I lived at the Junction for a year while working at Fort Liberty. The ladies at the front office made this stay so great. They are responsive, and truly care to make The Junction a great place to live. It’s tough to find good apartment staff, this place has it.

I can honestly say…. From the management team down to the staffs… ( Mrs. Angie, Paris, Abby, EJ, Jay and Carlton) I have experience the most welcoming and supportive housing complex there is. Everyone is so respectful, understanding and patience. Not to mention, maintenance is done on time with no issues. If there is someone will inform you in a timely manner. With that being said, to all who are looking for a new complex to call home do not hesitate to give the Junction family a call. You won’t regret it… singed, newly and satisfied resident, Brittany.

After looking at several different apartment complexes in the Fayetteville area, my husband and I settled in at The Junction at Ramsey. We are very pleased with our decision. From the first time we walked in to get information on this apartment complex we were given very professional and friendly customer service. We did our official walk through of the apartment that we would be living in on a Friday and it was cleaned very well (as expected). There were a few minor cosmetic things that needed to be updated within the apartment (like a small crack in one of the light switch plates) which our leasing agent took note of immediately and assured us that it would be fixed Monday when maintenance would be available. They kept their word and everything was fixed in a timely and professional manner. During our move-in transition we've interacted with several staff members in the leasing office and maintenance members and each one has been extremely helpful with answering our questions and concerns. So far we've witnessed the staff members of this complex go over and beyond to meet our needs and we are confident that we will continue to do just that in the future.
I have lived in this apartment for the past 2yrs and the very 1st staffs that was managing apartment complex in 2016 was a very good one before a differebt company bought apartment. The 2nd was also not so bad because they take care of apartment and listen to their tenants. Currently there is a new management now that is handling apartment. Trust me, they are the worse ever. Soon as they take over, the inflate the rent, start adding meters for water, and also rude manager. Only two women that are a little advance are the good staffs. I think a black woman that is around 45-50 and another Hispanic I guess. But the current manager is so rude that she talks to tenant like she's running her personal house. No maintenance has been done so far, bugs are everywhere in apartment and never a time have they sprayed apartment to control bugs. I can't remember when last they did maintenance. Yet they are more focused on increasing rent and adding more cost in amenities. Everybody is leaving and they won't see a reason and work on their management skills. If this is how the previous managements have been running the apartment. I believe they will have no one living in apartment. I have made up my mind to leave and if you ever think of looking for an apartment, stay away else you will regret ever coming here. Just an advise, you can try and learn your own lesson.
I lived at this apartment complex from 2013 -2017. It was a small business and the owners and property manager were fair and transparent, and showed concern for the tenants. I thoroughly enjoyed it during that time. Eventually it was bought out by a corporation, out of Michigan. As typical, these corporations are removed from their complexes and are only concerned with maximizing profits. I moved from my apartment in an immaculate state, better than when I moved in. The previous property manager did a walk-through and she assured me I'd be receiving my security deposit back. She is gone and I have gotten the run-around and now the complete avoidance by the complex and even calling the corporate office regarding my security deposit; of which has been 4 months, and I haven't received it back nor anything in writing for the hold-up. Besides this being illegal, the actions of the complex are unprofessional and unethical. I recommend anyone tread carefully as the landscape of apartment complex living is changing as corporations are buying them up. I would have given the place 5 stars under the management of a small business, but now I'm giving it a one star.
