Property Ratings at The Hills at Lehigh
Super friendly, professional, prompt staff. They are always going out of their way to accommodate and make you feel welcome. My apartment is spacious and clean. The noise is minimal and the grounds are cleaned daily. I highly recommend if looking for an apartment!!! Storage is something I'm always concerned about, there is a walk-in closet, a hall pantry closest and an additional full size closet in the bedroom I use for storage!!! 10/10

After searching high and low for a place to call home. We found it here. We could not wait to get in. From the first time meeting Caren, to move in day we had nothing but professionalism. Being here now for 2 months, everything has gone amazing. Caren in the office is amazing she is attentive and concerned no matter what it is, the maintenance staff is caring and on top of everything within a matter of hours. The grounds are kept up with and looks great. Within minutes from main highways and shopping. Reasonable rental prices. The apartments are so spacious and quiet. We're home!

very pretty place. It's well maintained. I visited a friend today. The cherry blossoms are in bloom. The trees, hedges, and grass are nicely landscaped. The buildings are clean inside and out. People seem friendly. If I was looking for an apartment, this is where I would go.

I've been living here, for almost a year. It couldn't have been a more perfect process from moving in to establishing change in our everyday life. It's quiet, everyone is pleasant and minds their business. Every little concern I've have, has been taken care of quickly. My elementary school child gets bussed in the front of the entrance, and my middle schooler also catches the bus right in front as well. So convenient, as I work from home, now I save tons of money on daycare, because they get to school and back with little effort on my behalf. Management is the truly just the sweetest, From maintenance r To management. It feels safe here. Very clean. And the leasing policies are very standard and understandable. It's give and take, meet half way, no one better then the other, all equal environment. Definitely want to stay another year, to give us time to save before buying a forever home. However a few of my neighbors have been here for ages and have no issues at all lol :)

I have been living at The Hills for almost 2 years. It's a great community, close to my kids schools and shopping. Management and maintenance are quick to take care.of things when I ask. Snow removal is fantastic. Upgrades to the property keep coming. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend it here.

Hello and thank you for your recommendation! We're grateful to have residents like yourself that go the extra length to let us know how happy they are at The Hills at Lehigh. We appreciate your encouraging words and look forward to continuing to provide you with a 5-star experience!
Friendly community, responsive maintenance crew, constantly making new improvements at no extra cost to rent, caring complex manager. The Hills at Lehigh is a fantastic place to live if you are on a budget, the price is definitely the most attractive feature, and the apartments may look nice but the advertised space gets small quick once you add your own furniture. Overall would definitely recommend if you don't need too much space. Been here two years now and never a single complaint, just will be looking for a bigger place in the months to come.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we’re thrilled to hear that you enjoy living at The Hills at Lehigh! We’re very proud of our community’s staff and enjoy hearing positive feedback from our residents.
Living here was a nightmare. Tenants are basically nice. I have had a constant problem with a person who thinks they can play a guitar. Plays the same notes over and over. I have brought this to the attention of every one of the five leasing agents to no avail. Addendum #2 in the lease to them doesn't exist (regarding quality of life issues). Answer came back since there is no amp, he can play as much as he wants. This includes early morning hours before "enjoyment time" starts which is a lease violation. The answer from the management was to not renew my lease. And not one of the person/persons who made this decision entered the apartment to find out for themselves. I did not enjoy "living in a drum" I sincerely pity the next tenant in this unit.
I went to put in an application but I was denied right before I was even able to put one in because I have a record. My record doesn't define who I am mistakes happen. I felt judged and downgraded as if everyone that live there are perfect and better then me (class A type ppl) if you have a record don't even bother putting in a application save your money.
Its a place to live, only good part that came out of it was that we could get out of the lease with two months rent. For the 9 months that we were living there, we didn't realize that there was mold slowly growing on the walls around us. Poor atmosphere, neighbors were loud. If you are really looking at an apartment here or are desperate get a second floor apartment because it seems like mold is an issue here. The office staff turnover was insane. Two new people who didnt know what they were doing were running the show. They seemed disorganized and overstressed. Often too they would work on the side of our apartment for weeks at a time without notice. Overall I would not recommend.
The best aspect of this apartment complex is the Lehigh Valley. Work and play are not a far distance away by car. The bus stop is even a short walk and The Keystone Pub is within crawling distance. If you need to go to the city for work or fun the park and ride is about a five minute drive down the road and so are major highways. The two bedrooms have 2 bathrooms and some of the apartments have been recently renovated. It is walking distance to some of the best schools in Bethlehem Area School district. On the negative side if you have children the main place to play is the parking lot, as the grassy areas are uneven and sometimes spotted with the occasional dog feces. Another down side is the place has been sold several times, the managers and rules have changed often over the years. Rental costs are increasingly high here when compared to other two bedroom apartments in the area. Overall the major perk is the travel convenience.
I love my apartment complex. The neighbors are very friendly. The maintenance request is quick. The only way I'm leaving my complex, would be to move into a house to expand my family.
The Hills at Lehigh apartment complex is a pretty standard low-cost housing situation. Rent is very inexpensive for almost 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. The appliances are relatively new and the building is well kept for how old it is. Plus, you can't beat its proximity to grocery stores, shops, and major highways to get you where you need to go quickly. The drawbacks of this complex come down to management. Although we have plenty of space and don't have issues with our own apartment, a lot of other tenants are kind of "shady" if you will. The turnover rate is high, people move in and out constantly and some of the folks that move in are characters. For example, we used to have a neighbor upstairs who would shout into his cell phone on speaker mode at all hours of the night and illegally modify cars in the parking lot. We discovered he had a criminal record and was rejected several times before management caved and gave him a lease. We finally put our foot down and he was evicted, but it took 8 months. We've seen (and smelled) a Marijuana dealer/user in our building who had two large untrained pitbulls even though the complex has dog breed and weight restrictions. Problems such as these seem frequent and it's as if the management doesn't care who lives here as long as apartments are occupied. If these issues were resolved, we'd stay here much longer. As of now we've lived here for a year and are renewing our lease just because it's cheap and we like the neighborhood and proximity to my job.
