I wish I could give it more stars! I've been here almost 2 years and really appreciate the friendly and dedicated staff and how well maintained the property seems to be. They have a lot of different and fun events, a really great gym, new dog park, and even a mini market to buy snacks and drinks whenever. They also have a lot of regular food trucks that come every week. It's really close to my work and super close to Ivanhoe district so I can just grab a lime bike and go! My apartment is really nice with granite counters and lots of storage in the kitchen, which is a chef's dream! You can't go wrong with The Ivy!

I"ve been living here for about 2.5 years and I've had the best apartment experience that I've had over the 5 years living in Orlando. The building is very well maintained and the maintenance staff is very responsive and efficient. The office manager and staff are very kind and truly care about making this complex feel like home. There are so many great things about this place! Since I have been here a little over a year, they have had multiple events, super yummy food trucks every week, minimal maintenance issues but quick response the couple of times I've had to, helpful office personnel and very sweet, and just redid their dog park and it's so nice and huge! The apartments are very spacious and seem to be well maintained in the couple I have been in besides my own. I really lucked out! The Ivy is a hidden gem!

Moved in 2 weeks ago. Big THANK YOU to Doretha & Nicole from the lease office, who have been so helpful patient with all our questions and requests. They are much better than the old management company. We were impressed how clean and new our apartment looks. It is facing the swimming pool and it’s nice and quiet. The building looks well maintained and clean. So far happy to call this home.
After more than 20 failed attempts in a week to get a hold of a human being at the complex to answer some pretty simple questions, and a total lack of response, I have no choice but to give these guys 1-star. If this is how they treat you when you want to move there, I'd hate to imagine how they treat you once you've moved in.
i would not recommend living here it is impossible to contact anyone. No one is ever in the office and no one answers there phone.
Since I moved in last May, construction around the complex has been nonstop. Spruce street has been closed for almost 1 year now, King St was shutdown for months, Dade right in front of the complex was shutdown for a couple months and now Dade is closed again for a different construction project. The construction is incredibly loud and often the entire apartment building shakes. It also goes on at horrible hours. In addition, the management is absolutely horrible, is impossible to get ahold of, and communicates very poorly with residents (lets us know about things very last minute, if at all). I do not recommend living here to anyone.
The Ivy Apartments seem to be pristine but is not at all. The location is great but that's all you really get for what you pay. I've listed below a list of things that we have had to deal with during our time here. 1. Numerous appliance issues - A/C failures, Washer and dryer failures, electrical issues, pest control problems and much more. 2. Since Fogelman has taking over property management they dictate to you what the rules are and how you as a paying client need to follow their rules. An example is how they started charging all existing renters a lack of rental insurance fee without disclosing that this was going to be enforced. Numerous tenants are now forced to prove they have had rental insurance all along just to get their money back from these fees. 3. Customer service is non existent. Doesn't matter how many emails you send, you'd be hard pressed to get any response at all. They just ignore you until you'll forget about any issues you might have. 4. Fire alarms - In the last year and a half the whole apartment complex has had to get up at 2 or 3 in the morning for fire alarms at least 4 to 5 times. Kids, pets, elderly have all had to step out of their place in the middle of the night for upwards of 30 to 45 mins at a time. No real explanation has ever really been given. 5. Crime - There have been numerous vehicle break ins and personal bicycles stolen over the last year alone. Stay Away from the Ivy and any property Fogelman owns.

Fogelman has a new Service Team at The Ivy, they joined in March so I'm confident if you are still having any issues in your apartment they would be more than happy to tackle immediately. Please do not hesitate to stop by and place your service request. All repairs to the Fire System were completed late fall and we did send an email to our Residents with explanations of why the alarms were going off. We moved here when the building was brand new. Beautiful space - floors, kitchen area, stainless steel appliances, but definitely new construction... you can hear every step or movement of the people upstairs and every dog bark the floor below. Fast forward two years and three management companies later and our lease can't end soon enough. Hallway carpets have never been cleaned, stairwells are rarely swept, and the office is now open vey limited hours that do not coincide with any professional work schedule. Neighbors leave trash and cans in the hallway or in the trash chute room, despite the threat of fines. Yes, the apartment space itself is still beautiful, but neighbors can be so inconsiderate and there doesn't seem to be any kind of penalty or accountability.
The interior features of the apartments are unique and beautiful-light grey wood plank floors, pendent lighting, granite countertops, marble bathroom sinks, stainless steel appliances, subway style tile kitchen backsplash, etc. The wall color is grayish which is a lovely more modern departure from stark white apartments. The kitchen has a HUGE amount of cabinet space which is fantastic. Hallways and skyway are air conditioned which is surprisingly uncommon in Orlando apartment buildings. Being so close to I-4 is convenient, however, it could be frustrating to hear or see if you get an apartment facing it. It's close to downtown but far enough away so as not to feel too crowded in terms of traffic. The parking garage in part of building 2, so if you care about not having to walk fat from your car you may want to request a unit in that building. It can be quite a distance from the parking garage to apartments in building 1, which could get annoying if you have to carry things from your car or make multiple trips. However, all of the ammenities such as the gym and cyber cafe are located in building 1, so if you value being very close to those features you may want to request a unit in building 1. The location is very close to the Winter Park area which has great shops, restaurants, Publix, CVS, etc.
