I'm satisfied with my experience. I will say parking is a little bit difficult sometimes. And the stairs in my building are not clean, but the rest is great!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but when it comes to actually needing maintenance done no one responds! Our vinyl on our cabinets is completely coming off, I am assuming multiple other residences as well since they sent out an email regarding cabinet inspection for the vinyl. Yet it has been months, and nothing has been fixed. You email them regarding it, no one responds. You put in a maintenance request; it gets cleared as done but never gets done! We pay a lot monthly, and our cabinets look terrible, mind you it is just a piece of particle board underneath. It looks janky when guests come over and at this point it is ridiculous. This is the new company which has taken over recently too so no excuses.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The cabinet issues are due to a manufacturer defect. We have continued communication with residents as it becomes available, and we are in the process of replacing them. We’ve conducted inspections on all units to ensure accurate measurements for the new cabinet doors because all of the defective doors have to be remade. This process does take time. We will send an update once they are delivered and ready to install. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this is out of the control of our maintenance & team. After we were scrambling to find a place to move into after our original apartment complex was a scam, when we pulled up to The Isley, we knew that it was the place for us. Brandhi was incredible in assisting us with our quick turn around time. The size, floor plan, amenities, complex grounds, are all pristine. You can tell the construction of the complex had the 21st century needs were taken into account- built in wifi, USB ports in the outlets, brand new appliances.

If you want to feel safe this is not the place to live. Someone was shot and killed Christmas Eve. There is always some commotion or violence going on. The very first night we moved here we heard gun shots. We moved from NY so we did not know the area at all it looked safe. We pick this property based on the images… DO NOT let these images fool you!!! This property was poorly made. Walls are thinner than paper. You pay monthly for garbage to be taken out for you. Half of the time you are taking out yourself. You also pay monthly for property maintenance, yet it takes them a week to fix something in the gym/pool. To top that off the staff here are flat out rude.
