Property Ratings at The Hudson
If I could give zero stars I would. This place has gone so steepily downhill it's very sad especially given the amount we all pay to live here. I am in a grouptext with ~15 residents and constantly hear from the text and in the hallways how horrific our management is (in general) but specifically in addressing any concerns we have. They take an average of 1 week to respond to emails or don't even respond at all unless you provide a formal question and ask them to respond. The hallways used to be clean and now in the last month are disgusting. The elevator makes me feel like I want to pass out before it's 100+ degrees. The gas was turned off this week because of a leak and we have not been able to cook or use the stove.. they offered no compensation and told us we passed the test and the gas would be back on but it still hasn't two days later... they act like they are super helpful and do things in good faith but it does not feel like they have the resident's best interest in mind. Check the email they sent us with the gas suggesting we use money to buy dominoes for dinner (and saying we passed and it would be restored but it still has not! and turns out we did not pass)!???? Save yourself the headache (and money) live somewhere else. I know the bulk of my friends are moving out of here this year.. I suggest looking at a house for the same cost or the collection townhomes! I will say the maintenance guys here are AMAZING! this review does not reflect them and their work at all.. they are the only ones keeping this place up and running!
Love this building! It is managed and serviced to an exceptional level which says a lot because I owned a home and was dreading moving back into a building. Its simply beautiful. My only two comments would be that the freight elevator isnt really a freight elevator in terms of dimensions or moving items such as a couch and I would really like to see trash cans in the garages and hallways. Its odd to me that we dont have anywhere to discharge of trash. Other than that A
Rachael & Bear are just wonderful property managers! They have done a fantastic job in the 2 years I've lived on sight in addressing all requests.
