Property Ratings at The Junction
I moved here to get away from construction at my old apartment and within a month of living here they started building another hotel that does extremely loud construction beginning before 7 am Monday through Saturday. When it’s warm outside the guests at home 2 will be outside yelling and screaming all night until like 3 am. The neighbors are quiet but you can hear every single noise from the hallway and peoples apartment doors slamming all day. You can even hear your neighbors washing machines the walls are so thin. No garbage chutes so you have to carry your garbage super far to the disgusting garbage room that is always filled to the brim with trash and never seems to be taken out. The package room is a nightmare with packages all over the floor and in the wrong spots so make sure you have 20 minutes of time before you go searching for your packages. It’s also in another building so if it’s raining or snowing you have to go outside just to get a package. With how much rent is it’s shocking they don’t offer to deliver your packages to your door or at least to your building. Nothing inside the apartment is high quality with gross carpet and cheap fake wood floors. The only good thing about the apartment is being so close to the freeway and many stores. The people who work at the office are very nice and they do respond to maintenance requests fast which I appreciate, but overall not the best place to live especially for the insane price.

Our maintenance staff try their best to tidy those areas, and are quick to alert management of any issues. Unfortunately, construction around the area is out of our control, and we are sorry to hear that you moved to get away from construction, only to have a developer by The Junction, begin building. It has been brought to our attention that the package room can be in disarray. I can confirm that the office staff goes in there daily, and tries to organize it as best as possible. We are glad to hear about your positive experiences with our staff and maintenance concerns being taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve lived here 1 1/2 years. I find it quiet and also very convenient to everything I need. The pool and the underground parking is a plus!

Great apartments! I love my spacious corner unit. The amenities make it well worth the price. The pool and gym are kept in great condition which is rare to find in such a large apartment community. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the residents are pleasant. Being next to Costco and all of the shopping nearby is an added bonus. I would recommend the Junction to anyone who is looking for luxury living in the Menomonee Falls area!

I've lived at the Junction since June of 2020 and I do enjoy the location immensely. I do think some of the amenities in the apartment could be better for the price we all pay...especially the amenities and flooring/carpet. The landscaping is well taken care of and the pool is nice but could be bigger.

Between paying too much for low quality construction and poor management, I had a displeasing experience at The Junction. Besides having an ideal location off the highway and near a new shopping center not worth the price.

Poor construction, very loud neighbors. Management sends out emails to encourage tenants to call the police instead of solving problems! The property is starring at a landfill, what a view! Once upon a time there was a manager that cared, not anymore...

Rude and shady people. Management also doesn’t care about your complaints, you have to ask them several times for them to take action.
Let's be real, none of us look forward to writing out that rent check the first of the month. Believe me, I happen to live in one of the most expensive units at The Junction. (ONLY because as I NEEDED to have the ridiculously high ceilings with all the windows in my corner unit!) I could probably shave off a few hundred a month and save money, but I would be losing so much more. As a single mom, I am paying for the peace of mind to live in a very safe, upscale community that has EVERYTHING I could ask for. Forget the yard work and definitely forget about shoveling! We have heated, underground parking, a gym I wish I had time to get to more often and a pool that we get to relax at during the summer. Anytime I have a clogged drain, (women with long hair, you get it!) light bulb that needs changing in my high ceilings, hang a picture for me or even "oh crap, did I unplug my curling iron today?" I know that I can call the management team (who ALL know my family and my dog by name) and they will jump to help me. I have been calling The Junction home for over two years and about to be here for our third summer. I love living here and it's a great place to call home.

We moved into a brand new building and thought it would great. I've never been more disappointed walking around an apartment on the first day of moving in. We had a hole in the drywall, scratches on cabinets, our carpets were stretched and pilling in almost all of the rooms, and we soon discovered that our shower leaked. I chalked it up to they wanted to open ASAP to get revenue, but it should have been the first red flag. For being luxury apartments, they are loud. I knew where my upstairs neighbor was in their apartment, when they used the toilet or the shower, and when they left because their dog barked constantly. I'm all in favor of a dog friendly complex, but when people let their dogs pee on the stairs outside, don't pick up after their dogs, and don't train their dogs to be good canine citizens so they bark and scratch at the door when you walk past in the hallway, it's abused. We were in one of the first buildings and I could already tell the pool area and workout area weren't going to be large enough for when it was at capacity. I really wanted my experience at The Junction to be great, but the only thing great about The Junction was the proximity to a lot of different things we needed. It's way overpriced for what you get.
