A beautiful, safe place to live. I’ve gone on runs just around the complex at 2 am and haven’t even felt unsafe. The management team are all super nice, neighbors are also friendly.

The staff at the Homestead are very nice and friendly. I don't have hot water, or even warm water so that's depressing, I also am not suave on paying rents through portals and what is an e-check? I also think every unit should have 1 covered parking space especially with rent being so high. The apartment is beautiful and I like the layout. I also like the amenities.

Have you put in a maintenance request? Part of living here is Maintenance-Free Living and our maintenance crew is very quick to answer requests. If you need to stop in or give us a call to help put in the request, we are here M-F, 9a-5p and Saturdays, 10a-4p (509) 928.3428. We can also most-definitely help you with paying your rent on the portal or if you would like to bring in a cashier's check or pay via Payment Coupon at Walmart, you can do that too. Many options! I am so glad that you like the apartment and amenities but we want you to be 100% satisfied so please let us know how we can help. Stay warm and hope to hear from you soon.
The apartments themselves are wonderful. while they are a bit pricey they come with their own washer and dryer on top of having a fairly roomy interior. Parking is pretty bad but there's plenty of space on the street and I've always seen at least 1 empty spot in the actual lot.

The Homestead community is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Community is on the quiet side. Just make sure you have clear delivery instructions for any packages on where your building is located. This should be done in any community. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests as well. Would recommend.

The Homestead is a beautiful, welcoming community. Its a family oriented place, and they actually care about their tenants. We have lived here for going on 7 years and we have had nothing but good experiences we have dogs so the dog park is a very big part of our living experience which is greatly appreciated

We moved into Homestead 2 weeks ago from Denver. We were unable to tour the apartment before move-in, but were glad it was well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly before our move-in. The community is quiet and clean. Staff was professional and helpful. Overall, we are happy to be living here.

The move-in experience at Homestead Apartments was the easiest I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, and bend over backwards to ensure that all of your needs are met. They are quick to respond to questions and concerns. The apartment when moving in is very clean and has a brand new appearance. Beautiful layout and comfortable community.

Homestead has been my home for 3 years now and I still continue here. Apartments are good. Maintenance team is awesome ready to help on issue at your home.
Things here are, for the most part, pretty good. There are always things that could be better, but no place is perfect.
I moved into my apt.,sight unseen via computer and phone conversations. I was pleasantly suprised and pleased with my apt. I like being able to pay my rent automatically each month. Cant wait for the pool and gym to open.

We have lived here for a little more than a year. In that time we have had some issues with downstairs neighbors but have since been resolved. Any maintenance issues we have are always resolved within 24 hours or we get a text from the maintenance supervisor when it will be resolved. They are always very prompt with communication and professionalism. I would and have referred friends to live here. This is by far the best apartment complex we have ever lived.

I love living here . It's close to everything. Convenient, well kept.. just a beautiful Community to live in . Coming from another state. The Homestead Staff has made it a very easy transition.

Love the staff and the complex. Great place to live. Wonderful neighbors and neighborhood. Honestly the best place I've lived in years, I plan to make this a very long term situation, can't imagine living anywhere else.

I love it here! The only problem I have is with rude pet owners especially considering how bountiful poop bag stations are. Keep up the good work!

The young men servicing me were very corteous and friendly. In fact when I mentioned I had a light out in the bedroom one of them took caare of it immediatly.
My girlfriend and I were out touring all this week for apartments to move into. Had an amazing time taking a tour with their leasing agent Dylan. We are on the waiting list to move in this December. Spokane Valley has really been growing over the past few years. Very happy about the shorter drives!
Toured their model unit last week with a leasing agent guy. Didn't have unit I wanted though and can't wait. Would totally live here though if there was more availability. The area is pretty clean and has low crime rates too from what I found through my personal research, just a shame I couldn't get in.

Its an awesome place to live i couldn't be happier
I lived in this community for 6 years, so clearly there are wonderful parts to this community. Safe, good neighbors, excellent snow removal. Sadly, the office staff is difficult to communicate with and multiple times we had to follow up with wrong charges to our bill. The maintenance team was great but we never felt when we had questions that the staff would be honest or that we would be told something different the next time we came in. Our move out experience was unfortunately terrible as well and we were charged a bill for things that were never provided. If you are looking for a safe place I would recommend but be very cautious and diligent about documenting everything especially with the office team.
