My husband and I have lived here for a year and are always looking forward to the events every single month. Penny and Alysha did a wonderful job hosting the event this month in the common area lodge.

Everything is 10/10! The ladies Alysha and Penny are always so welcoming to my dog and I when I get coffee in the morning. Very great place to live. I love walking around the complex and visiting the dog park!

I love The Holstons. There is a beautiful court yard, in which I call The Greens, in the center of the community...very pretty to walk around. This is a great place to walk around and say "Hi!" to your neighbors. David, David and Darian really look out for us residents with maintenance issues. The ladies in the office Penny, Alysha and Gretchen put on the most amazing events that I am thrilled to look forward to each month! If you're a senior, single and like you want nice neighbors please visit The Holstons.

This really is a nice place to live. The gym is wonderful and Alysha and Penny are very welcoming in the office. If I have a question about my lease or renew they are here to help.

This community has been so nice to live in for the past year. I enjoy using the gym; they have the most equipment and a nice heavy bag for boxing. Alysha and Penny were always very helpful with any questions I had. I just renewed my lease for another year!

I love living here. Alysha and Penny are always smiling and bring great energy to the office. It is so nice to walk through the office because they are always welcoming. It is a great addition to living here.

This community has everything! Workout room is amazing! Great pool with gazebos and hammocks! They have pet grooming and even car wash and vacuuming! The apartments are beautiful. Very spacious and updated everything. Walk-in closets! And the staff there is amazing. Penny and Alysha and Gretchen are so sweet. Great team!!

I've been around numerous times and finally took the time to stop by while looking for a place to call home. Penny, Gretchen, and Alysha made that possible and I am beyond happy with my experience! The tour was engaging, and not to mention the girls were so funny and knowledgeable of the area! They are beyond amazing to be around, and so helpful with everything that I asked and needed in a place!

I came to tour the property and the girls in the office greeted me as soon as I walked in! The professionalism and knowledge of the grounds and surrounding area was definitely a step up. Penny, Alysha and Gretchen really know how to make someone feel right at home. Definitely my first choice for apartment living!

Penny, Alyssa, and Gretchen are amazing! They made the tour so fun, and were so knowledgeable of the property and everything around the area. And Darren, and the two David's were so willing to explain how urgent it is to make sure the home is taken care or with any issues that could ever coke up. Not that there are any! I would recommend everyone to check them out!

We recently moved into the Holston and can’t say enough good things. Everything here is first class. The apartment is very comfortable, smells amazing, has a luxury finishing, has great sqft and everything you need to be pleasant (in-site laundry room, dishwasher, central A.C., spacious kitchen w/ isle, balcony or yard, awesome mountain views, and much more!). The management company is great. Alysha has been beyond fantastic!!! She helped us a lot, answered all our questions before moving-in, explained to us everything related to the community and she excels at making sure every detail was taken care of. The process went smoothly and super fast. We toured the whole community (and different units) on a Friday, and the next Monday everything was ready. Fast screening, easy to sign contract, online payment platform, and no deposit required! We moved on Tuesday. Long story short: it was an incredibly easy and fast lease process. The building is kinda new and well kept. Amenities are fabulous: beautiful pool area, nice spotless gym, many BBQ areas, coworking spaces and conference room, coffee bar (always stocked), electric car charging stations, etc. Everything is exceptionally clean and working well all the time. Trash “fairies” take out trash from your door every night, which is a plus. They also offer many great social events every month and people are so friendly. It’s very nice to walk into a community where everyone is smiling and the vibes are great! The staff work to maintain an exceptionally high standard. Definitely a wonderful place to live. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a great experience. Penny, Gretchen, and Alysha were very knowledgeable and helped out a ton.

These apartments are quaint. The problem is the neighbors are NOSY, and the management eggs it on! The pool wasn't even available for almost the entire Summer. And yet residents are still charged for the pool. They have a "car washing spot", and there is no hose, and no water. And yet residents are still charged for the "car washing". Not to mention there is only one care that can be washed at any given time... IF there was actual water and a hose. My dog has gotten pink eye from the dog park that we took her to one time. $85 a month for these AMENITIES that don't work!! I cannot wait for the lease to be up so we can GO!

We have loved living at the Holston! As travel nurses it’s hard to make a place feel like home but this place does just that. Alysha has been so helpful throughout our time here and the amenities are all great. Our dogs love their daily trip to the clubhouse for a treat and the pet spa makes bath time so convenient with two dogs! We love the Holston!

Daren is the best from fixing my dishwasher to teaching me all the little safety things (like how to open the windows). Love my apartment and the community so much that I renewed my lease for another year. Thank you Holston staff for taking such good care of all of us! We are going to miss Katie!??