you get what you pay for. It's cheap living if you dont pay month to month. Pros: quiet neighborhood. minimal crime. (three years ive lived here I've had one petty car break-in/theft). there's a pool during summer. across the street from a gas station, right beside an okay animal hospital and a pretty decent automobile place. It looks nice. lit enough at nighttime. Cons: 1) MOLD. MOLD. MOLD. It's everywhere! I've had to scrub the kitchen floors, throw out numerous amounts of clothes, items, shoes, any and everything. A simple jacket hanging on a coat rack in the hallway- mold has overly infested it. It's my favorite jacket I have had since 9th grade, don't know if washing it will save it at this point. It ruined my keyboard (musical keyboard), grows on the bathroom door, around towels. I'm tired of it and don't know if living in this for three years has health consequences or not. 2) I can never get anyone to answer the phone no matter what day or time I try to call. 3) leaks! the AC has leaked twice causing a flood in the closet (yay, more moisture for mold!) at which we're told it's just the temperature of it, put a pan in the floor to catch the water. Water line to the fridge messes up often, can't make ice or it leaks. Repair men rip the floor up moving it every time they come, yet it's never a solved problem (and neither is the floor) 4) cheap paint on the walls, impossible to clean. Running a rag, a wipe, or even a magic eraser over these puppies will just make the paint smear and it wipes right off. 5) cheap repairs. Tiles in the bathroom were crumbling right off the wall. They come in, just slap a big square piece of plastic over it, and call it a day. Then, to make the tub look new, sprays it down with some sort of other plastic that does nothing other than give a short-lived impression. A shower or two in, whatever they spray peels off the tub in copious amounts until it looks like a disaster area and you've got white plastic bits stuck to your tuchus and up your back. Honestly considering moving out of this place, mold being the big issue. I'm tired of losing my belongings, and they'll ignore you or blame you if you bring it up to them.
I moved into Phase II ironically the day Phase 1 had switched to the new management. I do not at all regret that decision. Since Phase I has been under new management there has been terrible customer service to the current residents and/or the residents at Phase II (who are still on the property using the amenities of the apartment complex as a whole). The pool has been closed for most of the summer and has closed AGAIN for maintenance. The pool was open for all of a week this summer! Experiences using the amenities managed by Libert Pointe (Phase I) has been terrible so far. My guest and I packed up food and headed to the pool with a 2 yr old to grill out and swim, however the grill had been taken out without notice given. During our time at the pool we noticed that the pool light was just dangling in the pool. Same guest with a child was with me a few days after to enjoy the pool with myself and her daughter, however when we go to THE GATE OF THE POOL we realized it had been closed again. We obviously couldn't swim which caused a melt down with a 2 year old who was told we were going swimming. If the new management communicated with the Phase II management our residents would have known. I went to my management to communicate with them of the pool being closed and they were unaware of the closure since Liberty Pointe (Phase I) did not communicate this to the Phase II management. Still Liberty Pointe fails to communicate with Phase II who use amenities of the whole apartment complex. I called my management asking if any updates have been given to them and the response was along the lines of THEY WILL NOT release that information to us but if you try calling they may give a different response. What management company refuses to communicate with a partnering management company? Also, pool hours have been changed since Liberty Pointe took over. The pool used to be open until 10 or 11 on the weekends which gave time to use the pool without it being crowded with children. There WAS time for enjoy the pool without it being crowded with children. However, during the week it was open so far this summer that is no longer possible during the new hours. I would suggest living at Phase II with better management and communication, however we at Phase II are still experiencingo the major inconvenience of the way Liberty Point (Phase I) is handling the amenities and the lack of cumminication.
All and all this isn't a horrible place to live and for Fayetteville the area surrounding the complex is nice... HOWEVER since moving here in 2014 our apartment flooded 2 times, the first time we were not home and the staff contacted us and told us they shut our water off and not to worry... well when we got home they in fact did not turn the water off and the apartment was filled with 3 inches of water. Then lets talk about the staff they are rude and not helpful except for the maintenance staff who are very helpful! the apartment itself is pretty nice for the price we have very cheap carpet which bugs me but the walls are thick and i don't hear my neighbors and we have plenty of space when our lease is up we will not be renewing it there are just much better apartments in Fayetteville for the price!
When I first was looking for an apartment for my family to move into, I was really concerned that I'd not be able to find a nice apartment in a good neighborhood with solid schools for my kids...and at a good PRICE. I had toured several properties all over Fayetteville before I found the Village at Carver Falls. The apartment is huge, beautiful appliances and cabinets, awesome views! My kids have fun at the pool and the clubhouse is gorgeous. My husband works out there and we have good neighbors! This is a quiet community, set back off the main road, and it is super quiet, so I am REALLY pleased. The staff is genuinely friendly and outgoing. I've referred many of my friends here. Awesome place to live! Love it here! Oh oh oh!! Best of all...you just can't beat the price. It is well within our budget, and we are getting way more than what the other communities were offering.
