The Henri At Pike & Rose

This was my first time moving into an apartment, and naturally, I had a lot of concerns and questions. I was very anxious about the process, but Yasaman’s patience, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and reassured me every step of the way. She was consistently prompt in her responses, providing regular updates that kept me informed throughout the process. What truly stood out to me was her dedication—she even disclosed that she had stayed well past her working hours to ensure that I had a definite move-in date. Her commitment was evident in the way she handled my application with efficiency and care.

The Henri has been great to my family since we moved in and we absolutely love the Pike snd Rose neighborhood. Highly recommend to any family

This is the 3rd apartment I've rented and so far no issues. This is better than prior ones. Nice location, price is decent for the location. Parking could be better but otherwise I like it here. I probably will renew my lease.

Upgrades to building and common areas. Better leasing staff response times. Upgraded apartment fixtures. Better events for residences to gather

I have not had any issues, I like it here, my dogs like it here, im happy. Location is great for dining, meeting people and socializing. People are friendly as well

Building is very clean and in a great location. Maintenance requests are generally responded to quickly. The pool and gym are well maintained.

I just renewed my lease! Been here since 2018. My neighbors are awesome. Met new and current neighbors at our beautiful pool and wine and painting party. The management handles all paperwork quickly. The cleaning staff make it smell look clean and smile. There are new resteraunts opening all the time! All my friends want to live here!

Very active community with lots to do. I am never bored while living here. The Henri is a very clean apartment building and my neighbors are great

While I love my apartment and the surrounding area. I noticed there are some of things I expected to be better. The property doesn’t look like it’s maintained as well as it should be. The garage entrance is permanently open and I feel that there are days I can’t find any parking even though I pay for it. I would prefer just to have a reserved spot. Also the key fobs are hit and miss. I’m stuck fumbling using the old key fob and new key fob to use the elevator or entering my apartment.

I like the variety of shops, activities, and food in walking distance. But the constant rats at the loading dock has got to be the worse. The door is left open which leads to mice gaining access to the inside of the building. The building is nice and clean but the pest takes away the beauty from the Henri. The parking fee is outrageous compared to others in the surrounding areas.

Building itself is nice but management is almost impossible to get a hold of. The amenities they advertise lock at 8pm which is very disappointing.

So far I have been living at The Henri for almost 1 week. The location, the facilities, the concierge (Tatiana), the management (Yasmin) have been phenomenal.. very professional and responsive to any issues.

Most part is good. Convenient location, friendly staff. It will be better if leasing office could be fully staffed and cleaning services could be more frequent.

The apartment itself is great and in a nice area, but the constant weed smells that go unaddressed by management is very disappointing as I have asthma.

Great location, amenities are sweet. The only problem I had moving in was my key fabs for the building were finicky. The leasing office fixed them promptly.

Awesome! We moved in really easily thanks to the easy access for the movers. Everything is well kept and the administration people are very nice. There's always events going on, which is super fun!

I am excited and thrilled to live here. The amenities here are excellent, the location is perfect! Definitely will enjoy my time at The Henri.

Great location. Friendly neighbors. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Especially welcoming to pets. Convenient to Metro and only a short walk or drive to a grocery store.

So far so good we didn't move in yet but most of the leasing agents are very nice thus far. Everytime we called the offcie someone answered. They send us everything such as lease, leasing requirements, move tips etc..

Although the staff is very friendly and responsive, the facilities are in very poor condition. The hallways wreak of pet urine. The air conditioning works sometimes and doesn’t work other times in the common areas. All the common area furniture and amenities are old, destroyed or limited. Very far from being a luxury apartment. The garage is filthy. There’s always plumbing issues and leaks extremely disappointed with the building condition and the lack of upgrades and maintenance.

Great place and people! The shops and restaurants given you plenty of choices to eat and go out to meet friends and family with ease. Parking and driving very organized.

We are new renters and we are very happy here at The Henri. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Our floor is pretty quiet and everyone we've met in the common areas has been very friendly and conversational.

Great apartment, leasing office was very helpful. Location is awesome, and the amenities are great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment with a small city vibe.

