three years and ever since the new management company took over, its has been nothing but improvements. I am now living in a fully renovated apartment with washer and dryer and it is everything I could want and need here. I couldn’t ask for more! The manager, Nakia is very attentive and helpful with myself and my family. From all the experiences I have heard about property managers, I never would’ve expected the current treatment I receive. You can also tell that her team follows on the same path of being attentive and as helpful as possible with all the residents. When not present, Javon and Jessica in the office are always willing to fill in her shoes and assist with any problems I am having. Maintenance also is a joy to have when a problem arises and do not make it a hassle to get items fixed. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else that is fairly priced for all that I receive here at The Henley. Feels like family all around!

Moved in here less than three months ago and am already having to go through a major construction job in my apartment. The ENTIRE floor needs to be replaced. While I have watched the apartment across from mine be beautifully remodeled with new washer and drier mine is out dated and frankly dangerous as my floors are rotten filled with mold. This place also has people blasting music in the middle of the night and the side gate is broken and open all night for the second time in my short residency.

There is no peace and quiet! Very shady people move in and have no respect for other families living near and around them. Constant foot traffic up and down stairways that create the whole apartment building to sway and move. Doors slamming. Thin walls and super loud fights, music and TV noise. Drugs being sold in the parking lot and in near by apartments. No parking for visitors due to extended "over-night" vistors that stay without being on the lease. Therefore also driving up water and trash bills for the real tenants that actually pay per their lease rules. And no matter how many times management is informed, nothing changes. If you actually want to sleep you be tter rent a hotel room! Warning.... Look somewhere else to live!!!!
My apartment is cool. A little pricey for what I'm getting and I think the rent is going up when my contract is up but all in all its not bad. New ownership has come in and really did a lot with the place. Now if only I can get them to replace my front door, we'll be set!
