THE PICTURES ON THIS SITE ARE FAKE! NOT ONE UNIT LOOKS LIKE THE PHOTOS! RENTERS BEWARE! It’s an absolute hell hole. The roaches alone would send you screaming and running. Tried to charge me for a second bombing after having roaches on me and in my hair while I slept. Never got the second treatment. The dishwasher ruining my plates & silverware since there was something rolling around inside the machine. I complained, nothing got done. Garbage disposal was always backed up. Drug dealings going on with kids in the apartment. Crazy neighbors threatening me due to their undisciplined children, complained and nothing was done. The outside was a complete nightmare with a mud filled walkway that would stay like that for days. No railings on the steps until a compliance officer came by and it was only for my unit after hip replacement surgery. Just don’t. It’s disgusting and management is a joke. Charged me after move out for items I requested be repaired before the move out. Nasty nasty nasty!
okay rates if you can put up with your AC never working and maintenance always giving you the run around and not fixing it every time you complain.

Apartments are worst block of dead wood, where ants, roaches are everywhere from the next day you rent. No security and safety. Wood in the kitchen is dead cardboard. Worst place to live!!!!!!!
If you like poor customer service, never having ac during summer time or it always going out high electricity bill, no kind of security vehichle break ins for moderate monthly rate also management always changing and horrible parking than this is the place for you.

I like the location. A lot of things are in walking distance, 3 gas stations, restaurants, Walmart, L A Fitness, and other things such as Ingram Mall. Only a block away from loop 410, so acesss to the freeway is quick. The apartments are clean, decent size and affordable. Laundry is on site and easily paid for by credit card. The staff is courteous, responsive to all the maintenance issues I have had, and have always had problem solved within a day. It has been and quiet complex. I have had no problems in the 5 years I have lived here.

I lived there for 6 months. My apt always had ants. The maintenance ppl would come in when they weren't suppose to. My stereo from my car got stolen. Plus I came to find out somebody was murdered at that complex in 2005. I saw it on forensic files.
I have to say that after all the other apartments that I have lived at, this one is the best one. I have to say that the Assistant Manager is a very nice and polite person. I can tell anyone at the office if I have any problems with my apartment and they fix it right away without waiting for days to get it fixed. I have to say them maintenance guy Ken is very helpful and nice. He does the job without any problems. I don't want to live anywhere except here and I would recommend all my family, friends, co-workers here to reside here. This is a great area with no problems and the traffic is not bad at all.
had some wonderful neighbors and like the location and a lot closer. I also like the maintenance is always on time.
It's dated and could use a little work but it's nice and we like it. It's also better than being homeless which my husband and I were a few years ago.
