Incorporated as a city in 1911, Perris was named for the chief engineer of the California Southern Railroad—Fred T. Perris. Nestled just south of the March Air Reserve Base in Riverside County, Perris attracts residents with its relative affordability, suburban conveniences, and unique historic charm.
Perris offers something for everyone. Shoppers delight in the locally-owned shops strewn throughout the funky downtown area as well as the national retailers located in numerous area shopping centers. Outdoor enthusiasts relish quick access to recreational destinations like Lake Perris State Recreation Area, Lakeview Hot Springs, Mount San Jacinto State Park, and San Bernardino National Forest.
History buffs enjoy the fascinating exhibits at the Orange Empire Railway Museum, Perris Valley Historical Museum, and the Southern Hotel Museum while sports fans appreciate the many replicas of famous ballparks at Big League Dreams Perris.

Property Ratings at The Hunt Club
This place is becoming more and more like the projects of Los Angeles. I understand and encourage people to live the way they want to. I don’t want to control people or tell people how to live but I seriously can’t stand how you would move out of the projects and bring all the bad habits with you instead of changing to live a more peaceful life. This place is becoming more and more trashy and the management doesn’t care as long as they have people living there paying rent. The maintenance is great but don’t ask for anything major because it will never get approved. If your car isn’t washed they will tow your car at your expense. If you don’t move your car every 3 days the same thing happens. They do give you a 72 hour warning after the 3 days or dirty car has been noticed but they’re pretty much forcing you to spend money. What if I’m living paycheck to paycheck trying to get by. The main manager is alway on a power trip because of the owner of the complex. Idk what approach I’d choose to clean this place up before it’s too late but I’d honestly avoid otherwise you’ll be stuck somewhere that you’ll honestly regret. All of this aside if you have kids under 10 they will definitely have friends anyone over 10 will most likely get in trouble due to bad influences. Trust me I’m not a stickler but my only place of peace and relaxation is my home and I can’t even have that as much anymore. Rent at your own risk. I’m moving out.
I’ve lived here for two years, and this is actually my second time living in these apartments. They are clean and well maintained. Management does a great job of taking care of things that need done on the property. Staff is always warm welcoming and goes above and beyond in every way. I love living here.
I have lived here about 2 years. Very quiet and family oriented. The only thing that I would change is, the appliances are out dated. Kitchen is very big with a nice size dining area attached. I would probably pull up the carpet and lay down tile or something as the carpet is very light and with children, impossible to keep clean at least in the living room area. Management is great and maintenance is awesome and very quick with repairs. The new gym is great too. I would say update appliances and you got a great place to stay for the price.
I've lived in the apartment for over 4 years. They really need to kick some people out of this place. Noise level at night is horrible ppl always fighting and kids running around pass midnight
The Hunt Club Apartments are fairly inexpensive for the 900 plus square foot floorplans. The lawns are well maintained throughout the complex and matinance is quick to fix things for you. Has great things like basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball diamond, several play grounds throughout the complex a large open field. The only downside is the appliances and style of the apartments are out dates and need some upgrading but for the price they are very reasonable and worth it. Finally, the staff is amazing and always willing to help in any way possible.
