We love where we live. It's perfectly located with nearby parks and we've even walked downtown to eat a few times. We have had a couple of simple maintenance requests, and they're always responded to in a timely manner. The office staff are great and very helpful!

I've been at the Henley for a year now. I had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by Dia, Tabitha, and the maintenance fellas (Terry and Richard). The staff has always been kind and professional. Yes, the apartment is an older building that's been renovated but if you have an issues, maintenance does a great job coming in quick to fix it! I love the location and how spacey the apartments. Affordable and pet friendly!

The moving in process was easy and the leasing office staff was very supportive every step of the way. However, 6 months into my rent, the management realized that the balcony of my apartment needed repairs. The first notice banned access to the balcony for a couple of months. Two months in, the maintenance team comes to my balcony and breaks pieces of wood off the wall and leaves them on the floor. Three months in, I still have no access to the balcony, and no repairs are in the works. Depsite multiple inquiries to management, there was still no progress after 4 months of waiting. Estimated time of starting the maintenance was supposed to be this week. It is Thursday and still no signs of any upcoming work. Four months without access to my balcony, and they refunded less than $30 for a couple of months (not even worth the square footage of the balcony). I missed all spring and the chance to work on my plants outdoors. I have complained to management several times. They said they are not capable of doing anything else since they have a contract with the repairs contractor, which appears to be way more important than tenants' satisfaction.
Be sure your apartment is spotless when you move out. They will charge you for a little dust on your floor. You know that they go in and clean anyway for the next renters but they want to charge you. Anyway to get money out of you. $830 is not worth the tiny 1 bedroom. Bathroom is very small. They show you the nice 2 bedroom model but it looks nothing like the 1 bed. Don't move here.

Hello, You were given the choice to clean your apartment or pay the cleaning fee as written in your lease. If the fee was an issue we were more than happy to let you come and clean your apartment so you would not have to be charged. Yes we do have cleaners come for the turn of an apartment, but that is after it is repainted and so forth. The Henley Apartments were thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind, our one and two bedroom floor plans feature a wide array of stylish amenities including a private balcony or patio, wood-like flooring, granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and much much more! Our residents enjoy many community amenities like two sparkling swimming pools with a large deck, a brand new fitness center, a fenced-in bark park, a picnic area and professional management.
