Unique Features • Dog park ?- doesn’t have a dog park! Pet Policies Dogs Allowed • Pet Limit 1 Not true!! I have seen owners with more than one dog. Utilities Included • Gas • Water • Trash Removal • Sewer The Utilities aren’t included It’s an add to your rent. Highlights • Smoke Free ?-- it’s NOT Smoke free!!! You can’t see the address or letter on the buildings it has been that way for a long time, the park is crappy for the kids to play on. Not all the elevators in the apartment complexes work. The leasing office is hardly ever open anymore as they’re ALWAYS in a meeting.
I've been trying to get in contact with their leasing agent for 2 weeks now. I've been promised 5 times that I will receive a call back by a certain time of day, not once have they followed through. I've left several messages asking to have them call me back I don't believe they've listened to any of them. Twice I've been hung up on when i call. Extremely frustrating
They allowed the roof to actively leak into our home for nearly 19 weeks before the repair was complete. Every maintenance request we’ve ever put in has needed multiple repairs or come undone within 24 hours. They shut off our heat for hours “by mistake while remodeling the downstairs unit”. This whole property is cheap and cannot afford to properly make repairs.
This is the worst place to live! Bed bugs everywhere, rude staff! Lost my lease and wouldn’t give me a copy! Homeless problem will try breaking into your house.
I love living at iris! Designated smoking sections, dog areas, a pool ?? And a grilling stations!! And friendly staff definitely recommended ??

They are horrible people. The older lady in the office is a wench. She talks to you like you're 5 and yells at you if you have any questions. So my roomate had ACL surgery on the 28th. We are supposed to have our cars out before the 2nd for them to repave it. We call and ask if she can keep her car there till 9AM so she can get to her car and get to her post surgery appointment. They say yeah thats fine. Come out the next morning and her car is towed at it costs us $300 on the day rent is due. Now they are trying to evict us. CROOKS! They will also claim you have thousands in damages, take your whole deposit and run. Happened to my friend next store.

I'm truly satisfied with my apartment. The staff at Mesa Verde is beyond friendly and the community is very nice. For an older building they have a very clean and tidy place, they have taken really good care of the property and it shows. Thanks for everything!
These apartments are ok if you want your rent to go up every month after your lease is up, and then on top of that pay $50 more a month for having to go month to month. If you question them on anything then you can sign a new lease forcing you to do month to month, if there is anything wrong i mean ANYTHING (stains, burns, doors, really i mean be picky)with the apartment when you do a walk through you need to tell them or they will charge you. Also if you don't live there longer then 18 months you have to pay for everything new.(carpet,paint,ect.)They don't fix anything. You have to pay for not only your water bill but the Neighbor as well(they say there is hot water heater in every apartment no there is not, so you can't control how hot your water is). A few of the office staff are rude. You call for maintenance work to be done they come out in a timely fashion but then tell you nothing is wrong. If you notice on some of the buildings they have new windows and the other buildings have the old windows which let in a bunch of the air and there goes your heat and they will not fix them.
Very nice staff, well taken care of and best of all very quiet at night. Walk across the street to many restaurants and lots of shopping. Nice pool area and courtyard. Well recommended
I love my apartment. It makes me feel like I am somebody. It is so cute the way it is set up. The people and staff here are great. It's very affordable for low income people.
Nice place to live. Very clean and grass is always cut. Management is prompt to things that are broken and makes a point to handle complaints. Swimming pool with plenty of working Sun chairs are readily available for all day Sun bathing.moving due to separation. Sometimes trash is overflowing and other people that are not on the property throw trash bit other than that a good place for my kids.
Mesa Verde apartments is a great community. With a swimming pool, playground, and basketball court there is always something to do. It is located near many stores like Target, King Soopers, and 711 to name a few. The management and maintenance are understanding and fast when you need something fixed or looked at. Every Monday yard work is done during the warmer months and snow removal whenever it is needed. There are pool parties when it opens, Easter egg hunts for all ages, coloring contests for the kids as well as window contests during the holidays for adults. It is very clean and uniform. It is also the most affordable complex in the area. We won't be moving soon!!
