Property Ratings at The Howard
My son moved into an apartment in mid July. He still doesn’t have a working oven. His washer hasn’t worked in almost a month. Management and the owner do not see any urgency in fixing these issues. They are continuing to rent apartments knowing these apartments are not ready. They will do nothing and still charge the full rent amount. The elevator has went down several times.
