Property Ratings at The Henry on Main
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with these apartments has been nothing short of frustrating. The management is inadequate, constantly threatening eviction and imposing fees without clear communication. Residents are expected to adhere to rules that were never communicated to us, and the common areas are perpetually dirty. For example, there has been a spot where trash leaked that has been there for a month. To top it off, the elevator has been broken for months despite repeated promises of repair. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
