Lara and Erika were incredibly helpful the apartments are beautiful and in unit washer and dryer are a huge plus. They made it easy to approved, really appreciate their help.
Great place to live and PET FRIENDLY! Unit came with all essential appliances like fridge, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and HVAC. Staff is on-site and lovely to speak/work with. Honestly haven’t had any issues with neighbors while going through my day-to-day activities.i.e. Noise &/or other conflicts. I would like another assigned parking spot but we get 1 assigned and another unassigned spot that’s first-come-first-served based. Parking is by permit given when registered with the leasing office. Love living here it feels safe and family/ community oriented. 10/10 would recommend!
This is not a Smoke Free Community! We are stuck with smoking neighbors, who smoke inside and outside their apartment, of course this is affecting the type of lifestyle that we were looking for; we cannot open our windows, door, take our dog out for a walk or even do laundry because our neighbors are outside smoking. The smell is horrendous, not to mention the adverse health effects of second hand smoke. And it is not just my neighbor, or my building, I have had various encounters throughout the complex with other smokers. Donnot be fooled by their advertisement as a "Smoke Free" community. It is not!
Poor maintenance always a half job except Albert he’s honest . Poor management they do not care but will show concern but won’t act on it. Gym is apart of amenities we are paying for yet it’s still closed . Everything you mention goes in one ear out the other .
This used to be a pretty nice place to come home to but they chopped down all the nice big trees along the side by the front. Now you see the razer wire all along the top of the wall on the side of the property by the mall next door I guess and its ugly like a prison. Its a pretty good place besides that. The people are nice and they fix things quick. But I'm really sad that it looks so ugly now and old trees were chopped dowm.
Poor interior Paint Job , Unsafe balcony Rails , Tilted Kitchen Bar Counter ! Doors locks won’t properly close .
Artessa Apartments is a nice, diverse, gated community. The units are very spacious (specifically speaking on the 2 bed 2 bath). Good for a family of 4 (or smaller). The gym, parks, playground, and pool/spa are a good size which are usually always clean. Those amenities are typically less occupied by tenants earlier in the day (which I love because I get the gym to myself for an hour most days). Generally- the community is always quiet and clean- except when tenants don't pick up after theirselves or their dogs. When I need something fixed they generally come within that day (no more than 24 hours). Samuel came to fix my blinds and he did it quickly and was friendly. The entire leasing and maintenance staff have always been so benevolent and welcoming, making it very easy to walk in to the office for anything. The only minimal concern I have is noise pollution due to the school being so close but it's something that is out of their [Artessa Apartments] control. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here.
I've been living at Artessa for about 2 years now, locally convenient to shopping centers, freeway. The staff is awesome they definitely make you feel at home and take care of you! Great Customer service and community amenities, plus pet friendly.
I have been a resident now going on 3 years and when I first moved in it was nice and clean, the landscape was beautiful bright and vibrant now it's dull and ugly there's no pride in the appearance. The front office is very condescending and unkind. it amuses me how they say that there being polite and the have witnesses why would you say you need witnesses, mind you they are also Artessa employees. The kitchen is out dated, dish washer has not worked correctly since I've been there I don't use it much only to disinfect baby utensils. I was just told by the gas company that they need to fix the heater unit there's small cracks that leak now there's a leak in the AC unit that the freon is leaking out of, I'm pretty sure that dangerous but yet it's going to take 5 days to fix. I'm counting the days my lease is up!
Old. Needs upgrade. Management are not tenant friendly. Poor customer service.

This is the first apartment that my fiance and I have rented. We love the size of the apartment, the fact that it is a gated community, the flexibility of pets and the great amenities that are provided. I am very happy that we chose this place as our first home together.
These apartments are located about a mile from the freeway so it is a good location if you would like close freeway access. The complex is typically quiet, there have been some instances of rowdiness but that may be because my apartment is located next to the pool, but overall I feel safe living there. The one bedroom is good size with a nice walk in closet. never had a big issue with my apartment but the management there is terrible. They all seem clueless and never seem to communicate with each other.They are very condescending and unkind.
