The Jameson at Kincora

I love it here all of the other residents are super sweet and the amenities are great! The office staff is also super helpful when I need help with anything.

The Jameson is a very inviting and clean community, we’ve recently moved in and have enjoyed our new apartment. The trail behind the complex is very helpful if you have dogs that like walks.

Friendly staff, people in the community are nice and kind. Overall the building is clean and well maintained at all times. The lobby always smells nice. You feel super safe walking around the community.

Good experience over the last 2 years. I think additional amenities could be added for what we pay in rent, but other than that it’s nice. Relatively quiet and common areas are nicely kept.

From start to finish the process of getting approved to moving in has been a breeze. Very happy to live here. I love how they have monthly food trucks and great little lounge areas.

Awesome place and the leasing office has been very helpful with my move-in process. I was able to attend one of the evening mixers and met some of the residents. I look forward to attending more of these in the future.

Really nice neighborhood. Always clean. Only down side can be the noice sometimes can hear people outside walking the hallways. Overall really great apartments

My Experience at The Jameson at Kincora Moving into The Jameson at Kincora has been such a great experience! The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with energy-efficient appliances and smart home features. I love having access to the resort-style amenities, especially the rooftop patio with fire pits and grills—it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The staff here is incredibly friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is always prompt and reliable. The community is clean, well-kept, and perfectly located with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. Living here truly feels like a balance of urban convenience and natural beauty. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to make The Jameson my home!

My daughter and I love living at The Jameson. The management and maintenance staff are great. Also, there are several events held each month to help build community.

Parking situation makes it hard to have guests. You must walk down and stand in the entrance to let your guest in. It would be helpful for someone to be able to call it in and the resident let them in or deny them through their phone. The dog park would be nicer with some turf instead of gravel, and maybe a bench and/or something covering part of it for shade or blocking rain/snow. There is an unofficial path behind the garages that people use to walk their dogs. It would be nice if this was made more formally into a path. Maybe with gravel or something that won’t get muddy when it rains (to the complex’s advantage, maybe less mud would be tracked into the apartments on rainy days?). Rooms are spacious which is nice. Maintenance is helpful. They have community events which are nice, but some are during the work day which makes them hard to enjoy when you work in an office.

Such a great place to live, really easy going and a nice community to be in. I would highly recommend living here, close to One Loudoun and other facilities.

Great community, close to everything, especially work. Upstairs neighbor walks extremely loud all hours of the night. Other than that its a great place to live.

The community is quiet and clean. The maintenance team is wonderful. They always fix an issue within hours of you putting in a request. I moved here sight unseen from out of state, and it's been such a wonderful experience.

The apartments are very nice! I enjoy having the parking garage to protect from the weather. We have had a few things that needed fixed but maintenance was quick to respond!

My adult daughter and I have been residents of The Jameson at Kincora since August 17 (2024). Our experience (from the property tour with wonderful, professional leasing staff to the application process to moving in and meeting neighbors) has been wonderful!

Cost is a little high, but it is worth it. The Pool is great, wish it was open an hour earlier, but other than that, this is a great complex.

Excellent place to live. The management and staff really do a good job at making sure you’re comfortable. Also the maintenance team is really great and fast.

Easy process & staff is very helpful and Emma communicated with us and answered any questions we had. Soon as you walk in the lobby it’s very clean and smells good.

The community was so nice and clean it seems very kid and pet friendly. The process so far has been really smooth. Emma has been super nice and helpful the entire process.

I love living here , in a safe and welcoming environment. Jess, Charrell and Emma are fantastic. Lots of great things to do in the area such as Top Gold and One Loudoun.

Good customer service the leasing girls are always so nice and helpful. Also, when requesting service they attempt to fix the issue as soon as possible.

I have been living here for almost two years and I have really enjoyed my experience. The property is well maintained, staff is professional and maintenance is always quick and efficient. I had an issue with noise from my neighbor above me, but I spoke with them and haven’t had that issue since.The one thing I wish they could change is the price. Or at least honor the residents rent at that time they signed their lease. My rent has increased every year and it’s sucks. Outside of that I would recommend.

The Jameson at Kincora team has an outstanding response time to inquiries and maintenance issues. The follow-up communication is outstanding!

Love ?? it so far, very convenient and close by many shops and things to do. Our bathroom is really nice and we love the kitchen space and cabinets.

The Jameson has one of the most well maintained communities I've had experience with. Management is incredibly helpful and responsive, maintenance is quick and competent, and the environment is well maintained. I especially love the the complex is surrounded by trees with small nature trails to walk around on

The Jameson at Kincora is my very first apartment experience and so far i love living here. The convenience of most of my fave stores is really important to me knowing that i'm a city living woman. This community is so nice and peaceful. My neighbors are giving me great vibes. The management is so helpful and very nice. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start my healing and most importantly drama free life :)

The Jameson is a fantastic place to live and located in a very peaceful neighborhood. I truly appreciate the security features of the building, the awesome amenities and the events provided for the residents. In addition, Cedric, one of the property staff members, is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable, giving, makes you feel at home and is quick to resolve your concerns.
