I have had an absolutely wonderful experience living at Ivy Club Apartments. From the moment I moved in, everything has been exceptional. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. The amenities are top-notch and well-maintained, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the community feels safe and welcoming. My apartment was spotless upon move-in, with modern appliances and a spacious layout that makes it feel like home. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which gives me great peace of mind. Additionally, the location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and major routes, making commuting a breeze. I highly recommend Ivy Club Apartments to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience. I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

So far so good, except the trash dumpsters none are close to the building I reside so I have to take multiple trips to the dumpster so far. But the area is nice and quiet for the most part, the staff is very pleasant and polite. I’ll review in a few months and see because of course when you are a new resident everything seems ok for the first couple of months.

Greetings, I’ve been living here for 4 months now and I am having a great experience so far. The staff is very attentive to me as a new resident. Had a pest issue upon moving in, but Ms. Valerie and her maintenance team were diligent about rectifying the problem. The grounds and buildings are keep neat and clean, I feel at peace coming home. I want to thank management and staff for making me feel comfortable and at ease.

Awesome and great utilities, definitely would recommend family or friends to live here. Quiet neighborhood and has great prices, thank you ivy club

Ive been a resident at the Ivy Club for 13 years and must admit that this is one of the best apartment communities Ive rented. The staff and management is A . Very well kept for an older community, but the friendly and quick services from the maintenance team and customer service that the office staff display overrides it all. Keep up the good work Ivy Staff.

Quick maintenance. Nice residents. Quiet neighbors. Clean grounds. I have lived here 3 years and renewed my lease. I'll probably only leave if I purchase a house or relocate for a job.

Hi I’ve been living here at the Ivy Club for almost five years and nothing has changed. It’s still a great complex. Maintenance is on point and so is the front office. The grounds are kept clean and I still feel comfortable going to my car at night. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Clean apartments. no rodents. really good upkeep overall. Rent is incredibly high and I hear gun shots all too often for the cost of my rent and not having a balcony but at least its clean.

It’s been a great experience and love the management team. They are always attentive and provide amazing customer service. I also enjoy the ease of paying rent on the sites portal. Shot out to the maintenance team for alway being on time. I’ve been here since 2016 and it’s been a wonderful.

I have really enjoyed living here. Safety was my biggest priority when moving out, I don't have to worry about much here. So quiet and clean!

The grounds, staff and maintenance are great. Unfortunately amenities have been cut and the non smoking rule is not at all being enforced. 2nd hand smoke fills my apartment daily, which is a health hazard.

My experience at this community has been wonderful. The process was seamless and I'm impressed. I received communication from Kirsten through each step of the process, she was very nice. Lace was wonderful during my lease signing and move-in day. Thank you, ladies! My apartment home is warm and cozy, and feels brand new.

So far so good. I love it here. The grounds are well kept and the buildings seem quiet. My neighbors are kind and my building is very quiet. I can’t complain.

Since moving here, the experience has been satisfactory. The leasing office answers their phone in a timely manner; on top of informing us with any updates are the community.

Move in was quick and simple. Maintenance is friendly. My neighbors have all been very nice so far! The complex smells great and the apartment itself is very cozy and well laid out.

All good so far! Staff has been very helpful and welcoming. Entry systems are easy to use. The apartment was in great condition when we arrived. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Really close to lots of shopping centers. The included gym membership and access to the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex is great!

This is a beautiful nice & quiet community so far. Everyone in the office is so nice & helpful. I am enjoying my new home. I’m so glad my friend referred me here.

It has been a great experience living here at the Ivy club apartments they are very prompt when something needs to be taken care of and I never had a bad experience with any of the staff they all have been very helpful

The Ivy Club has done a lot in updated and beautiful the up keeping of the community. The security has gotten much better in doing the security for the community.

I'm extremely thankful and grateful to live in a community in which I am safe and my concerns are immediately addressed. Love the social events that management and the rental office provides and the food is always delicious. Looking forward to fall and winter holidays for those gatherings!

Besides the tenants that don’t pick up their dog poop, this is a really good and quiet community. Maintenance is very good and never backed up.

I lived at the Ivy Club for three years. The leasing staff are kind and professional! My building was quiet, safe, clean and peaceful. My neighbors were nice and courteous. The grounds were kept well, maintenance fixed things same day, and the security guard at the gate was always on point day and night. It’s like he never goes home lol. I had no problem with roaches or rats…probably one bug in 3 years I’m not kidding. This was my first apartment and I loved it!

