The units that face the Rasor Blvd are noisy (traffic and construction noise). I have been sleeping on the floor in the bathroom because having earplugs for a long time hurt my ears and the doctor recommend me not to use them. The manager wants me to pay $400 more to move to another unit. Stay away from this place. Worst management.
New management is absolutely disgusting. I’ve been living at the Huntington since July 2019 and through Covid and all have been an amazing tenant with only on time payments even through Covid. My license was set to be expired in August 2020 and made an appointment with DMV in May 2020 (after Covid hit) for earliest availability for February 17th, 2021. My registration for my vehicle expired July 2020 but due to COVID and the DMV department being so backed up wasn’t able to get anything earlier to get my license renewed in time to update my registration. I’ve lived in apartments in the Plano/Frisco area for 7 years. The Huntington’s new management Is the only apartment complex that works with a towing company to police their private lots and allows them to tow vehicles registered in their system which are allowed to park at the resident they live in. The Huntington was made aware of several cases of the towing company they work with, PRO PARK, tagging vehicles for expired registration in a time like this. Instead of sending an email that there was a solution just like they’re quick to send an email about curbing your dog or smoke smells they didn’t care one bit to inform residents about something much more serious that could be amended. I was completely unaware at the time the new management implements these heinous practices after Covid has crippled state agencies and their offices are backed up. Furthermore, they were aware of this being an issue and although are quick to email about absolute nonsense did not care to email about there being a pass to put on your window that avoids you from being towed. So in the end I had to pay $436 because this building’s new management has a towing company they work with allowed to tag vehicles that are legally parked there, they claimed I was suppose to know to go to the building management but have never incurred this problem before nor have I even seen any management work hand in hand with towing companies in this area to torment the residents of their building, didn’t send out any kind of email knowing this was a problem, and then washes their hands clean of it. Absolutely abhorrent they are doing this working individuals and are so insensitive at a time like this.
Beautiful place to live in Plano. The management makes it special as well. Rene is head of maintenance and went out of his way one night to drive back to the property and let me in when I lost my key. Alex in management is awesome. Always there to answer questions and help.

The Huntington is a beautiful property with great amenities and helpful staff. Its labeled as a "luxury" apartment complex, but there's nothing luxurious about the constant noise problems created by the poor building structure and the residents that are constantly in the pool after the designated pool hours. The building has paper thin walls and there isn't much separating one floor from the next. YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING YOUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS ARE DOING. If your upstairs neighbors have kids, you might as well forget about ever having a quiet peaceful day and night in your apartment. During the summer, the designated pool hours are constantly ignored by loud residents who decide to have party at 2am. It's sad that residents are not able to fully enjoy these beautiful apartments and relax in their home. If you dont mind the constant noise pollution, then The Huntington is a great place to call home.

We have been without hot water for the 4th day now... and possibly for another two days with the latest update. This is not the first instance in the past 6 months for hot water service to be disrupted. The building is lightly constructed - I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every footstep and toilet flushing. For the premium they charge, there are options in this zip code. I will not recommend this building to anyone.

Beautiful community, everything is well maintain, the maintenance guys respond and fix everything really quick. The office staff is super kind and helpful. They answer every question that I had, and I had a lot, they spent all the time that I needed to make my decision; a decision that was hard to make because of so many great option that they gave me. The Huntington is exactly what I was looking for.

I moved into the Huntington back in December of 2018. I was helped by a leasing agent named Hilary. She did a great job showing me different apartments that fit the needs that was looking for. I needed a spacious one bedroom that had the luxury feel. The few weeks prior to moving in, the Manager, Rachel, was helpful with any questions or concerns I had- she was very personable and made me feel comfortable with my new home decision. My move-in was a breeze and I have loved my time here. The community offers resident events and also a free breakfast each Friday. The pool and fitness gym are beautiful and well-kept. The Huntington is a beautiful place and I am happy with the choice I made.

