Property Ratings at The Henry
You get what you pay for is not even close. The most amazing staff! When they hear your concern they are on it. I ask them everything. We had a 2 day initiate problem to solve for a ceiling leak that I thought was bad news and maybe a 2 week living in a hotel. Nope. They got my photos of the problem, and 2 days later we had no leaks and a beautiful bathroom ceiling. Its bigger monthly but better living.

Wow! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're thrilled to see you are loving life here at The Henry! Remember, the office is always just a quick phone call away should you ever need anything. Thanks again!
Buildings are unkept, smell and are a health and safety concern. Management screens their calls aka never answers the phone. Nothing is done when requested. No parking available for tenants even when being charged for a spot. I could go on and on. PLEASE save yourself.

I went for a tour, and while the leasing rep was friendly, this complex is not what what is advertised. You can tell money was spent on that website/marketing. The apartment shown did indeed have an updated kitchen but I noticed small things, like the outlets have rust? Or some sort of orange stain coming out of it. The wood of the balcony deck is so old it’s gray. Not even brown, you know, the color of wood. It certainly looks unsafe to stand there. The parking situation seems to be a mess and the managements way of solving that is towing cars? And even if you pay for a parking spot, there’s a chance you’ll have to park at the guest area after certain hours , since the spots near the actual homes are full. Also, not appealing. There’s a massive hill you have to walk up from the parking lot to the Buildings. Also, I heard from someone I know, that people regular sneak into the pool because they leave it unlock. For all the fees and rent you would pay - it doesn’t didn’t seem worth it. The photos looked nice but it’s incredibly underwhelming. I hope the building, under new management, fixes their issues. Otherwise, I don’t see this being a great place to live. Even short term. Sorry guys.

This property is in severe decline. They are unsafe and dirty. These pictures do not represent the condition of the property. They will charge you an additional recreation fee for substandard facility. The new management company Lincoln Properties has allowed the local manager to run this into the ground. I advise you to look at safer, cleaner communities elsewhere.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We consider it high praise when a resident refers someone to the community, especially when it's their parents. We hope that both you and your parents are enjoying your stay but please let us know if there's anything we can do for you. Thank you for making your home with us!
I am a previous tenant. The upgrades to the apartment are great. Many small issues for a luxury style apartment.

We are so grateful that as a previous resident you took the time to leave us a review and we're thrilled that you had a 4-star experience! Hoping you are enjoying your new home but if something changes, please keep us in mind.
The parking is not enforced , the maintenance is horrible and the property manager is literally a mess. They are overpriced for poor service and esthetic. Every building smells like weed and unless you fight with corporate to get anything done it literally will sit there a mess. Look anywhere else but here

The amenities are good and it's a place of Comfort .
The security in the building is not up to par. The doors that give access to the building are either unlocked or broken. And despite the complaints the problem remains. The overall appearance of the building is drab and somewhat depressing. The carpets are soiled and worn.
The location is great, amenities are great, and prices are reasonable.
Maintenance interaction has always been good. As for recommending the overall community, I would have to warn anyone of the lack of parking, particularly for townhouse tenants that pay much more rent.
parking is a nightmare and the rent is not representative to what is received. people park in the fire/no parking spaces all the time and it's rarely taken care of. some day there will be a fire and the firetruck will not be able to do anything because the cars block the area
They tow cars if they don’t have a sticker. They don’t care if you need to go to work in the morning. They gotta make more money. They think it is going to help with parking spaces. The place just doesn’t have enough parking spaces. I didn’t mind to park my car somewhere and walk home. But if I don’t find my car in the morning, because they tow them, will not be staying here longer.
Fees and pricing could be better, ie 2 bedroom apt should have two parking spaces
The only downside is that it was a little expensive. We were very content with the townhome setup.
I would recommend . It has everything I need i.e.elevator , washer /dryer big rooms and good service
I would recommend that a thorough inspection is done by management prior to any tenant moving in. Carpet must be cleaned - there are still stains and hair on the carpet from the previous tenant. I would also recommend that an apt similar to the one being rented be shown. What I saw and what I got were 2 different apartments.
yes
Because it has great curb appeal and beautiful views from the balconies. Different options of living such as condos, town homes and apartments. The downside is the lack of closet space in my apartment.
I would recommend this community because it?s safe, quiet and beautiful. The luxury apartment provided are very cozy and also are extremely homey
I immediately felt like I was home when I came to look at the units/property. My agent Marissa was wonderful and I truly appreciate all of the extra attention and time she has given me. This is my first rental and I was nervous. I feel the rental fee is very high but not necessarily overly priced in this market/area and for what you get in return. I would like to have been able to pay this same price for a two bedroom.

