I love living here. Been here going on my 2nd year now. The amenities is awesome. The community is in a great location. The staff is brilliant. Out of 10/10 I rate it 10 I have no issues here. Very quiet on my side. Neighbors are great.

Good deals… but that’s about it. Not a very clean community (dog waste all over the very nice dog park, crickets everywhere in the building, cigarette butts all over the sidewalks). Poor staff communication.

In the beginning of my move things were easy and I made good friends. But as I have stayed there multiple issues with the unit have come to light. There’s also on going issues with homeless people in the halls or by the pool area. For the amount of money I pay monthly I would never think I would have this many issues.

My experience with The Huntley has been truly memorable. This is my first apartment my first move alone. From the moment I meant the leasing agent from touring the apartment with her I knew this is the place I wanted to live. I felt such wonderful energy from all of the leasing agents. I wasn’t shut down from any of the questions I had about the community in fact all my questions were answered. I was able to tour about 4 apartments to make sure I was making the best choice for me. I was shown around the whole apartment complex multiple times each time I visited. I brought my family in to come tour with me on several occasions & my family felt the exact same way as me when they came along. Living here now is still incredible & I can’t believe I did it. I couldn’t have done it without the help from everyone at The Huntley. I share my experience with many people today & continue to do so. I love my new home & I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else for my first place.
