I moved here in February and during move in I was told everything I gave them in writing would be fixed. I have yet to have a single thing in my apartment done. It’s now almost June. There’s gaps in doors so you’re practically inviting bugs in. I have buckets down in my room because they refuse to fix the major leaks in my ceiling. And they removed the screens for all of the downstairs windows so this pet friendly apartment is no longer very pet friendly because you can’t even open your windows anymore for fresh air without bugs coming in or your precious fur baby running out. What a waste. Most of my kitchen cabinets don’t close properly or any cabinets in the bathrooms. And the kitchen drawers are broken and missing handles. Do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR. Don’t make the mistake i know am stuck with for a year. None of the windows latch properly either so if you’re worried about someone coming inside your place, you should be. Unsafe windows and broken promises. The only thing good about this place are the two gentlemen in the front office and that’s about it. My heat/air unit has duct tape holding it together and doesn’t work 90% of the time either. The absolute WORST apartment ever.

The entire complex is infested with roaches, bed bugs and rats. Roaches literally crawl out of the floor boards, electrical outlets, etc. Furniture is constantly being thrown away from bed bugs. The management does not care.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!. Roaches everywhere and the staff gives you different answers for why you are getting charged additional fees. No one seems to be able to give a straight answer for anything. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!

THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES Run away from this place as fast as you can. Don't waste your time or money with this place. They're a joke! I've lived here less than a month and this is my worst experience with an apartment, EVER! and that says a lot considering I've lived in north Minneapolis, MN. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE! THEY MUST LOVE LIVING WITH ROACHES THEMSELVES.

Disclaimer: I have pictures and e-mail proof of all of this. I have lived here for two months, and I hate it. It looked so nice when I did the tour, but they just put a pretty band-aid over major problems. Here is a lost of problems I've had, in order of worst to least bad (you may disagree with what is worse): 1) The apartment I was given is not the apartment I put my security deposit down on, and I had not been told Management had changed it until I came to pick up the key, two days before move-in. I had no choice but to accept this one because the movers were picking up my stuff from storage the next day. 2) I just discovered today that there is water leaking from under the wall in the living room. My neighbor has the same problem, but it's poopy water. 3) I had two water leaks the day I moved in: the Master sink and the kitchen garbage disposal. I didn't discover the garbage disposal until later that week, because I had to wait for the hot water for the sinks to be turned on before I moved in completely. While the contractor fixed the Master sink leak on the second day after I moved in, I had to hound the front office for a week to get the garbage disposal fixed. 4) I only had lukewarm water for almost a month. I e-mailed management tow weeks after submitting the request to update the ticket, because I didn't know what the problem was at first. I received no reply. That was the service request I found out had been closed out without my knowledge. It didn't get fixed until almost a month after I submitted the request. 5) Part of the baseboard for the Master sink is missing, so any creepy crawlies in the wall have full access to my apartment. I have already had two cockroaches and a few ants in my bathroom. I have had that service request in for almost a month. I keep being told they are waiting on a board that's the right size. 6) Three times now, service requests have been closed without anything being done. 7) For my first two weeks, I had all kinds of cosmetic apartment issues. One of the hand towel racks had not been bolted in, my Master shower faucet came off in my hand while I was showering, one of my baseboards (a very small one) is missing, there were no closet racks in the Master closet (had to be installed), my storage unit had not been cleaned out and the door is falling apart (The contractor admitted to me Management had told him to swap my nice door with the neighbor's bad one).
