Ricky and Manny, the maintenance duo, are phenomenal. It is not often, but when they are needed, they are knowledgeable and provide excellent service, quickly and efficiently. They are always positive and their strong work ethic is always on display by how they strive to keep the facility up on a daily basis and in the care that they show for the property. Michelle in the front office is always helpful (and cheerful) and this is very appreciated! It was nice to see her (and Ricky) stay on when ownership changed hands last year. Andrea in the office has always been able to answer any questions that we have had as well and both her and Michelle can be found walking around the property from time to time which is good to see. The addition of a dog park, the redesign of the children's play area, the installation of rain gutters throughout, and the refreshed landscaping, have been a warm welcome. We look forward to our continued stay here at The Isles.
Andrea and Michelle are great! This community is family friendly and management is firm on policies but give and give a generous amount of time to adapt to new policies which I respect! The property manager lives on site so has personal interest to keep the community in great shape. They are thorough and diligent. Been here almost a year my family loves it!

The property is beautiful, clean and quite. Andrea and Michelle in the office provide great customer service! Maintenence team is also great! They always take care of any issues. They are very nice and do a great job. I would definitely recommend living here!

the houses are great and comfortable great location and easy access to roads. quiet condominium to live in.
Courteous and knowledgeable office personnel. Maintenance issues are attended to promptly. Adequate parking. Quiet community.
This community is pretty. I enjoy seeing the families walking about. Most of us say hello as eyes meet when walking or driving.
I would recommend because of the location and the potential there is here but I would also mention the problems we've had, the high rent and now the loud noises coming from the FPL plant.
YOu can only use the pool 3 months out of the year any place with a heated pool would make more sense.
the community is nice, well located, with several access roads, the houses are very comfortable

Alister isles is a very nice community state of the art and the units are very nice as well. The size of the townhomes are a perfect size for me. Few minor things I have issues with but nothing major. I really don't have anything bad to say. People are nice so far. I appreciate the staff especially Michelle for assisting me through the process and going above and beyond. Shout out to Rochelle as well!

We have been looking for a family friendly community in South Florida for quite some time. I fell in love with this hidden gem. Between the beautiful spacious homes, amazing accent features, thoughtful amenities, and breathtaking dock views I am so happy we found this amazing community. Rochelle has been great walking us through our first rental, and patient answering all of our questions during the decision phase. Our move in was smooth. We noticed a issue with the disposal and maintenance came and fixed it same day! It is nice to be home.
My experience at this community have been excellent. I enjoy the community pool, gym and the walks around the building. The staff is very good they always try and please you if you are having a problem. I love looking out at the lake in the morning on my patio having breakfast with my husband. I love the different animals coming out some mornings to greet us in the, like the different types of iguanas, Lizards, manatees we even saw an alligator last summer. We enjoy the location of the community, we are close to I-95, A1A and the tri-rail. Publix is 2 mins away.
Is a wonderful place to live. The management is excellent as the Maintenance. Even always are moving in and out , the new people coming is good
I moved from my home of 29 years to Alister Isles and I love it here! The best decision I could have made.
The community itself is always clean and inviting. My apartment is gorgeous and spacious. My dog has made several friends and the neighbors are friendly. We have enjoyed living here for the last 7 months.
We moved here almost three years ago. I will mention in the beginning that we are a couple with a small child who made this community our home and treated the property and the staff with respect and trusted that their word was golden. We have never been late on rent or had any violations on our lease as well as when we transferred units and the one we left was in move in condition. When the management company changed to Mill Creek the community went downhill quickly. Now the grounds aren't cared for since there is dog poop EVERYWHERE and trash. They stopped the pest control which we had previously and this causes there to be ant hills all over the community and inside the units. So we have baited our apartment since they don't care or respond to the issues quickly enough. Little backstory we transferred to a larger unit which was promised to have some of the issues fixed upon move in which were not fixed. On top of that the paint job was sloppy and had to be touched up, the apartment was dirty from the tiles to the ant hills around the unit. Dirty is really an understatement. We didn't even have a cabinet door on one of our cabinet when we moved in! There other response was "we will break your lease and you can find another place." We wanted to be able to move into a unit that was complete and clean which is what we were promised. The "security" of the gates is a joke as people often tailgate behind and anyone and everyone can get in. The people they have moved in here are stacked in like sardines and no one seems to care. I have seen as many as 8-10 people in one unit whether its on the lease or not the office doesn't care. Coming with that of course is the parking issue since as the office stated anyone on the lease can have one vehicle. Well that isn't enforced and people with two people living in the unit have three cars. This could easily be fixed by management as they could enforce parking decals or parking spots but they aren't interested. Smokers are a huge thing in this community even though there is a no smoking clause in our lease which states they community is supposed to give them a certain area to smoke and there isn't supposed to be smoking in the common area which the office claims is just there and they aren't planning on enforcing it. People are constantly moving out as we plan on in February when our lease is up. If you are considering moving here just save yourself the hassle and find another place.

I can certainly understand how there maybe some confusion on the pest control. We actually haven't stopped using the pest control, we have simply stopped charging our residents for it. I am very happy living here. The Manager is kindness and always listening and helping . The same with her assistant in the office. Carlos in maintenance is excellent. Very nice every one . Makes the difference living here !
We are coming up on our second year here. The property is always taken care of, the office staff is always available and friendly. We live on the dock side and enjoy that space very much because of the view and wildlife.

Is a small community with very friendly neighbors. Is very clean and quiet .(except for the planes but you'll be surprised;you cant barely hear them inside) The staff is excellent. .friendly and very helpful

Alister Isles is a wonderful, spacious, green oasis with a small kids park, a pool and a dock. It's a good place to live. Lots of space for dog walks and fairly quiet.
Just a helpful hint. Aqua Isles is on the flight path for airplanes that are landing @ the Hollywood Fort Lauderdale international airport.
Save your self time. To much money for what your getting. To many hidden fees & ridiculous prices.
There is absolutely no customer service with the people who work in the leasing office. I've lived in three states and rented from many properties but have never had this many problems that have been left unresolved.
Have been living here for nearly 2 years. The grounds are properly maintained, and the staff is nice. However the place is over ran with lizards/iguanas everywhere! They have a pool, and boat docks. However they do not have ANY of the amenities you would get living in another community such as walking trails, club house, cabanas, tennis courts etc. It really is a small community, even though it is gated it seems like everyone can just get in, because the gates are often broken for days at a time. For the price you pay here you can easily go to one of the newer communities that they are building all around Davie etc.
