Property Ratings at The Infinity on Logan
I have lived in my apartment for 3 years so it obviously isn't all bad. The accommodations are great, the windows are north/south facing (no direct sunlight which means very little need for A/C) free parking and nice laundry facility. My issue is that the apartments are 'remodeled' from previous years, which sounds good, right?? All it means is that they put a new coat of paint on the walls, they installed laminent flooring but market it as hardwood, and put in a new fridge. Aesthetically, it is great. Functionally, it leaves much to be desired. The hot/cold water has combined to form a lukewarm temperature for the showers and the sinks, and sometimes, the showers don't work. Overall, I give the property a 3 out of 5, but there are many easy improvements that could happen to quickly raise this apartment to a 4 or even a 5.
