I love it here at Hermitage my experience here has been so pleasant.everyone is so nice an very professional.

The Hermitage is such a cute living space. This is my first apartment, and I live in a two bedroom model. It's in the middle of Speedway, conveniently close to stores and restaurants I would need to restock my daily living essentials or to have a good time. There's a diverse population of people who live there, too (which I love). It's mostly quiet and peaceful in the morning, througout the day and at night. If there's an issue with my apartment, maintenance comes out to check and fix it in a timely manner with updates about the progress. The women working at the leasing office are cool, they helped me understand how to prepare my documents for moving in. Also, the occasional food truck in the neighborhood is so fun, I hope they bring more vendors around! I love walking to the outside of the leasing office to get food during my days off.

Apartment is nice. Community staff are great! Wish hallways could be cleaned more often. Also, would be nice if landscaping at entryway was in better condition. But, it’s not horrible.

Hermitage apartment is a good environment for raising your children.

Since I’ve moved in it’s been nothing but a wonderful experience for me and I have had no complaints on anything that has happened within the time period of my move in date to now. I very much enjoy living here.

I always see people talking bad about the hermitage in local Facebook groups but our experience has been so positive. Maintenance is so fast and any issue and had was quickly resolved. The folks in the office are so nice. Happy to be a resident!

The hermitage has been a nice value apartment complex in a time where rent is increasing unnecessarily at other places. For the price I pay I get great value with the bedrooms and appliances. My kitchen and cabinets were upgraded early on in my lease and they have been a great edition. It feels much better as an overall apartment. The place isn't perfect, but no apartment is. I would highly recommend this apartment complex, so long as the rent stays in its current range. The current value is very good and better quality compared to a lot of other complexes in Indianapolis.

Floor plan of the apartment is excellent, really nice cabinets,carpeting, etc. and excellent location.

For the location and safety, you get your money's worth at Hermitage. The management staff is very welcoming and maintenance is always responsive.

Go for it. You will not regret it. I love it here. Quiet place ever, close to the stores, neat environment. Good maintenance service. Staffs are wonderful.

Great location and maintenance team...fair price for the area some positives but still have some areas to address but otherwise okay to live here...

My Experience so far at Hermitage has been splendid. It's a peaceful environment and also a safe place. One thing that got me attracted to the place was the fact that it's a walking distance to the supercenter plaza. Where I can easily access the stores like krogers..Burlington..Dollartree..gas stations and lots more!!!.

Hermitage Apartments are great . The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. The office staff is great . They are nice and very helpful.

If I could give it no stars I would IF U WANT A PEACEFUL PLACE TO STAY I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT MOVING INTO HERMITAGE APARTMENT I’ve been here 2 years and I was tricked into resigning my lease I was told they would not raise my rent but instead they raise the water bill which is part of my rent. I have made complaint about people taking my cloths out the laundry room and the office told me they are not responsible for things in the laundry room. My packages was being stolen from my front door and the office said can’t have a camera and it’s nothing they can do the couple up stairs all they do is fight yell outside or just sounds like somebody is running all day and yet the complaints mean nothing I would never tell anyone to move here because everybody that does and few months later they are moving out I’ve try’d to make peace until I move but they pick on me any way tel me I throw my mail down when my mail box is broke and they want fix it but will try to make u pay for mail trash. The pool is not open which is an amenity and what u pay for but that’s not taken off the rent they don’t have a workout place and it’s just horrible living here my worst apartment ever DO NOT MOVE HERE

staff is wonderful I moved here in 2016 and found staff to be helpful and maintenance staff were very efficient in there job day or night you are close within walking distance to shopping and schools I highly recommend moving here L miller

I have been here for about 3 months, and so far this is a great place to live! I haven’t had any problems the staff is great and the community is nice and clean. They are also very close to restaurants, shopping and schools

I’ve only been living here for 3 months but so far I have no complaints. Property is very clean and office and maintenance is helpful and quick. My building is always pretty quiet and I love how spacious the floor plans are. If your looking for a nice apartment in the speedway area definitely check out Hermitage.

Best place to live. Family friendly, quiet, clean great staff

They were by far the nicest employees we've dealt with when searching for a place, my only issue is the fact that there is always either a car alarm, a fire engine, or someone moving constantly furniture for sport upstairs. Which is mostly out of their control. I would argue that usually people shouldn't be practicing potential Olympic sports in their apartments but what do i know, right? But you know overall we were pretty satisfied with our experience here.

From more than two years I was living here and it was a excellent experience! The location it's wonderfull, you have all you need so close: market place, laundry, gas station , gym, kindergarden, and the most important The Speedway, so ready for racing days!!

Hermitage Apartments is a great place to live. It is near good restaurants and shopping, plus only a few minutes from downtown. The staff is all great and willing to help with anyone. Definitely a place worth checking out. -T. Lewin

They pretty good about things you need fixed but you can hear your neighbors but there apartments can't stop that or change if your neighbors are loud but overall they are pretty good apartments E.W.

Guest service is really good. They make their residents feel at home. Nice and roomy models. Good area to live in many shoppes around.

We have lived at Hermitage for a few years and we love it here. The office always has fun contests and activities for the neighbors to get involved in and the staff always do what they can to get to know their residents!

I've been living here since April 2017 . So far so good. Maintain is freat, really does get the job done. The office Mrs.Dana is very sweet and understanding . Lily is a great multi tasker and I haven't had any problem on my end.

I have been living in this apartment complex for nearly 2 months and I am loving my stay here at the hermitage apartments. Prior to moving to into my apartment it was very clean, and everything was either brand new or in really good shape. Since then the only I have ever had to ask for maintenance come to my place for was for a light bulb replacement.

Great place to live very clean and the staff are very nice and understanding /helpful.Love living here because its nice & peaceful.The pool is my favorite cause I get to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

I cannot begin to express how happy and proud I am to tell everyone that yes I live in the Hermitage Apartment Complex. I have lived here going on 9 years now and I have watched this apartment complex rise from a very disfunctional place to one of Elegance and Pride. Where there was conflicts on many levels and extreme incompetence many years ago there is now an Office Staff that goes above and beyond to see that your every need is handled both with swiftness and kindness. An expedient Maintenance Staff to handle any issure that arises for you and Groundkeepers who weekly make the area so pretty to gaze upon. I have never had to worry about security either. I have always felt safe. Never have I had an issue in all the time I have lived here. So all I can say if you are able to join the Community here count yourself blessed and welcome to the neighborhood
