I went for a tour , first off it’s horrible the tour guide couldn’t even lie good enough to let us think about moving in. Trash looks like it hasn’t been taken out in weeks . We walked up and heard gun shots before we could even look around , the apartment dead bugs were everywhere. And it’s very out dated ! If you can look past all of that it’s not quite bad especially for the price. You get what you pay for!

As a longtime resident I have been very disappointed lately. Our mailboxes were broken into in October. We haven't been able to get mail since then. The US post office will not allow you to pick up the mail. The lady in the front office has been saying they submitted to work order to property management, but 9 months later & it hasn't been resolved.

ok first off let’s say i been here since april 2023 and don’t get me wrong they keep the apartments kept up and always re doing the outside to make it look nice BUT let’s get into the INSIDE. the inside is nice as well BUT these apartments are INFESTED. not just with one thing but MULTIPLE things . ANTS will walk straight through the front door and i’m not lying they are that BAD. big water bugs EVERYWHERE to the point you can be walking through the grass stepping on them ! STRAY CATS EVERYWHERE! i clean my house EVERYDAY & BOMB ! they STILL won’t go away! sometimes maintenance takes DAYS to get the trash so it’ll be a trail of ants coming from the bottom of the stairs all they way up the stairs onto your trash can. oh and don’t get me started on the gnats they’re HORRIBLE! i thought that maybe it was just my apartment but NOPE! i know someone else who stays here that experiences the SAME EXACT THING! so if you like BUGS this is your place ! oh and they call themselves re doing the balcony can i say just TERRIBLE? i went from a nice screened in porch to an unsafe wobbly little white rail smh. i can’t even go on the porch anymore cause i’m afraid of me or my toddlers falling off.

My AC has been broken for over two months. The only thing maintenance does is rig the system so it “works” for two days then Back to 75 or higher when set to 70. TRUST ME , DONT LIVE HERE !!!! Leasing office doesn’t communicate either ! Look elsewhere

Don't waste your time. Owner only cares about adding more charges to increase their profit, not your quality of life. Remodeling new units but not existing tenant ones. Charging you a fee for renters insurance but still require you to pay for you own separate policy (which they have to be on). Amazon locker fee is collected even if you don't use amazon. Plan to start charging you for parking, car or no car. I have been staying here since 2019 and this is the first time I had a 300 rent increase. Haven't been able to use my patio in all this time due to pervious tenant leaving a sofa on it and management refuses to move it. Only one trash container that overfills daily and causes rodents. Just find somewhere better for the price.
The new staff are very helpful both Ashley and Sandra also they are involved with the residents they host small event for all tenants this is the place to move
I have been living here for two years and Ms. Henley and Ms. Bedgood have been everything!! From communicating to listening, they are the best management team hands down! Definitely love it here.
This complex have everything you want at an affordable price. This is my 2nd year almost 3rd year & I live all the way in the back & still don't have noise problems. It's absolutely quite. Not to mention the amenities; washer dryer conn, vaulted ceilings, screened porch (spring & summer rain & no masqitoes.). And the customer service, Ms Veronica is awesome. There are a few downsides; spiders (daddy long legs) & it is smaller in sq ft & a few others according to individual likes & dislikes...the hill going to the back...whew!!! But, I been here for awhile & don't plan to move!!! For the city, you can't beat it & I'm picky.
I have never thought that I would write a review about apartment but the great customer service I got from Mrs. Veronica at this apartment couldn't be ignored. She was very professional. Although I have not visit the house I am about to move in, she described every corner of the house. It's also a very quiet place. I can't wait to move in.
I'm 20 years old and this would be my first apartment. I moved in back in May with my boyfriend. I was so excited and eager. Within a few weeks, we found out our building was mold infested and we had an extremely bad water leak. They finally moved us into our new apartment in the beginning of June just to be without hot water and air condition for over a week. The list of problems can go on and on. Nobody should live here.
Neighbors keep to self and are very quiet. On the marta line.
