We have not had hot water for a month now. They continue to say they’ll fix it and haven’t yet. I feel having hot water is the bare minimum a person could ask for and this place can’t even provide that. Also our mailbox got broken into AGAIN along with all our neighbors. Trash everywhere outside tops it off.

Very Unprofessional & unreliable when we ask to look at an apartment she reminded us that they don’t work on Sundays but can work with us because of our work schedule she said she can get us in on Sundays @11 and when we arrive no one wasn’t in the office and we stay 40 minutes outta Shreveport and it was just a waste of gas

If you live here you will never know when you’ll have water. They randomly cut it off. We haven’t had hot water in 3 days. The place is infested with bugs and you pay a pest fee for no one to come. Be ready to take cover for all the shootings. Place smells like nothing but weed. Maintenance will say that fixed your issue on that app when they’ve never even showed up. The mail boxes are constantly being broke into.

The apartments was big and had lost of space, and it was very quiet. The management took a minute to fix my air more like months while it’s 100 degrees in the summertime. Also when I moved here I was just paying rent and out of no where they start saying I have to pay utilities but it wasn’t in my contract. Exactly unprofessional and unorganized. Other than that it’s a good apartment. New stove and everything and the work with you with your payments.

Ive been here since June and Ive had absolutely no issues! Maintenance does their jobs, office staff is friendly, Quiet area!

The staffs hands are tied along with being just as poorly as the residents with no running water or AC in the office that’s the standard around here. The maintenance team sucks and they make problems worse if they even attempt to fix anything. People are breaking their leases left and right because it’s simply not a good place to be safety and health wise. Cockroach infestations, no heat in winter, no air conditioning in summer, the pool is closed, cops are out here almost weekly. There’s been drive by shootings, armed persons calls, there’s tons of drugs in this complex, the tenants are loud. I thought this was going to be a good place especially with the pictures they have posted. Don’t be fooled you don’t get what you see.

The Jolie is my very first apartment and I would not recommend anyone to move here. First off the day before I moved in during my walk through, I had no A/c. I have been dealing with this issue for a year now. Secondly maintenance is horrible. They never finish the job that they start. I've put work orders in months ago and I still haven't gotten stuff fixed. I'm getting so irritated with this complex. Oh and the staff and managers never stay no longer than 2 or 3 months. I'm truly ready to report this complex due to the fact I've been having to deal with staying in an apartment that's always sitting at 80+ degrees and I'm still having to pay my regular rent.

We moved in over a month ago and immediately reported a broken lock on a sliding door. This security concern has been ignored repeatedly. We tyen reported a broken dishwasher. I have a bad back and use a cane, making it difficult to stand and wash dishes by hand. They know this in the leasing office, but again, repeatedly ignore our request to have it repaired. We have already begun the process of looking elsewhere to live becsuse local management has shown it does not care for its current residents.

The rent is ridiculous. They don't fix anything the office and maintenance staff are lazy and rude. The apartment itself LOOKS nice but don't let that fool you nothing really works. My bathroom ceiling leaked for months before they fixed it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They cut the water off so much every other day for supposed REPAIRS. Once again not worth the money!!

This property change management and the new management that they have do not care about nobody. Every time I had a problem it never got fixed and the maintenance people got an attitude when you asked them to fix something. The gate never worked so I didn’t feel safe.

Mallory has been very helpful throughout my whole transition w moving, don’t think i’d be able to do it without her. Also apartments are renovated and very nice and in a convenient location !

The staffs are great don't get me wrong, but there was roaches everywhere in my apartment!!! it had a roach spray smell as well!!! APARTMENTS COME WITH A WHOLE LOT OF PROBLEMS!! I wish I would've never moved here, now I have to wait until my lease is up! They try to help, but these units are OLD! please live elsewhere!!

These apartments has great layouts, very friendly people they made us feel comfortable, i would definitely recommend these apartments.

Grounds are nasty. Maintenance is horrible. The apartments look absolutely nothing like the pics on this site or any other. They advertise upgraded and updated but I have yet to see a unit here that fits that description.

Since my move-in March 2019, I've had the worst experience. They still haven't fixed things wrong in apartment that were wrong, the apartment was dirty, missing light bulbs, cracks in bay windows that leak(still leaks), patio door has large gap where it meets, they tried to drill it..bugs, rain and air constantly comes through it(still not fixed or replaced as promised), front door has gaps where you can see the outside, needs weather sealing still. I kept getting promised that with new managment things would change but with Allied it's even worse, calls and request go unanswered, oh we pay for pest control and we don't have it-that's against the law per a lawyer that I spoke to. The people in the office are rude most of the time and don't want to be bothered. I went days without water and was given a $20 gift certificate from Walmart, days with hot water- got nothing. This place is Horrible! I would give it no stars if possible

I lived here for only a week i moved into a room that is infested with roaches. The staff is a joke they are never consistent with what they tell me I really hate it here. I will be taking legal actions to get out of my lease.

I want to commend the new management team at Residence at River Bend. They make sure that maintenance responds quickly to any repairs that are needed and then they followed up with me to make sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. Kudos to both the Maintenance team and the new management.

I have a daughter who is disabled who lives here, Her air conditioner has always leaked and flooded her bathroom. Now her heat does not work at all and it is getting cold out. She sent in a request for it to be fixed twice now, The first date was before Thanksgiving. Still not fixed. She is running a space heater to keep warm and that will run up her utility bill. The list of repairs is long, it wasn't clean when she moved in, exposed tack strip about 9' long that is dangerous, leaking windows when raining. This is NOT the place they sell you. All these things were brought to Their attention and they make her feel like she needs to just deal with it. She feels like they just think she is a complainer. It is disappointing to know my daughter has to keep fighting off roaches, and dealing with a dilapidated apartment. We really loved the place and the staff, but find that they do a lot of ignoring residence. Such a beautiful place but poorly maintained. All I do is worry about her.

When I moved in the price was about 100 less than it currently is. Although I do like the size of the apartments as well as the size, the on site maintenance crew is a joke. I have been here for 6 months and am still dealing with the same issue. But it is convenient to lots of things but I will NOT be renewing my lease.

These apartments are moderately price and 5minutes from the Barksdale AirForce Base. Located by various eating and shopping locations.
