The Ivy Apartment Homes

Great apartments. I have neighbors with kids and dogs and there's a railroad about 2 miles away and the noise is hardly noticeable. The buildings are solidly made - high quality. The pool is beautiful. The gym and recreation areas are modern. The lounge and business areas are comfortable and inviting.

Living at The Ivy has been wonderful, from the helpful staff to the amenities! The apartment homes are wonderfully appointed and I never hear my neighbors!

Just today there were wadded up socks and a puddle in the elevator. Someone left a whole trash can in there before. Once the elevator had fried rice all over the floor. This complex could be so much better if we could stop leaving trash in the hallway all weekend, and if we could stop doing gross things in the elevator, and if we could stop letting dogs do their business on the sidewalk AND the grass (there’s no safe place to walk outside!) A couple of cheap cameras stationed in the elevator and around the entrances to the building would help find the lowlifes trashing our complex.

Very nice community and lovely staff. Everyone is very friendly and absolutely love the coffee machine. Apartment buildings are well kept and very nice inside

I like how they updated the gym and got a new coffee machine for us. The clubhouse is an amazing place to just get together or to have friends over to workout

Alfredo was absolutely phenomenal. Helpful and friendly and was able to assist me Find theperfect apartment. The only downside I have found is the water pressure is not good.

My move in was great until I found grain beetles in my drawers and pantry. I’ve found them every day since I’ve been here. Had to throw away all of my groceries after I had just went grocery shopping because they were in my food. I asked for a new unit and couldn’t get it so I’m apparently just stuck. Everything else has been great, I love the apartment overall and the amenities. I just wish my concerns were heard considering it was my first night in the apartment.

The amenities are nice, & the area close by everything good restaurants & shopping. Like the dog park the most & spa. My dog loves that too.

I love living here! Everyone is super helpful and very friendly. The apartment is in a good area, which makes you feel a lot safer! Maintenance request are quick and such an easy process.

Jasmine was extremely helpful during my last minute apartment search process and so patient with me in finding a floor plan that best fit my needs. I ended up choosing The Ivy for the cleanliness of the building, awesome amenities, and flexible lease options. Thank you, Jasmine!

This has been an amazing and refreshing experience. The community is beautiful and well maintained, staff is AMAZING, maintenance lives in the community as well and are incredible. Most of all, this place is just safe. Your neighbors are friendly and community events encourage you to meet one another. Absolutely thrilled to live here.

The staff at the Ivy is fantastic and responsive! Maintenance issues in building 1 that has gone unnoticed: unfinished painting of walls in the stairwell on first floor, damaged/ chipped and unpainted baseboards in clubhouse corridor. Residents apartment front doors need painting / severely chipped/ scratched. Trip hazard: Floor strip on first floor near elevator need repair.

These apartments have treated us very well. The amount of square footage for the price is hard to beat. The amenities are nice with the occasional minor issue, but nothing too big to complain about! The apartments were really quiet and peaceful until we got upstairs neighbors… if you want to avoid noisiness then I’d recommend looking for a 4th floor unit to protect your peace. We have recommended this complex to many friends and I would recommend it to anyone!

Living at the Ivy is mediocre at best. It’s a nice place on the outside. Decent amenities and overall good curbside appeal…but when you enter the hallways you can see the lack of ownership as they are not maintained and rules are not enforced. Trash and trash cans are left sitting in the hallways after 9AM. Its rare If pet owners clean up after their animals, people using the parking lot as a man auto shop, there’s always trash sitting outside it dumpster and residents fist fighting in hall ways and screaming at all hours of the night. The attention to detail is NOT there when it comes to the Ivy. But overall. It’s a okay, safe place to live. So 3 stars.

Great place to live! Katrina mgr., , Alfredo asst mgr, Mel executive engineer, Andrew Mr everything are Awesome!!! Dog wash, park, free grills with gas, nice club houses, pool table, removal of trash from your front door, nice pool!