I really love my apartment and the community. The building is very nice, clean, and I love the rooftop pool and grill area. There are issues with plumbing and the elevators often but I’m not sure if that is unique or just common in apartment buildings generally. Maintenance is very responsive if you request through the portal. The package system is problematic but it is being replaced. The leasing office is a nightmare- they don’t respond to emails, they are unfriendly and do the bare minimum to be helpful. So overall I like living here but if you want 5 star management I’d go somewhere else.

Great area for shopping, trying great foods and enjoying the great weather. Didn't have the best experience with the Leasing Manager but the other staff were very pleasant and welcoming they made a few mistake but with communication was fixed

I love how clean Henri is, and friendly the cleaning staff are. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to emergencies. The pool hall and arcade great for entertaining guests. The pool is perfect!

Please don’t waste your time trying to lease an apartment here. No one answers the phone no matter how many times you try. I’ve lived here for two years and I’ve consistently had to show up to the leasing office in person to get issues resolved. Even then, I would have to wait and get passed around from one associate to another as if they don’t know what they’re doing. These people don’t care about their tenants and will give you the run around whenever you have an issue. - Also, If you decide to give them a call, you’ll be directed to a call center from another country. You won’t even speak to the actual people who will be processing your lease - Stay far away from this place. I’m glad I’m not renewing my lease.

I love the neighborhood & what it has to offer- shops, restaurants, farmers market; however, it’s very noisy especially at night. I am shocked that cars are allowed to rev up their engines. This is NOT a drag-strip or a beach boulevard. The community has no respect for residents in pike & rose. I’m appalled that this is not controlled by police. I’ve had to call several times to complain. Security in neighborhood is useless; loitering at night in front of my building until 2-3am on weekends. Property management is horrible- can never get in touch with anyone for anything.

Considering the dire times that the pandemic continues to bring to us, the staffing in the community have been very helpful and have been doing their very best to accommodate requests with a smile on their face and with a great positive attitude. Please keep up the great work!

Loud. Poor response time to maintenance issues. Very little communication. Hallways and stairwells smell of cigarettes and marijuana regularly.

Good lucky getting a hold of management and leasing an apartment. I have called several time and i applied online. I cant get a hold of anyone to check status of my application or even to tour the apartment.

Loud and disruptive visitors to the pike and rose complex make living here terrible. There have been constant issues with heating and cooling. Water pressure is a joke. The cleanliness in the halls is acceptable but the stairwells smell like someone is actively smoking cigarettes all the time.

The Henri is an excellent living community, the amenities elevate the living style and comfort for relaxation with a vacation feel for the midweek day off or weekend vibes.

1. maintenance service is awful. 2. facing "The Block" bar/lounge from Henri has been a nightmare as it's so noisy Thursday through and including Saturday. It's impossible to sleep even with windows closed.

Used to be terrific until 2 months ago. Many issues ignored by management in the office. I would like to discuss these issues with someone who cares. We are already thinking of moving elsewhere if things dont improve.

The henri is a wonderful place to live in the rustle and bustle of North Bethesda. New and updated appliances and cabinets are my favorite part. With a vibrant community, professional management exists.

The Henri is a nice building with great amenities. However, it is poorly managed and has some structural issues.

Ive only been here for a month and the AC has gone out at least once a week. Not what I expected for the high rent.

I love my apartment and overall I have been very satisfied with my experience living at the Henri over the past year. Our concierge, Orlando, is terrific and maintenance staff have been attentive to any issues that arise. The amenities here are just what I was looking for and Pike & Rose neighborhood is a great community. I also appreciate the easy walk to the Metro.

I moved to the Henri when it first opened. At the beginning they said they would have resident events every month. However, that was truth for the first months. Now they have some events to promote businesses, nothing just for residents. Management is really bad. They never answer their email, that BTW-is just one for the entire management team. They lose important papers, such as renter insurance, and then they are calling you saying you never brought it to the office. They do not listen to your complains unless you're a favorite. They promise things and then they never deliver. They promised a bike room, and the bike room was never made.

Location is amazing. But parking is horrible

Wouldnt recommend. Management customer service needs improvement. They are hard to contact and dont seem to care about your issues. Ive had several issues come up in the few months Ive been living here, and its been very frustrating
