The International at Valley Ranch

I like my apartment but the elevator stops working often. I don't like the Internet setup because it stops working from time to time. I was charged 60.00 for the refrigerator filter...I moved into a new apartment 4 months ago but was responsible for replacing the filter.

Management is prompt, the amenities are top class, the cleanliness and quality is unbeatable! The unit itself is so beautiful i would find it difficult to move from here. I would see myself continuing my lease here for a long time with such continued reputation with better deal.

Move in was really easy and I have been able to start setting everything up without any trouble at all. It’s a nice apartment with great amenities and nice upgrades.

Hi, it was a goog luxorious experience as resident at this apartments. It has pool, grill, roof top view, club house with snooker pool table, gym, yoga space, pet wash area with pet friendly and bike room storage and parking area and storage space garages and chage point for EV's and TV's and sofas and chair and quiet space for work/study.

I love everything about the apartment and the community. The apartments are very modern and luxurious. The only problem is with maintenance. My bathroom flush is not working properly since I moved here and even after putting the request multiple times, it has not been fixed.

Best community so far. Love apartments and amenities. Rooftop is beautiful. All the staff so awesome. All the maintenance requests resolved in one or two max days. They are very active. Thanks.

The complex is clean, people are not noisy, and the maintenance team is on it! So far it’s been a good experience. Parking is easy and you don’t have to fight for a spot.

First, I love all the apartments, they are all amazing. And with me being an employee here at the International, gave me the opportunity to pick the perfect one to live in. Every resident I met has been wonderful , which made it into an awesome moving experience.

the international at valley ranch , this apartment have internet issues and cannot connect to vpn and also the internet speed is not up to the mark.

The Place is very clean. The move in process is flawless. The technology is top notch. Imagine turning on lights, opening doors, changing room temperature using a smart phone. The interior is 5 star. Stainless steel appliances etc. You really feel so important being at this place.

Just moved in but so far it’s great! It’s very quiet and serene. I grew up now too far from the complex so I know it’s a good area. Definitely an option worth considering when you’re looking for a new apartment!

Great experience. We love the place and staff is so helpful. We had to raise few service requests to fix our home after we move in but other than that everything was smooth.

The place is fantastic, close to cafes and restaurants and it is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and committed and that makes a difference. The cons are how long it has taken to solve the issue with the elevator and also that some neighbors leave trash in the hallways, and it can stay there for days.

Our move in was easy and we have not had any issues. Everyone in the leasing office has been amazing even though we have had a million questions.

Its a great apartments to live in. Good amenities. Grear gym. Only issue is with the ev charging. Please accomodate stations for the ev vehicles

I recently moved in and really enjoy it here so far! I certainly had a couple of hiccups along the way however, they were taken care of in no problem!

Apartment is beautiful, well-kept, peaceful, staffs are very friendly and awesome living place. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and ensures a good living environment.

Good homes, management has been helpful so far. I enjoy the sky lounge, club house and the swimming pool area a lot. Good response time to requests.

The large kitchens is what sold me on renting here. The apartment complex in generally nice (since it's new) but it's not the safest part of town. My tail lights were stolen off my car before I had even lived here for a month and there are no cameras in the parking lots. Seems like they should have planned for cameras given the part of town the complex is in. Also, if you have dogs they rarely empty the pet waste stations around the complex so they are always overflowing which is pretty gross. It seems like they get emptied maybe once a month and it should be more like once a week with the amount of dogs around.

Great staff! Great Technology available, and services are impeccable. The building itself is brand new and very clean. Extra storage, and private garage are available.

The internet speeds are okish since people cant opt for their own wifi. However, the building is pretty new so amenities are good. But gym is very small and at times the machines are broken for more than one week.

The International is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. Beautiful apt., friendly front office and maintenance staff. I highly recommend you move here if you are looking for a great place to live.

Its nice and comfy with all brand new. Feels good. I wish in building 2 things are done quick in amenities and let us to enjoy the summer. The staff in leasing office are quite friendly.

I dont recommend this place. Please don’t make mistake. Amazing property with unresponsive staff. You be left hanging when you need repairs

I loved my experience with the front staff, they were very kind, caring and helpful. From the tour all the way to the set up they were helpful and always there to assist with whatever I needed. We had an minor inconvience as soon as we moved in and asked the maintaince to come and it was resolved in the next 20 min. If you're looking to for a nice quiet apartment to move into I would for sure look into the International

The International at Valley Ranch caught my eye for its new construction, proximity to Las Colinas and the price point.

My daily commute to the office is a mere 10-minute drive, providing unparalleled convenience. Initially, contacting the leasing office proved somewhat challenging, particularly by phone. However, once the application process commenced, operations proceeded without a hitch. It's evident that the management team is not only eager to assist but also excels in maintaining organized operations throughout the building. I was pleasantly surprised by the readiness of the elevator, a detail that exceeded my expectations, especially considering the rewards offered due to the elevator being under construction during my move-in. While there are occasional moments when the neighbors can be a bit noisy, these instances are brief and do not detract from the overall exceptional living experience here.
