All apartments have antique wood floors and beautiful large windows. If you are interested in one of the sun-filled apartments and have excellent references, then please contact us today. Utilities included in the rent are: cold water, sewage, garbage removal (Normal Household Waste only, no Large items) and snow removal utility services. Tenant shall arrange for all other utility services on the Premises, including heat, hot water, electricity, telephone, cable television, etc. No communications "dishes" shall be installed on the building. Work references, rental history references, and back ground check will be collected and reviewed before the leasing process is approved. First month's rent plus damage deposit equal to the first month's rent is due at the lease signing and 5 days prior to move-in or a cashier's check if moving in sooner.
