Property Ratings at The Hub at Chisholm Trail
They never fix anything, your monthly rent payments will go up drastically, I’ve lived here since June and the only reason I haven’t moved is because I don’t wanna break my lease! There is stuff from my walk through still not done! I have to keep harassing them to fix one thing and they literally will only fix ONE thing at a time.

We strive to maintain a comfortable living environment for all residents and are committed to addressing your concerns right away. Please give us another chance to make it right for you!
I moved in here and everything seemed okay . Until everything started flooded or falling apart. I been in here 3 months Now , And have so many issues ... They charge 35.00 for WiFi ( part of contract ) WiFi is horrible. My son does virtual learning and can Never load a page or gets kicked off . For additional money you can upgrade . Witch I did .. Now paying 65.00 a month . ONLY 2 devices on WiFi .... And still my son Can NOT use the services all day .. It works sometimes then just Stops ... You can get your own provider.... However. You will still have to pay the 65.00 a month ( Mandatory in contract)... NO parking available... Covered parking has been purchased by 1 resident owning 3,4 parking spots ... They will NOT limit parking spots for other residents ... Children are picking up Rocks in the community and throwing them at your cars . The office has done nothing about the repeated calls about the kids ... Kids run wild taring up property and Parents are leaving children unattended all the time .. The laundry rooms are always broken , witch I hear other residents complaining about .. The beautiful apartment complex is being ran to the ground my the Manager that does NOT do anything about these issues .... I thought I was moving to a wonderful place UNTILL broken pipes ( now) not due to ice storm! Toilet does not flush on 1st time . Shower has NO water pressure nor does it have HOT water after 5pm .. I have address each and every problem with The current manager and still NOTHING gets done . My car has been in the shop 2 times for broken windshield due to rocks being thrown by children ... I have a recording of the children throwing the rocks . However , the manager STILL has Done nothing..... I can NOT afford to get out my lease . So , I am stuck here in this sadly Misrepresentation of home . In my opinion, The property needs to be ran by a better Manager that is capable of providing what has been promised .. I feel the Manger is NOT a friendly person and is very unapproachable when resolving issues that may arises .. I sent multi of emails and calls to her and she does NOT respond to any .. When I asked for the cooperates phone number , I get laughed at and told NO .. Who owns this place ?
They do not care about their tenants, they have not fixed stuff from the first walk through over 6 months ago, they are disrespectful and will tell you and promise this and that and never do a thing. Worst apartments I’ve EVER lived at please if you are looking for a GOOD apartment KEEP LOOKING

I lived here 3 years. I had zero problems when it was Oaks at Hulen Bend, when it changed ownership I had problem after problem. I moved out in June, I had to reach out for the second time last week to check on my deposit. I’m pretty sure legally they have to return or send an itemized explanation within 30 days. Just was told that they are keeping it because I had a pet, and any apartment with a pet has to be pet treated after. Not sure what my $300 dog deposit went towards if this is what the security deposit is used towards. Additionally, the apartment is being renovated, and the floor is being ripped up, and it’s all being painted, so I’m confused on what’s even being treated. Maintenance Is the absolute worse. Takes forever to get things done and they have zero consideration for you space. Nobody in the office seems to know what’s going on. They assigned me someone else’s parking spot and that man came out and verbally assaulted me because I was parked in his spot. Then they assigned me a spot that had a concrete barrier blocking it off because it was the handicap ramp to the sidewalk, third time was a charm and I finally got a spot. I have so so many more nightmare stories about that place, and most people I’ve talked to had similar issues.

We hate that your experience was not a great one. We would like to talk more in detail about your experience. Please contact Mia at (817) 548-1867 or info@docapts.com.
I have lived at this complex for 7 years and this will be my last. Ever since the current new management took over, maintenance has gone way down. They are so concerned with updating the complex that they have forgotten about taking care of tenants. Don’t expect your maintenance request to be handled in a timely manner. I have been without a working kitchen sink for 5 days! When I demanded the corporate number to take the issue higher up they refused to give it to me. They also open the pool and amenities at will. I made a reservation online to swim and it was confirmed. I had my 3 kids ready and excited Only To find it was closed. When I asked the office the reason it was closed despite my reservation they said “they just didn’t feel like opening it today” Do not move here. There are better, nicer apartments in the area for the same price. And the Internet they advertise and FORCE you to pay for sucks! So if you move here and need decent internet you will be paying for two services, the one they provide and make you pay for and an outside internet service. Please save yourself the headache.

We're truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our management changes and the inconvenience you have experienced. We strive to deliver the best living experience for all our residents, and it's clear that we fell short in your case. Your complaint about maintenance delays, especially regarding your kitchen sink, is very concerning, and assuredly not typical of our service. Similarly, the situation with the pool should not have happened - we understand how disappointing that must've been for you and your children. Regarding internet issues as well - we are taking these points seriously so we can make things right in future.

Although apartment living is new to me, I am enjoying a nice apartment with lovely new appliances and a helpful staff. Alexa T. has been especially helpful. My pet is welcome, I like the security gate, and the grounds are well maintained. The neighborhood itself is attractive, close to a church, businesses, and shopping, yet not directly on a busy street. I like the feeling of privacy I have experienced here.
