My husband and I are moving very soon. The new horrible office staff installed extra bright outdoor lights on all the buildings. Even with blackout curtains it shines directly into our bedroom window! These people care more about a fence than caring for their residents. During the blackout they only offered cold drinks and snacks at the office on a Friday after 8 days of no power! Plus we have to pay for all common area electricity! I hate it here now! WE ARE MOVING FAR AWAY!

I moved in about 4 months ago and the person on top of my apartment has no respect for others as far as noise complaints go. I went to the office several times, called several times, went to the neighbors apt, called the police, to advise that the person on top of my apartment allows there child to run, stomp, and jump all day; literally running from wall to wall, office staff never addressed the issue. I will NOT be renewing a lease or paying to stay another year to put up with neighbors who live as if they are the only ones in the building and an office staff that’s does not enforce rules. The property is nice but the paper thin walls and noise from a neighbor above that had disregarded to common courtesy of others is horrible.

The apartments are spacious, the amenities are very modern, gym facilities clean and neat ??. The noise levels are very low ??. I just recommend some form of security to monitor the parking areas as my vehicle has been vandalized twice within a year of residing here.

I do not live there. I was emailed enrollment information from the property and welcoming me to the community having me think I was approved. They sent me emails to change my address, connect electricity, cable and nearest school information to enroll my son. All that was done and when I called the property to confirm my approval I was told by the property manager Veronica that I was denied. That’s extremely disappointing and upsetting since now I have to change everything I have completed. My denial reason was out of my control and I explained that and was willing to show proof but Veronica wasn’t trying to hear it. I am a healthcare professional that has faced many challenges in the past few years and now can’t get a break at all. Your process is horrible and misleading.

Albeit I am very satisfied with my apartment, the management and maintenance staff, there is room for improvement as it relates to the trash area, residents sitting/leaving their trash out ALL the time, and the noise levels (due primarily to the location of my apartment). Overall, I am pleased with the complex, etc.

*****07/2020 UPDATE**** I am placing this update on top of my old review in order to help anyone not rent from this location. My son was injured due to the maintenance staff not fixing the issue they said was corrected several times. They ignored my advise and my apartment was full of water. You can see the sheet rock damaged all over my apartment but they will not even bother to test for mold or clean the mess properly. My son slipped and fell on there mistake and yet they will not contact me. Please for the safety of yourself and your children DO NOT RENT HERE. We've had nothing but problems since moving here. These are new apartments but they were built with super thin walls and 3 months into our lease the roof above our shower collapsed due to a water leak. Multiple times we've had issues with our air conditioning. There is a black widow infestation everywhere in the complex. Trash is routinely left outside the compactor and although it is a "non-smoking" complex people are constantly smoking. We have brought this up to management and nothing has been done. For the amount of rent we are paying we expected a better living experience. Update: our vehicle also got broken into recently, not safe

Spider infestation, AC stopped working several times, Water leak and possible black mold, trash compactor always has trash thrown outside very poor living experience

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This deserves 0 stars!!! I am a current resident and have made several written complaints about obnoxious noise coming from a particular neighbor. Now I have been threatened from this same neighbor and getting the run-around from Ascend at Bridges management and staff. Please, you work too hard for your money to be ignored or brushed off. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Take your hard-earned money elsewhere!!!

I’ve lived at Ascend at Bridges for about a month now. I can’t say enough about the staff here. While I was waiting for my building to open Pierre and Kianna kept me updated on the progress. As soon as the building was ready they made it happen so I could move in earlier than my original move in date. They have taken the time to get to know us and are always welcoming to my son and I every time we go into the office. I was nervous about moving from a house to an apartment, but now that we are here I couldn’t be happier. Pierre, Kianna and Kelsey have made the transition easier than I could have ever expected. They are all still just as nice and welcoming as the day we first met them. If you are looking for a place with excellent customer service that makes you feel like family you are going to want to check out Ascend at Bridges.