We have lived here for 13-14 years. It works for us. Your staff is competent and courteous. Your maintenance staff is the best we've had.
Pet friendly, excellent office/Management staff. Most of all the office team and Maintenance are very. Courteous.
I like this community, but the rent is extremely high and they raise it every single year.
I like the idea that we have access to everything around, as the GYM, Basketball place and the poor..etc...
I love calling The Henry my home. My unit is comfortable and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The Clubhouse is beautiful and always spotless. I love the sense of community that is promoted and the different activities held for the residents. The pool and grill areas are an extra perk that makes paying a little extra worth it. If I have one complaint it?s the cigarette smoke from next door neighbors that is troublesome. I don?t know if anyone has express the desire for smoke free segments for those not wanting to be around cigarette smoke.
Would because its a lovely , safe community and nice apartments. Would not - rents too high in addition to paying for water heat sewer alarm electric eyc

The leasing staff are absolutely phenomenal. The maintenance staff are very helpful and have been able to assist in handle a delivery in my absence. The community is well-kept and quiet and I enjoy living here so far.
The service at The Henry is always prompt and efficient. the protocol of requesting maintenance completion through your account and a short note after completion is an excellent process
Parking is atrocious. The flooring in my unit is bubbling in certain areas. The washer and dryer are poor quality and do not work well.
Every time I have had to call maintenance they have fixed the problem very quickly.
To many dogs and Individuals who either failed to or did not pick up after them when out walking. Appliances were not really what I would have described as "Luxury" (Stove Broke 1st week or so in apt., refrigerator problem continually reported and never resolved, dishwasher at times required two cycles to get dishes clean).
The service/maintenance crew appear to be hard working paying exceptional attention to the task at hand. I am particularly impressed by the cleaning and removal of snow recently. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the dedication of all involved to continue to make this a beautiful community.
Apartments are well appointed, roomy and comfortable
Staff works hard at keeping the up Keep of the community. Professional at al times. Work request are processed quickly. It's a joy to be in this community.
Price is high, But again curb side of landscaping is horrible Also parking is an issue people park with out permits which I pay for
Would recommend for the safety, quietness and good conditions of the apartments.
The only reason why I am a bit hesitant to recommend the Henry is because the rent is on the high side.
I love my new home. My suggestion however is that before a tenant moves in a quality control person walks through with a check list of items to make sure everything is in working order. I had no heat and hot water, two socket plates were missing, the dryer transition duct was not attached, there still is not a lint basket in the dryer, light bulbs were missing in the bathroom and in the kitchen light by the window and the patio did not have a screen. A quality control person would have caught this before a prospective family moved in.
The amenities are terrific. Christine is responsible and knowledgeable. However, the paved walkway in front of building 7 has not been repaired since JUNE 2015, when my lease began. I have reminded the business office of this hazard MANY times...
This is a real nice apartment in a great area of Pomona. The apartment grounds are well kept. The apartments are minutes away from a grocery store and restaurants. It has great amenities like a pool, basketball court and a club house. I just wish the gym had better machines to work out. The times I've gone machines have been broken. Also another negative is that you have to pay extra for utilities , amenities and parking. Overall a 4 star complex.
