The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. Maintenance is friendly and acts swiftly when there’s a problem. Noise is a bit of an issue but that’s to be expected in most apartment complexes.

Great place to live. Key location, convenient, dog-friendly. Amenities are pretty good. Maintenance staff is responsive and very knowledgeable.

The Isle is great!!! I’m having a great time here and the staff and residents are so kind! I’m pretty happy with my choice to move here, and it’s so easy to get to and from the city too

All the staff is great and there are a lot of amenities that make this place great to live at. I know that any questions I have can be answered quickly!

I find the Isle to be a great place to live. The staff are very reliable. If there is something needed for my apartment, maintenance is there. I can’t believe almost the end of the 6th year.

Pop up pizza Friday was wonderful. Not only was the pizza great but it was fun sharing time with friendly residents and the management team.

I have had the most wonderful experience living at the Isle. My apartment is nice and quiet and all of the staff here are incredibly kind and helpful.

We love living at The Isle. Having an assigned parking spot and being so close to main street is a rare occurrence and The Isle provides both. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Going on my 6th year here - Great!!! The grounds are well maintained. The maintenance , if needed, is prompt and accessible on line. The staff are friendly and each month we have get togethers for residence.

We love the friendly, warm environment that is created through tenant appreciation events and monthly newsletters. The building is beautifully maintained with an eye toward cleanliness and safety. If there is any thing that needs tending, it is addressed within a very short period of time. (usually within a couple of hours). The staff goes above and beyond to address any need we might have. Being so close to Main Street and our favorite coffee shop and restaurants, not to mention walking trails is a huge plus. Thank you Isle staff!

This building is immaculate and expertly run. The staff is communicative and responsive. Everything runs seamlessly with easy touch technology for access and interaction. Apartments are bright, quiet, with up to date appliances and appear brand new. Common spaces offer many amenities. They are clean, beautiful and quiet. Residents are friendly but non-intrusive.

I just moved in on saturday. Everything has been great so far. The people in the leasing office have been very friendly and helpful. I also love the neighborhood. I'm looking forward to living here.

Great! The response time from the maintenance team has been especially great. They've been super helpful even on short notice. The common spaces are also super clean which is nice.

The isle is a great place to live. Full of life and pet friendly. Washer and dryer in all homes. Easy accessibility through its private bridge to main street to enjoy activities and nightlife. Would recommend to anybody.

I am starting my 6th year at the Isle and truly enjoy living here. The location is in the center of everything and the private bridge brings you on Main Street - only a few steps to all the stores and restaurants. The best part is the peace and quiet living on island and convinces of city living.

Living at The Isle in Manayunk has been an exceptional experience! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the modern design and attention to detail throughout the property. The apartments are spacious, beautifully finished, and thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and style.

I’ve been living at The Isle for two years now. I truly enjoyed living here because of the amenities and how close I am to Main St. The community is super quiet and clean so that’s definitely a big plus.

Everyone at the Isle has been so helpful and kind. Specifically Alex and Olivia have been so attentive and genuine and have answered all of my questions.

The leasing manager, Liz, provided a warm welcome, and the tour was well-received. I also had a pleasant introduction to the maintenance team, experiencing the kind hospitality of Philadelphia so far.

The location is great- it is extremely convenient to get onto Main Street with many restaurants and bars, but it is also isolated enough for it to be away from all of the noise. All the staff members are also very friendly and helpful!

I think The Isle is one of the best places I've ever lived! Great maintenance guys, helpful front desk, clean and well-kept grounds. And you can't beat the location!

Both front office and maintenance staff have been very friendly, helpful, professional and easy to work with. The private parking lot with assigned parking spots is really nice especially living so close to main street where you typically have to battle to find street parking.

The building is excellent and well-maintained. The staff is fantastic, and the cleanliness is remarkable. If you are looking to move to Manayunk there isn't a better building!

I love living at The Isle. Manayunk is a great neighborhood, conveniently located near Center City on the banks of the Schuylkill. Dedicated, professional, friendly staff. Five stars!

Good experience living at The Isle. However, the rent increases over the past two years have been too aggressive. It would behoove the revenue management team to learn how to retain business (tenants) with less aggressive increases rather than having an empty apartments. My early bird increase was $141 and now the apartment is listed for less than what I’m currently paying per month. I understand supply and demand but with this strategy seems more reactive and revenue management should be proactive.

Great place to live! Going on my 5th year and really appreciate the staff. Living in Philadelphia on an island has it perks. The biggest one is how quiet the island is.

The location is amazing! Right on Main Street and you don’t even need to get in the car on weekends. The facilities are always clean and the people that work here are great!

I absolutely love living here, the staff is efficient and fast. The building is well maintained...if your only problem is the Keurig from time to time doesn't work, you know you're happy.