The people here are so kind and sweet! The staff and maintenance are sweethearts and love them. The amenities however have gone downhill; took away the wine machine and coffee machine doesn’t work anymore

Living at The Ivy is awesome! Everyday, it’s a resort feeling and rejuvenating experience! The landscape is beautiful and always groomed. Buildings are kept clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is also great taking care of tenant’s request timely. Just note, sometimes pet owners get lazy cleaning up behind their furry/ fluffy family member.

It’s very beautiful. I do feel like I am out of town on a resort . My apartment is clean and spacious . I enjoy the high ceilings . The only problem I’ve had is the loud noise from other residents while trying to sleep .

Living at The Ivy has be absolutely wonderful! From the amenities to the staff has been outstanding. Getting anywhere is easy with the central location.

I love my home it’s clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and the neighborhood is nice. My neighbors speak and we are surrounded by stores and food places.

The condominium is very nice and well maintained, and above all, it has great security. I am also very happy with Alfredo's kindness at the time of the application.

Love, Like, Living at The Ivy…It’s an awesome community! Most tenants here really care and clean up behind themselves. The landscaping is breathtaking and provide a resort type of feel. Staff is always creating new events and keep on top of tenant’s requests. Thank you Ivy Staff!! Keep up the great work!

Everything has been great so far. I like the vibe the community has. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I've been working on making my space feel at home.

The staff is friendly and listens attentively. Maintenance requests are taken seriously even the smallest matter. The requests are usually taken care of in a day or two after posting. The grounds and hallways are kept clean and the pool can't be beat. Really great gym and clubhouse too. Lots of fun.

Living at The Ivy has been wonderful. So many amenities. Safety is paramount here. Anything and everything is available and within a quick ride away!

Air was out in my apt more than I had it- manager lied about making concession off rent to account for months of smouldering heat

Has been a really good experience so far. It is very nice when the needs of the client are anticipated by the staff and they are so available during operating hours. Also, tenacious about checking back after a prospective client views an apartment, but not to the point of being a nuisance.

Such a great area to live in; not too far from any stores. Has an amazing community and such nice and helpful people that live here. Also the apartment complex holds beautiful events every so often that you can enjoy!

Everything is awesome; however, building two’s hallways need to be shampooed and vacuumed. The amenities are tops tier. As well as the staff.

Great caring management, manager Katrina is Awesome! Asst manager Alfredo, and office agent Jasmine are sincere and professional, always ready to assist you! Clean facilities, Great maintenance supervisor Mr Chamberlain, Mel, and his friendly staff, they are always wearing perpetual smiles! Free Starbucks coffee in clubhouse.

We've lived here for a year and have loved it. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. The dog park and bath area are just what we need for our fur baby, and the location is just a short drive to anything you can want. We would recommend to anyone moving into the Louisville area.

The maintenance team works diligently to maintain the property inside and out. The office is always helpful in times of need and are very easy to talk to.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for some time and I’m quite satisfied. My apartment is spacious and filled with natural light, which I love. While amenities and shopping are within a short drive, the pool remains the standout feature that initially drew me here. The staff seems to care. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live.

Beautiful apartment but it was a bit unprepared when we arrived. We’ve have to put in quite a few work orders and it’s only the first month but they have been very prompt in responding to us.

We absolutely love living here! The residence is quiet and well kept. The amenities are wonderful as well! We have been very happy here. Very responsive to all maintenance requests.

The staff and people who live in the complex are extremely nice and helpful. However, have been having a lot of issues with the key fob breaking and not working along with issues in the app

This is a beautiful community full of common use spaces of great value. The neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The management team is very helpful and really caters to the needs of the residents and future residents, especially Jasmine and Alfredo. I love my apartment.

Beautiful property but there’s a few issues that have never been resolved such as the wine machine, we were told there would be a cold brew machine, the fridges in the package room don’t work, and the elevators break down a lot.

I've lived at the Ivy for over 2 years now and it has been a really great place to live. Even though I have neighbors beside and above me I never get bothered about noise because the buildings are made of solid material so you're not bothered by every little sound like in most apartments. The staff does a great job of ensuring that the complex stays nice.
