Property Ratings at The Hudson
Just a week after I moved in, management demanded to come in to "paint the strips of the front door." They provided a three day window to do the work, and just came in to do it without providing further information. If this work needed to be done, it should have been done BEFORE I moved in. I regret moving here.
Great location. The upgrades are great. Whoever there is no gym. Or in unit laundry.
My son lived at SCA before I did. His main issue was AT&T's internet service monopoly. That was, also, complaint over the past year, until Spectrum internet was installed.
I would recommend this community based on its a comfortable place to live. Located by restaurants, easy access to everything you need.
I have only lived here about 2 weeks I have enjoyed my time so far and will enjoy my retirement here
The dumpster areas always have a great deal of garbage behind the dumpsters. I fear this will eventually breed a rat epidemic if these dumpster areas are not regularly cleaned and maintained. This has been an issue for a long time.
ive been living in this community for almost 2 years, longer than any other community before, and im excited to upgrade to a 2 bd. the location is great, its just a tiny bit pricey, but i dont blame the complex for that, i blame inflation! lol
The staff is nothing but professional. I can see why this Complex is completely full. Very courteous and helpful since the day I started application process.
I lived at Shadow Creek in 2003. Before I decided to come back, I rode around the property it was well maintained and nicely painted. The grass is cut regularly and landscaping and trees are attended to. Apartment living is apartment living no matter where you live but Shadow creek shows that they care.
The community is quiet, the dogs are under control, the other residents are friendly.
Staff is very friendly, and easy to work with
The staff, price point and such a cute apartment.
I lived in Shadow Creek in 2003. Then I bought a house that I have lived in for 17 years an now I'm back at Shadow Creek. I liked it then and I like it now. After all these years, it' in very good condition.
Best community I have ever lived at
The staff here is great and it' very quiet and peaceful. I feel safe here as 70 year old widow.
I have been here approximately 5 yrs.and have not had any serious issues that the staff was not able to take care of.
Apartment are quiet, work orders gets complete the next day and most importantly real understandable office staff.
yes
With the issues upond moving in, it's still great value great location and the staff is awesome.
Very good Community love the office staff and the maintenance is great
I turned in my written warning on April 7. Today is April 28 and I am still getting notices that they have not received my notice of move out. They replied to my notice of move out after I sent to other emails asking them to confirm that they received it I have left several messages with the apartment complex management and have gotten no return phone call over four weeks. I do not recommend this community.
I would recommend this apartment community because the staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Applying is simple and quick, and I received a response to my application in little to no time at all.
It’s quiet, office is great, no major issues but did have one maintenance issue completely out of anyone’s control but was handled very quickly.
Faith did a great job, and explaining the do's and don't, friendly to speak with.
Now that Lincoln has taken over management, I would highly recommend these properties to new renters.
I want to like this place but we moved in more than a month ago and they still haven't put drawers/doors on our cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom. Ridiculous. Bait and switch operation, make sure you get a chance to see the actual apartment you are moving into before signing the lease. The model apartment is nothing like the actual apartments.
Information is not correct. There is no fitness center. Covered parking is reserved. Nice place. Surrounding Neighbors dogs are too large. Overall nice, decent place. Close to schools and grocery store.
I have live here for 2yrs and the post below are correct. I recently requested a work order and it's been 4 days and no response from the office or ETA time. My lease ends in August and I will not return.
I have never had a pest problem until I moved here. Big roaches, small roaches, mice....it is absolutely ridiculous. I am terrified of turning on the light in my bathroom, kitchen and laundry room at night for fear of what I might find. I can't wait until my lease is up. I don't care how nice the staff is, that does not make up for the huge pest problem. And regardless of how clean I keep my individual unit, and how often the pest company comes, they don't go away.
The worst complex in North Richlands Hill. Knowing that the unit above me had subfloor issues the apt manager moved me into a unit that the consistently shifted everytime it was walked on. After calling the property manager and complaining I was told to bad because they had a lease... Do not move into this complex!!!
I have lived here for about 4 months. I read the previous comments and was very surprised to see anyone complain about management. I normally do not ever leave comments but had to based on what I read. I would give this apartment a five start rating without hesitation its very clean, neat, safe with a diversity of residents living here as well as a great location and wonderful staff I have had nothing but a positive experience here. The complex is very neat and quiet. I have had a couple of maintenance request and the day I call maintenance is right out and always has it fixed before closing. Management is very nice and helpful. I can recall a couple of months ago i was expecting a very important fax and was already at home and gave the complex fax number and the manager stayed past closing time to wait for the fax for me. I have lived all around the world with my career and have never lived in such a nice place very well kept and quiet with such a wonderful staff. I am truly impressed. I signed a 6 month lease and if my career lets me stay in Texas I will be signing another 6 month lease. VERY VERY impressed with not only the staff but the fact that they are pet friendly and very clean inside and out. I have never seen a tow truck even drive through the parking lot so not sure what the last comment was about. Good location to and safe! I am suing my name on this comment because I AM very happy to say I am resident at this wonderful complex
This was a great place to live quiet affordable housing, new owners took over 2 months ago and everything has went downhill. They tow your cars for the most ridiculous of things, with out any notification. The buildings are falling apart and they wont fix them. Management is beyond rude and don't care about anything. there response is to basically leave. It's not how you run a business. They don't fix anything in the apartments, and atop of that they have a pest problem, and there raising prices as well. Also the pools remain closed for 90% of the year. Needless to say we will not be renewing our lease and none of our neighbors are as well.
