Property Ratings at THE ISLE
First thing if you care about your kids do not move here, schools are bad the community it is a disaster, dirty, no maintenance response, the units are in bad condition and they don't fix it. the trash dispose it is always over flooding of trash, the pool and gym are always close never available for the residents, police are always here with issues that happen all the time. we move here with out knowing and I can't wait for the lease to end. there is never parking available. people dring like crazy with loud music. If you like to live descent DO NOT RENT HERE.
If you like roaches then this is the place for you! Seriously though, my apartment is infested. So much so that they're allowing me to break my lease. This place is disgusting. 0/5 stars.

I moved it an apartment infested with flies and roaches. The office sends pest control but it doesn’t help. The office is horrible and answering the phone and getting anything done

They have roaches, they don't maintain the apartments and once you sign that lease they treat you like trash.
This place has grown so much involving from the old to the new.....they have really step their game up by bringing in new management,new renovations incorporating the community ,and allowing New thoughtful and improved ideas. I recommend this property for anyone. The staff here are great and friendly and are very prompt with their responses if you need anything. Hands down, they should be property of the year. My family and I have enjoyed our stay here thus far for the past two years!
The apartments at park at vittoria is roach infested and they claim to do everything possible to get rid of them when they really dont! Every tuesday we request pest control which is useless because the lazy guy that comes from massey sprays his water "that dont kill on contact" and then run out of the unit! The buildings are old and infested and we regret moving here. We contacted blue rock "who owns the apartments" and just like the staff at the front office they sweep the isssue under the rug and ignore it. Please do yourself a favor and find a better environment.
I have lived in this complex now for going on 2 years, the location is undeniable for being about a 5 minute drive from Downtown Orlando or to the hospital areas. Yes, it is in a area that used to have a rash in crime, but the police have been fixing the area, and businesses have been rehabilitating all around the OBT area here. The maintenance is not bad, they actually do a decent job, and as far as the rent goes, the cost of living is always increasing throughout the city, at least you aren't in the Holden area, or in Pine Hills. You pay for what you get, this is not outrageously priced as some other "luxury" apartments price themselves at. Also, the management is not bad, Shan is possibly one of the best representatives for the complex and she does a great job working with you on your rent, and getting help when you need it. She's definitely a plus to living in the complex especially when we have had other management staff be less than helpful when your apartment is having issues that are not caused by you. It's a great areas if you have kids, because there's a lot of single families in this complex. As well as cars goes, its relatively safe because there are plenty of speed bumps in the complex to keep cars from speeding and running someone over, which is definitely a plus. The gym is now open 24 hours, and is pretty decent if you don't have a membership anywhere and it was just recently renovated. So, recap on the pluses of living in the Park at Vittoria: - Minimal speeding throughout the complex due to speed bumps - Location, location, location - Beautiful residential areas behind Long Rd. that has paths for jogging - The price is comparable to other areas that are off way worse than North Orlando - And Shan is amazing! :)
First please do not get me wrong th apartment itself is very spacious and nice but the office people are rude and don't really take caution when their is something wrong. When we lived there the property went through 3 different property mangers. They were very slow when something needed to be taken of in the apartment. Also there were roaches I asked for pest control and I got it but it made it worse I told the office people multiple times and didn't do anything and because of that my one year is allergic to roaches and also has bite marks from them. They also told us we would get our refund check back within 30 days and it's also been 45 days. Also no point and trying to get ahold of corporate cause they don't seem to care about anything. This place is horrible. Glad I moved out and away. Also if your wondering they didn't do anything when I showed them my kids blood work to show them it's their fault my kid is now allergic to roaches because of bites. They tried to argue with me and tell me roaches don't bite and then tried to say I didn't ask them for pest control when I did every two weeks like they told me. Worst experience ever.

There are definite pros and cons to living here at The Park. When the property was purchase by Blue Rock Partners, they've done a lot to try and fix the place up - new black top in the parking lot, awnings on the buildings, a new painted color scheme, and putting up a tile splash wall in the kitchen. However, the this didn't fix the poor quality we were already dealing with inside. Our kitchen has a roach infestation that we have been fighting since we moved in. The carpet is thin, cheap and dotted with paint drippings, the walls have paint drip streaks and poorly patched areas, the mirrors in the bathrooms have cuts and streaks as if they were cleaned with a metal scrubby. The pet rent here was reasonable. The rent itself is pretty reasonable. Yes there is a playground, but it isn't very good and the teens that hang around it make it feel unsafe for smaller children.
