Blanca and her staff were friendly and excellent. Love my little home and the community is pleasant. Quiet place with decent neighbors is always a plus. Can't wait until the gym opens back up. One reason I moved here was to save on gym membership.

The area is alright. The maintenance people are cool. The only thing I don’t like it’s the fact that they change dates of trash valet, and never tells no one.

Great place to live!! There was previous reviews on how old management was bad but Willow Bridge stepped it up. They definitely need to do a few more things but they’re getting there

The Jameson is ok my experience moving out here was terrible under the last property management company. I dealt with mold and had to be switched to three different units. We don’t have access to all the amenities and don’t know when. I probably won’t be renewing my lease.

Been here since 2021 and I’ve had no issues. Especially since new management came in. They’ve been friendly and extremely courteous. Not to mention the social activities they have to help get the community involved and interacting. Maintenance responds quick, usually same day but we rarely have issues.
Maintenance is Horrible, my toilet was clogged for 2 months until they finally came and fixed it which took only 2 minutes to fix..lights constantly flickering or the breakers are constantly tripping..trash everywhere..management does not care at all about residents..I guess apartments are only as good as the management..turnover is high in the office..always a different property manager at least every other week.????????????...0 stars..
I moved in to the jameson not knowing what I was in store for! My apartment was barely move in ready! They hadn’t replaced carpet or even cleaned it! I had to run the vacuum and pick up toenails and crayons all over! And it’s gone downhill since! Any maintenance issue takes weeks to resolve! The washer/dryer unit sucks and breaks often and they take months to come fix it! They also don’t offer you any compensation instead tell you to put money on a card to wash instead of worrying about fixing it! I often see the stuff leaving early and coming in hours late! It’s a joke and they give you the runaround until you get in their faces then it’s call corporate whose also a joke! Don’t do it! Find somewhere else to live!
This is my 3rd apartment complex I have lived in the Indy area... never had I experienced such a horrible leasing office. They will not communicate with you, maintenance will cancel your work orders and they will not fix anything. Don't even get me started with the trash problem.. the dumpster is nasty and everyone has trash bags sitting outside their door for days.
As a new person moving of course they help you first but, once you have been here some time and things beging to break down good luck if you would like to really know how bad it is talk to a person who lives here. There are people who have only stayed because of their history or because they got no place else to go, but what ever the reason might be, it does not change the fact they wish they could leave. DO NOT MOVE HERE FAUR WARNING. FYI in summer u get charged about 100 for water because they charge all the residents to fill up the pool.
I read reviews of what people were saying, but I took the risk of going over to speak with them to see if it was as bad as people were saying. The leasing staff was really helpful and I was informed that they were under new Management. I did get an apartment with them, I did have a few things to work out. However, they got my place together and I've been here almost 6 months now. It's not as bad as people make it seem.
This is false advertising at its best! The apartments are terrible and infested, the maintenance people don't fix anything but make all the time to heckle you and the apartments aren't ready when you move in! They tow the cars with passes on them but leave the illegal cars alone. The people in the office are manipulative, sneaky and think they're above the law. Not to mention a leasing agent stole a package of mine but still has a job. Not to mention all the kids running around damaging things in buildings. I wouldn't recommend for my worst enemy to live here!
Horrible horrible service alot of communication issues in the office they tell you one thing then wanna charge you for the next for this being my very first apt worst experience ever. Maintenance is awful Office staff is rude and inconsistent. Please for your sake find another place to live or you'll be wallet raped and laughed at.
I have lived at this proverty for over 7 years. It is a quiet community. It is mostly made up of diversity families and singles. They plan activities every month for the children and adults. The neighbors are friendly. Staff is okay. I
Do yourself a favor and don't choose to live here. Endless headaches. Many of the apartments have roaches and they do very little to correct the problem. They would say they treated apartments when I had evidence that no one had even entered the apartment. You better hope you don't need maintenance because it could be weeks before they do anything, if ever. Which isn't good because you will need maintenance because the heating/cooling systems are very old (among other problems). I had to prove it was an emergency before they would even consider coming to fix the A/C. These apartments should be nice, but they are so poorly managed that you will be doing your best to get out of your lease. Which is a problem, because the only thing they do well is enforce the lease.
**DO NOT MOVE HERE** I recently moved here in January, and since I have experienced ROACHES, FLYING ROACHES, HOLES IN THE FLOOR FOR RODENTS TO CRAWL THROUGH, COMPLETELY TORN UP FLOOR FROM THE ATTEMPT OF ONE OF THEIR EXTERMINATIORS THAT ARRIVED WITH A SYRINGE TO KILL THE INSECTS. I have NEVER heard of such lack of concern, poor environment and most importantly NON-CONCERNED staff!!..Please DO NOT be fooled from the extra smiles, and friendly conversation they provide, for it is a lure to lock you into signing your life away. The PARKING is HORRIBLE!!!!...Be prepared to walk thousands of miles to find a suitable parking space. I literally lived there for 45 days...Begging and pleading for help, and none was given...OH BY THE WAY..BROKEN CLOSET DOORS, AND NON-FLUSHING TOILETS TO ADD TO THE LIST. THE THING THAT THAT IS MOST DISAPPOINTING IS THE UPPER MANAGEMENT HIDES BEHING THE FACT THAT THEY ARE NOT LIABLE TO FULFILL ANY WORK ORDERS BESIDES HEAT AND LEAKS BECAUSE THEY HAVE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED THE PROPERTY IN NOVEMBER 2013...**FOR YOUR SAKE, KIDS SAKE, FAMILY SAKE..PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE TO SPARE YOU THE NIGHTMARE I HAVE JUST GONE THROUGH..THANK YOU LORD FOR PROVIDING US TO GET OUT OF THERE AND FIND A MORE DECENT HOME...I HOPE THIS REVIEW REACHES SOMEONE...GOD BLESS!!!!