Is a lovely and family oriented place , the cleanliness and quietness is a extra touch , and drug free environment for the betterment of kids is a great one am honestly happy to be here and to raise my future kids here

The water is always cold when trying to take a shower unless you take it before 8:00 pm. Other than that it’s a nice place to live and I feel safe here.

I’ve been living here now for quite sometime. Although I like the overall community, it maybe time for me to move along. Not because of the complex itself, but because of the utilities. For every year up until this year I have been able to maintain an easy electric bill, and it was always under $100. But lately my bill has been over $200 each month and I have not done or change my living habit at all. I still do not use the oven or wash and dry clothes until after peak hours or on the weekends. I keep my thermostat at 73 degrees, It’s what I’ve been doing since I moved in three years ago. As much as I do like the community and the staff, I cannot afford to pay the high electricity bill, especially with the rent and all the the other high prices we have to endure. I’m just not sure why all of a sudden the bill is so high. Well in closing I would like to say the community is still a good place to live. However, I just don’t think I can afford to live here too much longer.

The community events nice and maintenance staff are reliable. The community is always clean. Security does a great job at monitoring the traffic in and out the main gate.

The property is very well kept. Maintenance and Management are diligent and attentive. I enjoy the electronic keys and trash valet services.

Such friendly staff and swift maintenance workers. Mr. Joe ensures he fixes an issue within a timely manner. Love that the staff host great events.

I recently moved into The Ivy Club in Landover, MD, and I couldn’t be happier. My 1BR with den apartment is spacious, with a washer/dryer and wall-to-wall carpeting. The complex offers ample parking and free memberships to Planet Fitness and Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex. It’s smoke-free and dog-friendly too! The staff, Lace and Kirsten, are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, welcoming, and make you feel at home. Kirsten has only been with the company for two months, but you’d never know it. The complex is well-maintained and very safe, with a secured entrance, security officer, key fob access, and electronic keys for units. It’s quiet with no loitering or unpleasant smells. Although I’ve only been here for a few days, I already love my new home and am very pleased with my choice. The Ivy Club is a gem in Landover!

I love how kind all the staff are here. Walking my dog here is great and I love that they have doggy stations. The neighbors are kind and helpful. The gated community gives us peace of mind leaving our car and walking around.

I have been here for 3 years and it has been a blessing. Staff and maintenance crew are the best. It would nowhere else right now that I would move.

Great move in process. Any concern I've had was taken care of. The leasing staff is great. With everything going on in my life currently, they made the process something I didn't have to worry about.

The Ivy Club has done alot of changes and up grading. The complex have become more beautiful in the landscape. I been here for 14yr and the staff and maintenance team is outstanding and professional.

I have had nothing but a great experience with office staff. The maintenance team works well on certain things but the customer service is lacking.

Great experience so far. Maintenance staff is amazing and responsive. Grounds are always clean. It’s pretty quiet here. On occasion someone may play their music too loud but it’s rare. Overall great!

Amazing management with such a clean and beautiful community. One of the biggest perks is being so close to the stadium and the metro. The maintenance staff is very kind and they act on their service request very fast. Another plus is that the community is gated so there is a higher sense of security here as well.

The property is well maintained. The office staff are always responsive and efficient. Considering the 20785 zipcode, I feel secure and safe in my living environment. I highly recommend the Ivy Club Apartments and the community.

I've been enjoying my time here at the ivy club ! Clean units , nice staff, washer and dryer, useful maintenance team. I'm really happy I leased here I think i will be extending and I'm only a month and 2 days in ! ????

I love this apartment office. It brings a sense of family like community. The leasing office always completes repairs and any problems in a timely and positive fashion. This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Ivy Club. The best decision I ever made. The office is like family. They have little events for community. Have things for the kids. They welcome you here. They are not rude and nasty when you have an issue. When you call the office there voices are nice and friendly. This place is the best. The only way you'll leave here is you know longer can afford the rent.

I just don't see a need to leave. I have been here over 4 years-I enjoy my peace, the security. The convenience of everything - events at Fed Ex is being this close-Bonus.

Living at Ivy Club Apartment is going well so far. Maintenance is always on top of things. They are able to solve my issues asap. I appreciate the support!

Still a satisfied resident, just renewed my least last month. When choosing an apartment home, most people may look for space, I on the other looks for safety. Thus far that’s the feeling I’ve gotten here. It all depends on what’s more important to you, size or safety. Myself, I’ll choose safety any day.

The community is kept up well and maintenance responds in a timely fashion. The leasing team is great and responsive to emails. I love the community.