I've lived here for several months. Wish I had never moved in here. The community was awesome before the current office manager took over. Now everyone is leaving as fast as they can, including the good staff that worked here. Some are even paying the excessive early termination fees to get out of here. Sure it looks nice on the outside but what is going on inside is a different story. They only clean the first floor so it smells and looks nice. The other floors haven't been cleaned in months. Lots of dog hair, trash, etc laying around. The halls and apartments smell as well. There is some horrid odor coming out of the bath and kitchen sinks as well as the washer drain. You need lots of air freshener to live here. It use to be quiet here but not anymore. Noise goes on 24 hours a day and we are talking about screaming, running in the halls, slamming doors, music and loud TV's. Don't like it then get a motel room because the office won't do anything to help. If you are a dog lover this is the place for you. They don't enforce the leash rules so dogs are running around in the halls and outside fighting all the time. Very few clean up dog poo as well so good luck walking around here, outside AND inside. This is suppose to be a smoke free community. You can walk around at any time and see folks on their balcony smoking, in the garage and they are smoking inside their apartments as well. You can smell it in the halls all the time. Crime is an issue here as well. The office puts all the blame on the residents but it isn't our fault the garage gate lets in cars without clickers. They have put up a few signs saying the gates won't do that anymore but the obviously didn't test this because it still happens.
Had my tires and rims stolen in the garage here for the second time due to a complete lack of security. I was one of 5 vehicles. If you are looking for a nice apartment I highly suggest you look elsewhere unless you would like your property stolen on a consistent basis. The first time management took absolutely no action, we will see if they help or make any changes this time. Highly unsatisfied.

Both assistant and property manager are complete liars and make things up as they go. They enter the apartment without contacting you. I do have a dog which they say excessively barks but have no proof. When I asked for proof they told me my dog was running around loose....never even been out of the apartment on a leash. Completely in professional. My key constantly goes out I switched apartments and still never updated call box after multiple requests. They do not care about their residents and the noise from neighbors walking around is rediculous

I was one of many people who had to deal with the black mold situation. At the time my daughter was 12 months old and I was never told there was an issue. It wasn't until my neighbors informed me of the hazardous black mold . I tested my apt and the test showed positive for airborne black mold. Shortly after that I packed up my daughter and moved out. Many kids live there and I'm sure the apts never informed the parents of the hazardous situation. Unfortunately these guys wanted me to give th60-day0 day notice and an additional fee. Unbelievable, these people lack basic human decency and put money ahead of their moral obligation. I would never set foot in this building especially with children. As for the employees -- I wish at least one would have the courage to come forward and expose this company.

What an awful place to live. They ignore you once you sign a lease. They don't care that mold is growing in the building. They will lie about everything and take 0 responsibility. New manager Raichel is fake and will manipulate you. Anesa Basic apartment manager will accuse people of using drugs and call police on residents she doesn't like.
Don't let the grand entrance and lobby fool you!! There are many issues here and the management up to the regional manager Karen think we are all morons and will listen to anything she dishes out!Be smart and do not move here! They do not care about the residents only collecting your money

Black mold is getting worse and worse. Causing terrible health effects. Is so dangerous and management lies and lies, they refuse to admit there is mold and lie straight to your face and say it isn’t mold or an issue

The apartment complex has mold - and the leasing office is oblivious to the problem. A leak happened 5 -6 months ago and many of the tenants including myself was concerned with TOXIC black mold. We raised the issue to the leasing office more than 3 times and asked for inspections and were reassured several times that the leak was fixed and that there is not black mold issue. Fast forward 5 months, myself and 10 other tenants have found black mold in our apartments and the storage rooms on our floors. ZRS management and the team of people checking for TOXIC black mold - have told us it is not an issue - and that if it is inside the walls we are not being exposed to it. We have asked more that 5 times to be moved - no one is doing anything to help or move us. DO NOT MOVE HERE. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN - its not worth it at all. On top of that we have had several other issues from trash, no sound barrier in between the walls and the leasing office is very rude and not helpful at all. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.

I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HUNTINGTON. The property is built with no sub-flooring so if you have an upstairs neighbor you will hear them walking around. Their floor is your ceiling. I had to move from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor so I could sleep and had to spend another $180 a month. The pipes make noise in my apartment. I have told management I did not want anyone in my apartment unless I was present, did they respect my wishes, NO! They are under staffed, this is the second Management Company since opening a few months ago. The property looks good on the outside but is cheaply constructed. They freeze you out, the hallways are freezing cold. The parking garage is dangerous, no mirrors to see who is coming along with pipes leaking in the garage on your car. They have a trash valet service that they charge you for whether or not you want it. There is a door for the trash valet that complete strangers have a key to that opens into your apartment. CRAZY, who designed this place? If I were you I would turn and run away. RUN FAST AND DON'T LOOK BACK!
